O'Reilly Auto Parts at this Bothell location really made my day! Fast and simple with great value. I needed to replace the glass plate of the passenger side mirror on a 2015 Honda CR-V. Ordered a part from Amazon for $37 and it didn't snap into the mirror housing; called the Bellevue Honda dealer for a quote and they would sell the part for $91 and wouldn't have it until 4 days later. I decided to give the local O'Reilly store a call. Over the phone the shop assistant was very helpful; he said they would order the part and it would arrive the next morning without me having to pay for it first. Sure enough, I came to store the next morning, paid $22 and got the glass with plastic plate on the back; without any trouble I was able to snap it into the mirror housing right outside the O'Reilly Auto Parts store. It was a pleasant experience and I greatly appreciate the speed and value the Bothell O'Reilly Auto Parts store provided to its customers. Way to go! read more

Absolutely the least helpful O'Reilly location I've ever been to. The only reason I didn't give it a 1-star rating is because I was in and out with a new car battery in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. My car unexpectedly wouldn't start so I got it jumped and drove to this location to get the battery looked at. It took their employee 5 minutes just to attach their machine to the battery, identically to how you would attach a jumper cable. At that point I knew it would be a negative experience. When they finally did get it hooked up, the machine said I needed a new battery. My warranty had just expired so I agreed to buy a new one. They took my inside to show me my options. They turned the screen to face me after telling me two options and I saw that there was a third far less expensive option. I pointed to it and said that's what I wanted and they tried talking me out of the battery. When I confirmed that was the one I wanted, they brought it to the counter and I asked if they would help me install it. That is literally why I came here... because O'Reilly always installs batteries that you buy from them. They responded that they couldn't help me put it in, saying they only had 3 employees at that time. I could see a 4th in the back, and later discovered that there was a 5th. They handed me a tool and told me to install the new battery myself. I am convinced they didn't help me install the new battery just because I didn't buy one of the more expensive options. This location allows dishonest business practices, so I won't be coming back. read more

The on-line ordering feature is unreliable and if you really need something, you'd better make other arrangements. They will claim that your item will be there first thing in the morning but that's just a scam to get you to buy. read more

I purchased a battery in March of this year. I had a new alternator but the battery started losing charge. After multiple jumps and after using a multi-meter determined it was bad. Jordan looked up my purchase and saw it had a 1 year warranty. Drove there and picked up a new battery in 15 minutes. Great service! read more

I want to give a big shout out to Scott and the o Reilly crew! My car was having battery problems and the crew came out and not just tested my battery but Scott figured out the true cause of the issue which was a bad battery terminal. Scott stayed on a couple min after his shift to guide me on how to fix the issue. This store has always taken care of me and provided me with the right service and direction the store manager should be proud of the team he has! I will defiantly keep on using this store as my neighborhood auto parts store. read more

They had the headlights unneeded in stock; the quick reference cards and clearly displayed prices helped me decide what I wanted to purchase. I got only a polite greeting when I entered the store, and a helpful invitation to a check out register as I approached the front of the store. I received a helpful product suggestion, and he even gave me a free pair of latex gloves, so I didn't have to touch the new halogen bulbs directly. read more

I have been to this location several times and the folks here have always gone above and beyond for me. They've helped me install new bulbs in my headlights and tail lights, helped me install a battery. They've used their OBD code reader and told me what issues/errors/codes popped up and how I might go about fixing them myself. These folks have singlehandedly kept my crab running for the last 2 years and easily saved me from overspending thousands at a shop or dealership! read more

Walked in and directly walked up to the cashier stand and asked to get my battery checked. The guy proceed to walk away to talk to the people who just walked in behind me holding a battery. They needed theirs checked too. They told us that since theirs was in the store that they would check theirs first and for us to wait until theirs was done. Long story short, I purchased a battery for my friend to help him out. He went out of town for the weekend, returned to a dead battery. He thought for sure there was something wrong with his truck's charging system. After a couple of weeks of jumping it when he needed it (the truck sat most of the time). He took it to a mechanic's shop. The mechanic told him the new battery doesn't hold a charge. I took the battery back to the store to return it. I was told the battery works and since it has been used, it can't be returned. Seems silly that since they sold me a defective battery they won't return it. Oh well, they lost me as a loyal customer.
