Okay so I just was here and I want to know when nobody even looks at your windshield wipers, nobody even looks at your tires how is it that they checked any of these things. My invoice shows checked wiper blades yet not a single person even actually looked at my wife relates, how do I know I'm literally sitting in the vehicle the entire time. Did anybody check my tires? Spotting the Jiffy Lube sign down the street, I came in because I was getting a strange alert in my car and I assumed it was going to need an oil change. On a rainy, miserable morning, Adonis @ this Jiffy Lube was so helpful and kind. He checked my oil and worked on getting the alert dismissed. Bonus: he topped off my wiper fluid! Friendly, fast, and informative service is provided at this location. My experience was pleasant due to Chandler (Lead) and the staff at the Martha Lake location including David, James, and Louie Patrick. I had a full synthetic oil change done but their inspection put me on to the item(s) that will require maintenance soon. I really appreciated their swift service (as I was in a bit of a crunch) and the checkout process was awesome (they accept Apple Pay too!). I came to this location after another Jiffy Lube where I had my classic truck oil changed before did the service. That other location said they couldn't do the oil change as their system wouldn't show what filter or oil it needed even though I told them they did it before and they found my record on their computer. When I arrived here, Zach approached me and at first was hesitant but then took the time to actually look at the filter and get the number off of it (which the other JL location installed previously) and found that they did have it and Dom then did the service. They both were great! Very professional, pleasant and helpful. Unlike the other location, these two are great representatives for their company. I went in Saturday to get my oil changed. I waited too long I feel. Regardless, I never pay more then 65.00 for my oil change. I was charged over 80 dollars. They said proces went up a few dollars. A few dollars would be like 68.00 .that is crazy. They totally extorted me for being a female. Not okay. I have contacted corporate and will not go back. Shame on you, jiffy lube! read more

I came in and got an oil change. My mistake as I needed to make a rent payment first and totaallly drained my bank account with taking care of my car first instead. Oopsies. Even though I finished paying off my car, she still wants to drain every ounce of money I have. Last time the change was over $100 for full synthetic, so with inflation I was not surprised this time, 7 months after my last one, that it was even more expensive. I remember when my changes used to be under 100! Luckily, a quick google pre-checkout I found a $15 off coupon located on their website. They applied it, but I didn't feel like I truly saved cause it was just as much as my last change, but what can you do if you can't change it yourself! I drive around town for a day or two when I suddenly hear this occasional clinking and rattling. Dear god. She's back at it again. Mind you, I crashed about two months ago. So either the repair shop missed something, or my oil change was something out of the ordinary. I give them a call and they say they can take a gander! I have no idea if it's even related to getting the oil change, but it was the only new thing I had done. Drove the same roads to and from home, didn't hit any obnoxious Seattle potholes, didn't crash the car again! Low and behold, it's just the heat shield rotting away and no longer supported by the bolts. After giving me the part, I can now drive in peace. The shop didn't charge me anything for the quick check and I would go here again if I had an issues. I'm glad the mill Creek town center didn't have power on Saturday because I wouldn't have gone to this location instead and had such a solid experience -- minus my sad bank account. Do not take your car here. I should have known there would be problems when the mechanic assistant did not know how to find the lever to pop the hood. Took my car 2004 Lexus in for an oil change on 8/8/2021. I had absolutely no issues prior to my visit. During my visit Andrew said he dropped a screw to my vent compartment, he later admitted he broke a bolt head. He kept trying to find a replacement and his partner said they may have to call the Quito parts store. Today, 8/9/2021 less than 24 hours later my car will not start. when I called and complained Andrew apologized and agreed to come to my home to fix what he broke. He crawled underneath my car,and tinker around with the car. He said since the bolt was broke the fuel injectors and air were preventing the car to start. After about 15 minutes of googling the issue he concluded that I have a starter issue. I Never had stater issues or symptoms prior to my visit. I asked Andrew for the district manager number he said he could not give it out. Since the Jiffy lube representative would not address my issue I filed A complaint with the BBB and the Washington state Attorney General. Thus business obviously does not value its customers. Do not get your oil changed here! read more

