I check the stuck and it was completely dry. how can I go thru 4 quarts of oil in 9 days? was it so busy they forgot to tighten the cap on the filter, is there a leak they didn't tell me about? are the pistons worn down a car shouldn't run thru that much oil in 9 days. they put 4 quarts of oil and now the car is dry?????? I have had my oil changed from here for a few years now and haven't had the issue, I don't know if this car needs more oil or if the person that changed the oil just messed up, the people working we're running around like a bunch of chickens. I don't know it was an uneasy feeling that day, usuakky it's more calm.

They did incorrectly say the service interval (and need) for transmission fluid which was an unnecessary service for my car. Probably 3.5 stars but I'll round up since it was fast and efficient enough. Just don't let them sell you service you don't need.

Before the work was done, I specifically asked if they were using the correct fluid for my truck, and they assured me they were. I trusted them and paid for the service. A few months later, my truck started having transmission noises and hard shifting. I took it to a GMC dealership, where they performed a full inspection. Their technical report concluded that the transmission fluid used does not meet the specifications required for my vehicle. I have the service receipt and the dealership's documentation to support this. What disappointed me even more was how management handled the situation. I tried to resolve the issue professionally and presented all the evidence, but I was ignored and treated with a complete lack of respect. I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability. This was a great experience. The only upsell attempts were upgraded oil and the air filters, which are both due to be changed. I declined and will do them myself, but the receipt showed the prices for the filter changes, and I thought those prices were pretty reasonable. My conversations with the guys about oil change intervals were good. They finished quickly. They evened out the tire pressures. Will definitely drive up here for future oil changes.

Unfortunately, our last two experiences have been very disappointing. Most recently, I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM to have a front-end suspension issue diagnosed. By 2:45 PM, I had still not received any update, so I called to check on the status. The employee I spoke with seemed unsure of what was going on and told me he needed to check on something. He said he would have more information within an hour and would call me back, but I never received a call. Later, when my father called, we were told that the car had received an oil change, even though we had never requested one. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was then told that no oil change had actually been performed. The conflicting information only added to the confusion and made it difficult to have confidence in the service being provided. This follows another disappointing visit where we were given a repair estimate, but when it came time to pay, the bill was hundreds of dollars higher because a brake job had been left out of the original quote. What makes this especially frustrating is that we have trusted this shop for decades. My father has been a customer since the 1970s, and we continued bringing our vehicles there because of that trust. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, conflicting information, and inaccurate estimates during our last two visits have left us very disappointed.
