I came here this evening to get an oil change now I had the money to pay for my oil change, but I was splitting it on two different cards because literally most places you can just type in a fix them out run the card for that and whatever's left you pay for it however, the other way was going to be the lady that was helping me this evening. Her name was Jessica, when I first pulled into the bay instead of asking my permission, even though it's part of the service, she started to want to check my lights and do all this other stuff. I instantly put a stop to that because that's not what I want when I came in here and asked for an oil change. That's what I asked for so that's what I expect. Nothing else unless I ask Now as the oil change process went on when it came time to pay I told her that I was splitting it on two different debit cards she goes. My system doesn't allow me to do that now I've seen this place go through quite a few managers and I don't know if they are truly experienced or did they really know their way around the system? She kept telling me she couldn't split the money and I said well I can go to the store and get cash back there's a Chevron right across the street she said no I'm just gonna have to eat the loss making me feel like I'm some sort of piece of shit that can't pay for my oil change when that's not the case so then she goes and goes on the computer and does whatever and then comes back and says oh your totals you know 4613 and then she goes next time I'm not gonna be able to waive the fees I'm like I didn't ask you to waive the fees I can pay for my service I can go across the street and get the money I will be right back. I literally come here all the time and I mean that religiously to get my oil topped off I know everybody here very well, except for the management because they have a very high turnover rate when it comes to managers I don't appreciate her coming on to me like that or treating me like that just instantly pissed me off, but I got a bite the bullet because I'm in your business, that's bullshit and then lastly, when I get my little sticky note at the end for my next oil change, she just put her hand right in my car and just slapped it on my windshield like excuse yourself. This is not your vehicle. Don't be putting your hands anywhere inside my vehicle unless I give you the authorization to do so, the correct thing you should've done is just hand me the sticker so I can put it on my vehicle myself. I had to keep *negotiating* with the guy on the price for an oil change after I came in with a coupon. He finally acted like he gave me a huge discount, and really it was a standard price from the coupon (about $25.) He kept trying to sell me extras, too. No thanks. Places like this give me a skeevy feeling. I'll go somewhere else next time. Set a price and stick with it. Then let me bring in my $12 coupon and use it. Great group of people working here! All very friendly and extremely helpful. Let's just say the Jeep dealer up the road was worthless in helping me resolve what was a lose gas cap. And wanted me to 1. Randomly through parts at it with out running a diagnosis, and 2. Wanted to charge me at least $65 just to check what the light is.... The team here saved the day, serviced my vehicle and cleared the code FREE of charge. I spent a good deal of money, but did so comfortably because they explained each item they attended to. There have been 2 occasions that my tire pressure light has come on and stopped in to get my tire pressure checked/air put in my tires and they helped me no questions asked or tried to charge me, they recognized me and offered to check and top off my other fluids while I was there..AMAZING customer service and recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

There's a big banner hanging out in front of the store saying that they honor competitor's coupon. Sounds pretty clear until you present a competitor's coupon. That's when they say they open the b.s. fire hose. I had a coupon for firestone and they wouldn't honor it because it was for a different brand of oil. Now if it was for a different type of oil, synthetic vs. standard, I would understand. Synthetic oil costs a lot more than standard. They wouldn't honor it because it was for Quakerstate and they use Pennzoil. Then they tell me it's more because they check my tire pressure and fluids and such. Well guess what, I'm fairly sure Firestone can read a tire pressure gauge better than jiffy lube. Even better, Firestone has ASE certified mechanics. It's not like Firestone is in a different state either. They are literally just down the road a couple of miles. Guess who changed my oil. read more

Pulled into Jiffy Lube this morning and was immediately greeted by Hunter who was extremely helpful. I was the second person in (first come first serve) and was shown to the waiting area where they had coffee and water. Hunter explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect. I was getting an oil change. He explained options of different motor oils (in language that was understandable) and then even pointed out things I should be aware of without trying to sales pitch me. He also printed me off car care services to be aware of. Altogether super helpful and I didn't feel pushed into getting anything done at this time. I would come again! Don't know how long waits typically are if it gets busy since there are only two bays so would recommend coming early if you can. read more

While the folks that work there are very nice I'm afraid I cannot recommend Jiffy Lube, or at least this location. In the beginning of November I needed 3 bulbs in my low beams replaced (there are 2 per side). Typically I would go to the dealer for this but I had to be someplace that evening and felt actually seeing might be helpful. I was happy to be in and out rather quickly. Sadly, they only replaced 2 of the 3 without telling me. I didn't realize this, though did note that my headlight still seemed dim. I don't drive at night that often. Fast forward a few weeks later. I check and guess what - all 3 bulbs out. They are under warranty so I return. We figure out they never did replace the one so, since I'm there, yes, please replace that one too (for charge, obviously). Two days later, guess what.... It's out. Is this how Jiffy Lube makes money on headlights? I'm eating the $$ and going to the dealer because I am over it and my safety in driving at night is more important. Not at all impressed. read more

