This afternoon, I realized my rear brake light wasn't working. I stopped by AutoZone, and Chris helped me fix it. He was really friendly, and I saved both time and money. read more

Sunday, 01-18-2026 @10:45 AM, I placed an order for pick up with AutoZone. Located at 19715 Pacific Hwy. 99 Suite B Lynnwood WA, 98034. I received an email stating that it was received, and I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup. I ordered 3 item and had the expectation that it would be ready within the hour or so. Well, that didn't happen, and it was getting close to me having other errands that I needed to get to that morning. I decided that I've put off hitting the road waiting on Autozone, to get my order ready. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase. read more

So helpful!! I work next door and needed a jumpstart. They helped so quickly and kindly! Told me I needed to tighten a bolt on the terminal. Cut to 2 days later them helping me tighten it because I didn't know what I was doing haha. Thank you so much! read more

Joseph was patient and helpful in outfitting my car with new windshield wipers. Thanks again!

Mike at AutoZone is super helpful and kind! He helped me find the right kind of oil for my car and came and showed me how to fill it. 10/10. Thank you again, Mike! read more

Amazing service! One of the employees, Brandon, installed a low beam headlight for me without even hesitating. He really did me a solid especially it being on a Saturday evening, which according to O Riley's was too late in the day for them to do it for me. I'll for sure be coming here from now on. (: read more

They are amazing here! I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me! Spent an hour working to fix my vehicle. If you need any help with your vehicle come here! read more

Friendly service. Guys that work there are very helpful and will go out of their way to assist.

Came in to replace my battery and my battery terminals were SUPER corroded. I wasn't able to get them off after trying for a bit. Ashlee came to the rescue. She helped me replace and get me back on da road. Thank you again Ashlee read more

The store looks really small but they actually have a decent selection of items. Customer service is not very good. Nobody asked me if I needed any help, even though I passed several employees. Check out was really slow too. They need at least two dedicated cashiers with other staff dedicated to finding parts and helping customers. If you know what you are looking for and not in a hurry this place will work for you. read more

My boyfriend works on his car, so we decided to go here for parts. The first time we came in, there were two employees talking with each other. Neither seemed happy to be working there, an older white man with a mustache and a younger black man. The younger man who rang up my boyfriend didn't talk to us at all even while ringing our stuff up. He just talked to his coworker about how tired he was because he only got two hours of sleep. He was scowling while ringing up our stuff. Fast forward to today. My boyfriend is returning some items he wound up not needing to replace on his car that he bought online. The same older white man with the mustache and glasses looks at him carrying his box of returns in and says "wrong items?" almost condescendingly. When my boyfriend says no, he just doesn't need those parts the man starts taking the stuff out of the box, and gave us an 8 minute talk about how it's better not to order things online because it takes hours away from the store employees and that its a huge hassle to return things because they have to ship it all back to Tennessee. He was trying to make my boyfriend feel bad about buying online. Well guess what? Maybe we like buying stuff online because we don't have to deal with employees like you. Autozone has the potential to be great but not all of the employees know their basic customer service skills and this is too bad. TL;DR- The employees here are here to barely perform the basic human functions of their job. Do not expect a smile, a greeting, or an inquiry on if you need help. I've gotten better customer service at Walmart. We won't be back. read more

Frio was the best help I could possibly have. He was full of information, very helpful, had everything I needed, did a check engine for me with a very helpful and friendly attitude, and helped me get the thing that would fix my problem. Shop here and get Frio to help. He is superb!!! read more

Came in looking to buy a light bulb for the headlight on my car. Paul found the light bulb and offered to see if he could replace it for me. He did so in a few minutes at no extra charge. Didn't make fun of me for being clueless either. Thanks! read more

Needed tools and parts for a quick fix on my car. Frio and Stephen were friendly, knowledgable and helped me find all the right parts for my car. I will definately come here again. Thanks y'all! read more

Can't believe it. I walk in, 3 workers at the counter talking to one another, no customers. I walk past them, no greeting, look for things, walk slowly past them to leave after looking. Still not 1 greets me or says a thing. Someone else as I'm leaving walks in turns round after a less than a minute and walks out. No other auto parts store is like this that I've been into. This is the worst type of service, like we're just here to be paid, not to help anyone. Hey I have 11 vehicles how about saying can I help you find anything or did you not find what you were looking for. Say anything, not like I'm invisible what a bunch of morons ! read more

FERIO IS THE MAN. homie really needs his own store or business. He is the reason why the AutoZone's ratings are going up. Someone give this man a promotion or bonus or something! He helped my replace my lights, battery, and antifreeze. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here. Keep up the great work Ferio!!!! I know big things are coming for you! read more