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Woodinville and didn't have a great experience, and a couple days later I stopped in here. They took care of the items that should have been part of my initial oil change, didn't charge me anything, and were incredibly friendly as well. About a month later, I was having trouble installing my windshield wiper blades, and I called to see how much they would charge. I was told that if I already had the blades they would install them for free, so I stopped in and they were done within two minutes. I really appreciate this kind of service! Avoid going this place they don't know what they doing. See the photos please, my owner manuals shows that I need to put 4.4 qt of oil, but they even made a note on my car that they have to fill 3.9 qt. I don't know how come they got this number ? My car is not regular Prius, this is Prius V. My mpg went down last 1 year for about 5 mpg, now I know the reason. They did me 4 or five times tire rotation and last time they told me that we can't do that. I asked why ? They said we can damage your car while doing this. Your car is not safe to do tire rotation and we don't want to damage your car. I told them I'm not going to come back again. This is ridicilious. How come you guys were doing tire rotation before? I can't forgive this mistake, you guys probably killed my engine , who now how much it'll cost me in the future. Because last 70k miles I was replacing my oil at this location. I have had oil changed here for over three years , mainly because it is conveniently close to my workplace. My work truck, a Ford 150, takes a plastic oil pan drain plug, which I have been purchasing separately and bringing to this Jiffy Lube during oil changes. With a new manager apparently, they started using their own furnished oil pan plugs and I have had to return three separate times to get replacement plugs and top offs because the plugs are shoddy. Everywhere I park I leave a mess of oil stains. The third time to address this issue (today), I show up with a Dorman plug bought at O'Reillys and I am told by one of their crew that THEY WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take their BS - I got the plug changed and oil topped off. I understand the frustration these guys have with their manager deciding to offer service with their own defective plug replacement, but to not say that it's not their problem is unbelievable. Kudos to Brandon for making the situation right. Think twice about giving this place your business - their customer service is appalling and their responsibility to their own work is completely suspect. On 8/4, I stopped by in a rental car since the dashboard was telling me one of the tires needed air. I was recently in an accident and unable to freely move. I asked the attendant, Sarah, to check the air for me and she was happy to do so even though I was in a rental car. I was in and out quickly. Need an oil change? I wanted to give a shout out to the Mill Creek Jiffy Lube. I've always had good service but this morning received really outstanding service, even with Covid modifications. I pulled the car in and out of the service bay myself, and also flipped all the switches for lights etc so no one needed to enter the car (you can also wait in your car during service). The GM Andrew went out of his way to apply every available coupon (he saved me about $75), opened every door and gave me as much space as he could, while being genuinely friendly. Additionally, he took $5 off my service for visiting the adjoining coffee house and local fav Farmhouse Espresso (excellent latte!). I even waited in Farmhouse instead of the Jiffy Lube where Andrew would pop in with updates. Service time did not increase due to safety modifications. Highly recommend for their service and additional health/safety modifications! read more

I had recently purchased a second hand car that needed some fixing up. I'm not a car expert so I tend to stop by AutoZone and O'Reillys car shops so they can give me advice on what to do. Recently my left blinker was out, and I was struggling to get someone to help me out. A friend of mine told me to go to this specific Jiffy Lube. I show up and explain to Taylor that my left blinker was out and I needed help. He smiled and nodded and was very helpful in the whole process. I genuinely felt comfortable explaining I'm basically, not very bright when it comes to cars. He laughed and continued to help us out. Once he finished my mom was also grateful, there was a language barrier but my mom still saw his kindness and fondness. Definitely coming back to see Taylor! They do a good job, never hurts to have a second set of eyes take a look at your car, they did a good safety inspection prior to changing the oil. The oil change was fast, they were polite and courteous. Ran out of synthetic blend, gave me their top of the line synthetic for free, after asking me first of course. What do you get when you take the J out of Jiffy Lube? Iffy Lube. These bozos only put two quarts of oil in my car. I am not some dumb girl coming in to get her oil change. I used to work on cars all the time. In fact any moron knows that most cars (if not all) take four quarts or more of oil. I know I can change my own oil but it is really about convenience. They also try and upsell you on everything. If you can see light through your air filter it can probably go for a little while longer. They changed a couple of belts on my car too. They left a wrench under the hood. I should have kept it because when I brought it back to them they didn't even give a rip. Jiffy Lube no longer gets my business. read more
