Matthew helped me today and spent time educating me about oil! Walked me through all the steps and checks. Appreciate his knowledge and efficiency. Thank you, Matthew and Nate! read more

The "manager" (I doubt he was) hung up on me when I tried to reschedule with someone else. Rude abrasive initial meeting. Zero customer service. read more

Manager was super nice. He was the one who happened to be working when I went in. Everything was done fast, good price.

Absolute trash. I'd like to rate it but since my oil change would exceed 3-5 minutes of their closing time I was denied service. Mere 3 minutes! If they can't put the minimal effort ( which would be literally just wait a machine do the job) I'm not sure if that staff is fit to care for a car. read more

Nate, Justin and Don did a professional inspection of my vehicle while carrying on with a quick oil change. Thanks guys for the helpful tips on suspension! read more

Came here to get a transmission fluid change. I asked if the silver lake location could do it faster , he insisted that his location could do the job just as quick. 2.5 hours later he finally got the transmission oil chnaged. His excuses was he didnt have the proper equipment so had to do it with a pump which took way longer, so why didnt he tell me this beforehand?? Never going there again. read more

The staff are fast, do amazing work, and helped me immensely when my car would not start after the service. It was an issue with the vehicle, completely unrelated to the oil change, and they went out of their way to help me resolve the problem. Fantastic customer service in addition to doing a great job on the oil change. read more

This morning was the third time I have come in for an oil change and the location was not ready at opening time, and I was sent away to another Jiffy Lube. This was because the manager and/or staff were absent at opening time or were running late and not ready for service. Each time this has happened and I go to another Jiffy Lube, the other locations are always prepared for service. This is very frustrating when I arrive early to make sure I am the first customer and am forced to go elsewhere when I have been intentional about being early. Would not recommend this location since this seems to be an issue I have run into multiple times. Probably will not come back and would rather just go somewhere else from the get-go even if it is further. read more

thank you to Shane and the rest of the crew I loved the ene between them and their honesty they were very helpful

Always greeted with a friendly, respectful staff. Received fast service with explanation of pricing, and offered coupons prior to payment

Josh helped me get an oil change for my car. Due to the fact, that I just put a ton of money into my car, I had to pass on some of the filter changes he suggested. He didn't push me or try to make me feel bad. He was extremely helpful and provided advice to get some issues addressed. My oil change was done very fast too. read more

Fast service, very nice crew. They were backed up but worked quickly to get through the line.

This location wouldn't do my oil change today, they took one look at my car and said it would take too long, despite having no customers. I have been to many jiffy lubes and they have never had a problem doing it. I am now at the 19th location and they got it done fast and professionally. read more

I have to admit, I've been burned by Jiffy Lube in the past. At another location, the technician didn't tighten something properly and I was having leaks. Those leaks caused me to seek car care at my dealership. Fast forward, I decided to give this location a try. I was able to stay in my car due to COVID. They were quick and efficient. Of course they asked me the upsell questions which I turned down. I'm still nervous about going to any chain car place but this last experience was good. read more

Let down today. Have had great experiences here in the past, but once my oil change was done today I was told to pull forward and that someone would be right with me to pay. Waited a solid 20 min while not being talked to...they weren't even busy while this happened either. They even told me when I showed up that it was slow. Never even received a verbal rundown on how my oil etc was operating either. Also had a $10 off coupon which wasn't applied. Wish I received a half off discount or something, one star!! read more

Super Friendly and efficient! Educated me on my new car . Definitely will be back! Thanks guys for being so nice Chris and Nate! Yay!! You guys Rock!! read more

Jiffy Lube - Gettin it done! Very clean place n organized! - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Mill Creek, Washington

Speedy and efficient service, good value, and very attentive to answering service and vehicle related questions.

Always experience great service at this location! The employees are kind, professional, and efficient.

Very impressed with this location! Alexia greeted me and was so sweet and kind. She was friendly and engaging while gathering my information. I only needed an oil change and they were able to get me in quickly and back out. They also applied a coupon that I was not aware of, saving me $15.00 on my oil change. Riley, the GM finished up and got me on my way. Very quick and easy. Very kind and friendly! Would come to this location ANYTIME! read more

I pulled in and the worker below the car started yelling, "get him out!" I was concerned something was wrong with my truck. I asked what he was saying and he kept yelling it. Apparently my F150 had a plastic cap, never had an issue before. He asked the manager if he could do it, and the manager yelled, "Are you crazy?" So the worker below started yelling "Get him out" again. Very strange experience. Just explain the situation. No need for the yelling and drama. Went to Grease Monkey. No issues. read more

Been here for an oil change a couple times, the mechanics there are always so nice and super quick. Really open and informative about the condition of your car, but they're not pushy salesmen at all. Very friendly staff. Mike was especially helpful, he showed me where the filters are in my car so I'd be able to change them out myself if I ever wanted to, and kept updating me on their progress during the service. Jason was super polite and showed me to their office which is warm and has water and a bathroom for the short time I was waiting. Their top off policy is pretty cool too, any JiffyLube will top off pretty much all your fluids and oil in between changes for no charge. Thanks, guys!!! read more

We had a 2 car experience here today. They exceeded our expectations by a whole lot! Hayden, Ian, Jerome & Conner made this the most excellent part of my busy day. What a crew of unexpected overachievement! Good job, JL, you're doing it right. read more

Had a screwed up skid plate and they took it off and it was completely messed up and cut in half , bad wording, but it was messed up prior to coming in! But awesome guys 5 star service super nice guys! Definitely recommend! thank you so much! Helped me get a brake light replaced as well! Only name I caught was Nate, thank you all! read more