Customer service is not welcoming. I bought "Numi Smart Dock Dashboard cell phone holder" last time, but an old guy who was assisting in front desk was keeping arguing for my refund. read more

Nice chain auto parts store. This time they did not have what I was looking for, but store assistants were nice. Why 3 stars only. Well my husband called them in advance and asked them if they had that part for my car. When we came, they had that part but it was not good for my car. They could ask him how many prongs we need for my part and they did not ask. I am glad it was near to us, otherwise we would waste a lot of time and gas by coming there. read more

Ferio is the man!! I got off work and came just before they closed. I was unable to start my car that morning because my battery was going bad. Ferio assisted me in finding the battery that would hold up during winters. I wasn't expecting this, but we walked out to my car, removed my old battery and installed the new one for me. This is what I call going beyond to make sure you provide great customer service. Thank you very much Frio!! read more

This place awful. I mistakenly a brought in a defective O'Reilly battery thinking it was Autozone. "That's not ours bro," the Latino clerk said. Ugh. I lifted it back into my car and the car wouldn't turned over. I went back in "we can't charge that and I have no jumpers. O'Reilly is two blocks up the road - they are LONG blocks." WTF?! Offered no help even though it says "free battery charging in less than one hour" on the window. The other blonde employee could have cared less, her back turned to customers and scowled at me when I came in a second time. I had to lug a battery two "LONG" blocks up to O'Reilly. I was greeted there, immediately helped and checked my warranty information. What a difference! I'll never come back to this location... People are factors in service / retail and these employees at Autozone Shoreline are the worst sort: uncaring, unsympathetic and unconscionable. read more

Our car was having trouble starting so we stopped to get a new battery and the manager Mr. Frio personally helped us buy and install the battery. We had a great experience and received prompt service. In-and-out in 10 minutes! Thanks for the great service! read more

Avoid like the plague. They refuse to process returns within 90 days, even when the receipt states they will, as long as the item wasn't used. Mind you, this appears to be the only AutoZone that does so, so this review reflects on this location, not the company. read more

They were so rude here, they wouldn't let borrow the tools I needed to fix my car but the one in shoreline does, all shoreline does is take my ID and they hand over the tools with great customer service. This location said they would have to charge me $60 to use one car wrench for a few minutes. Then I walked out and one of the guys said I'll let you use it for $50! I just shook my head and walked out. Never coming back, kind of ruined my day with their horrible service. read more

Even though there wasn't plenty of staff, the manager was very patient with me and helped replace my battery and charging ports ( connectors?) Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for service and installation. THANK YOU FRIO!!!! read more

Frio provided great customer service. He made sure I was purchasing the correct break light. After being sold a wrong light at a previous auto company (competitor) Frio double-checked my vehicle to be sure. He was knowledgeable about my make and model of vehicle too, which was helpful in purchasing other necessary products. read more

Bought some brake pads and rotors from this location, but ended up not needing one rotor. When I went to return it, a man behind the counter said, "Let me guess, it was the wrong color?" I stared him down until he walked away. I guess you don't like the color of my money, jack wagon. read more

Absolutely furious!! They served 5 MEN before me!!! Didn't matter that I was there before them and in line! I asked if they had one more thing I needed and they bump me, over and over again! Im a mechanic and I work on my own car. I went in here for a part and told the person exactly what I was looking for and what make, model and year my truck is. The person argued we me about what i needed, so finally he realized i was right then got me the part. I bring it home and realize its for a bigger truck. Had to go all the way back to get the part i needed to find out the guy is the manager. Horrible store and only two people there working all the time, not helpful at all read more

I concur with many of the previous negative reviews. Customer service was poor. I got a lot of sighs and hurumphs, with a side of "I couldn't care less that you are giving us business" attitude. The gentleman acted like I was hassling him. I knew what I needed and wasn't there Long and was not a high maintenance customer. I will easily avoid this location in the future and head the mile or two down the street to the other autozones and Oreillys. All For a simple transaction. 2 stars because I only had 2 interactions here (both the same) and ultimately I accomplished what I needed too. read more

Selection is ok, Walmart's is way better and at times half the price. a $19 wax kit was only $8 at Walmart. Service is ok, the staff is ok not terrible. Their points program is terrible, you have to spend $20 to get a $5 credit, once you hit $150 you get a $20 gift card. Buuut you have to spend $20 each visit... read more

I stopped there on my way home today in order to pick up some wiper blades. The woman in front of me seemed to have a language barrier, and asked the salesperson for help in getting wiper blades herself. He acted put out and said that he didn't have time to help her. She understood that, and promptly left. Next up was me. I told him I needed wiper blades too. I got the same reply. I wasn't asking for him to install them, I only needed him to look up the part and sell them to me. Can't be bothered to take my money, either. Will never shop there. Fortunately, Baxter Auto Parts were really helpful. read more