Oh. My. God. Do not ever go to Jiffy Lube, ever, ever again. I went to this JL a couple of weeks ago, as I was heading out of town Friday on a quick trip to Oregon. 45 minutes after leaving the joint, there was my car (with me and my 12 year old in it) stranded on the side of the road, with a completely seized engine. When the tow-truck driver picked up my car, we discovered that the oil filter just *wasn't* there. Nor was the oil. My engine was toast. Luckily, I was able to get my car towed to the dealer before they closed to await being looked at on Monday and was able to rent a car to be able to continue on our trip. I contacted them right away and, to their credit, the manager of this particular JL strove to be supportive (except for when he tried to go to the dealer on Saturday, while I was still out of town, and "throw a filter on there and dump some oil in and see if it'll start". Yeeah. Right.) and when, of course, they found the engine totaled on Monday, they did not give me any grief about replacing either the engine or covering my rental car. I think it likely that the might have, however, if I had let them touch it before the dealer "diagnosed" it. I heard the most ASTONISHING number of horror stories about Jiffy Lube since this occurence!! Including one about the same location driving up to a woman was stranded just outside Bellingham, with a similar story, where they put the correct filter on (in that case, they had put the wrong filter on) and put oil in the car, left the lady stranded on the side of the road, and then denied responsibility for the destruction of the engine. The dealer I took my car to, Rodland, THAT WEEKEND had three separate Jiffy Lube claims in their service department, from three separate locations!!! On a positive note, I did end up with my engine replaced, and very quickly... By Tuesday the week after it happened. And I did get an engine with 11,000 miles on it, in exchange for my more-worn 75,000 mile-er (though it was in great shape and well maintained). Point being... I heard literally over 30+ stories about this, that or the other JL horror story. And i was one of the lucky ones.... sounds like usually they do everything in their power to get out of liability when they've damaged a car. The manager who facilitated my car being taken care of did a good job.... he should go to work for a reputable company!! Don't go to Jiffy Lube, ever. Not ever. read more

Stop in for a much needed oil change! I was in a hurry & knew they could do it fast! They didn't push me into anything I didn't want..bonus! I don't mind the simple offer. Two of them worked together & went over the check list out loud to make sure everything was finished. I got the windshield rain treatment they offer. But of course it hasn't rained because I did so....so you are welcome everyone! But hopefully it works well WHEN it does rain! Maybe I'll go wash my car...that always seems to bring on the rain! Went a week ago for tuneup on my lemon. I love my vw. Service was great. Quick polite service wasn't pushing air filters and crap. Lots of magazines keeping the kids busy. My wife went to Jiffy Lube on Friday 9/8 believing she was due for her oil change on her 2012 Prius C. She told them she had a coupon and wanted the synthetic oil. The manager told her it would be about 20 minutes so she went next door to Janbo's for lunch. When she returned they were just finishing the vacuuming and re airing the tires. The manager then told her that she wasn't due for an oil change for another 1500 miles and that her oil looked very clean. So no oil change needed and a clean car-- vacuumed, windows washed, tires checked and fluids topped off. I have confidence in these guys. read more

Headache! I have been there twice and they couldn't do the service. first, They want to charge me and extra $5, then they broke my dipstick and no i have to find a way to get it out (without handle now) buy a replacement, and go back a 3rd time! WTF! Oh and he marked the groupon in the system so now i cant get the service i payed for. Which is no deal because they charge $29 regularly and ill be paying a total of $30+ when and if ever done! Even one of the techs had the gal to say, "do you know how many dipsticks we break? A lot" WTF!? SO now i have at least a $60 repair bill thanks to these fools. Went to the Broadway location in Everett and they were amazing. This was my second visit here. When I left there was a loud knocking noise underneath my car and turned back around quickly and John the general manager and his crew were on top of it. John and I took it up the street as you did not have to go far to hear it. He took it back in and they rechecked everything. John rook it out again and came back very shortly and the noise was gone. A rock was stuck in the break caliber if I heard that right. But I was impressed by the fact that they didn't want me driving until they figured it out. They went above and beyond to help me out. I'll be returning there again and again...they were all polite and were very knowledgeable. Thank you guy's for everything today. Great fast service with a smile and going over and beyond. Came in for an oil change, and the manager honored my coupon even though it was from out of the area. That is where the star comes from, he was very nice and accommodating. He told me it would be a wait, and there was a restaurant next door if I wanted to go there. I decided just to sit and wait instead. This is where the good ends...after waiting about an hour and half (maybe only an hour, either way a LONG time), a man came in to try to tell me all the other things I should do to our pickup. I assume it's because I'm a woman that he felt that my no wasn't good enough. He kept trying to sell me on things, I kept saying I didn't want to do anything until I got home and could chat with my husband. Just the oil change, please. He finally got the picture, that he wasn't going to be able to sell me anything more than the oil change, and he went out and they were still working on my car and the windows were open so I could hear them talking. I could be wrong, but I'm 90% sure I heard him make a sexual remark about me. If you're going to say things about customers, wait until they leave. OR AT LEAST make sure the windows are closed. When I went out to pay I felt very awkward. Won't be going back. read more

This has been a great location until now . new guy working there .I was tired ,not feeling good and when the guy apparently in charge said he would only vacuum my car for 35.00 with the regular oil change instead of the higher dollar one, I snapped. .My car was clean anyway but some dust First he lied about when or WHY he would not honor my new coupon that was MEANT FOR ME sent in my mail . Then I showed him WHY it did qualify and he used another car I'd brought in long ago as to why it wouldn't work . I said FINE!!! tore up my coupon. After 25 years and countless vehicles fro the tiniest Mercedes to the biggest 1 ton western hauler , Ill never be back again.