My experience getting my oil changed at this location is consistently quick and easy. Nate helped me this time and he was very friendly and clear about what services I needed done and how much it would be prior to completion. I got my oil changed and new windshield wipers. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this location - just don't let them talk you into services you don't need (they do this everywhere). read more

I had a very poor experience and now have to pay for a fix to something the tech did, but the manager gave me a full refund even though I only requested a partial one. Much appreciated. read more

Excellent friendly & fast service from Danny & crew today! Thanks so much! In and out in under 30 mins. My go to oil change spot read more

I will never come back to this place again. I get there right before 8, two people are there and only one other customer. One employee disappeared for over 10 minutes and the other doesn't even acknowledge me until 15 minutes later. It's not until a third guy shows up and tells me to go to the auto parts store and buy the parts and take it to a mechanic. Like I'm going to do all that, I would rather just go to the dealer. All for just a check engine light. The other employee couldn't just come over and do that 20 minutes ago? Total waste of my time and zero customer service. They didn't even acknowledge me until after sitting there for over 10 minutes. So irritating and unprofessional. WILL NEVER RETURN. If I could rate them a ZERO I would. read more

Mike, Gerald, Nate provided great service. Service was quick and they were all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this location. Will come back again! read more

Something to know: there are a handful of negative reviews and that's to be expected because previous management was failing. Andrew, the new GM, has taken over and he's hell bent on giving you the best possible experience. He's incredibly honest, hard working, and will do everything he can to help the customer. If you're prior service (he is too) he'll hook you up with the military discount, something I never knew they offered. Throw all your horror stories about jiffy lube out of the window and give them a chance, they're really turning the place around! I will 100% be coming back after my experience today. read more

It was my first time getting a conventional oil change at this location. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was able to get in and out within 45 minutes. The service attendant I worked with did a good job of checking me in. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. read more

Gerald and Mike saved the day!! They were so kind and professional. I had a bad experience at the Jiffy in Lynnwood and I really needed my oil changed, so I came here. Mike went over all the pricing before even touching my car. They got the oil changed quickly, which I really appreciate as I was on my way to a medical appt. This is now my go to Jiffy!! read more

I took my wife's 2013 Sequoia Limited to Jiffy Lube for an oil change today. We typically get synthetic oil and we baby the heck out of the engine and we keep up on everything on schedule. We were going to go to Toyota as we normally do but it isn't in a convenient location and quite frankly, we just wanted it done with the Covid crises going on. Andrew Moser was my service manager and his team were awesome and I felt they took the time necessary to do everything perfect. They were extremely professional and very nice too. The atmosphere is very positive and I am so impressed with Andrew's leadership of his team. I have a Tahoe as well and I will for sure bring it to them for the next oil change. I know they will do a great job. read more

Had help from Olivia today for an oil change. I'm writing this review specifically on Olivia the employee and not Jiffy Lube. She was extremely helpful and so upbeat at work with a positive attitude and we were very happy with her service. All employees seemed chipper but we mainly spoke with Olivia and felt she needed to be recognized for her upbeat, enthusiastic, professional personality. Oil change was.... well you know a freakin oil change is enough said! Lol read more

I was visiting from out of town, they made sure to make sure I was set to drive back home. They gave my BOGO deals on a couple things I needed done, topped off my coolant with coolant I already had (for free) and I almost drive away without getting my tire pressure filled but they made sure to do that before I left :) read more

Went in today for a quick oil change and was happy that i went to this location rather than my dealership. The technicians were professional and courteous. There was not any sales pressure and they were honest with the condition of other accessorial parts. I especially liked that the crew was regimented in using the status and safety callouts to each other for both quick communication and safety protocol. I will definitely return for my next service. read more

Just want to say Andrew (GM) and his team turned a stressful situation into an easy resolution. Had my oil changed and unfortunately the oil ring split and oil was everywhere. Long story short Andrew helped calm the situation and replaced the oil filter. Thank you for such great service! read more

I was on the way in for an oil change when the dreaded "check engine " light came on. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem. Once in the bay they noted that the existing oil wasn't in need of a change and suggested I come back in 3000 miles or so. They could have just changed it and said nothing, but exhibited honesty and professionalism. Well done! I'll be back. read more

So first off I wanted to thankkkkkkkk you guys for saving me to be honest !!! So I went to the lynnwood Jiffy lube and they did not do the job they had no idea what they were doing and they couldn't fix my third brake light in my Hyundai Sonata so they then told me that I have to take my car to a mechanic to fix and pay $100 of dollars to fix so I decided to reach out to another location near by which is the mill creek location and they got the job done with NO PROBLEMS not only done they didn't charge me anything and they gave me extra lights! Thank you so much Danny!! And shout out to Jesse and Matt for working on it I appreciate everything and they were the nicest folks ever I can't thank y'all enough definitely recommend and definitely will be back for any maintenances read more

Jiffy Lube Bothell Everett Hwy. Absolutley awful!!! I stopped by to get my oil topped off as my oil light was on in my car. The young manager said that there is a new policy that one can only get three top offs between oil changes. OK, I asked for an oil change and their equipment was broken so they could not perform an oil change. So I asked for a top off because my light was on and I was nervous about driving further. This manager was so horrible and rude, refused to give me a top off and couldn't change my oil so I didn't have that option. I will never spend another cent at Jiffy Lube again. I hope they start caring about their customer safety especially a loyal customer which they have now lost. read more
