Been here a couple of times for my 2026 Durango. First trip had my wheels replaced and the second trip some alignment work to accommodate some part replacement I did the other day. Honestly, the price is fair and work performed was solid. Jorden, Savannah and Caleb (Front Desk) were great people work with and kept me updated through out both services. As a previous shop owner, I appreciate a no BS approach and Jorden is that kind of a person. He gives it to you straight and does not try to up sell for the sake of sales but does recommend what is necessary. Savannah has amazing service etiquette and has a very professional approach to how she handles her customers. Caleb also offers amazing customer service and has a very kind / professional approach to his customers. Overall, they took care of me and my vehicle. So 5 stars in my experiences. read more

Loved my local Big O when I lived in Colorado. Took my car here for a quick oil change and tune-up. My battery was acting up in the cold rainy weather and asked them to test it while there. They tried to sell me on a new overpriced alternator installation instead. Luckily I had enough sense to shop around. Had 3 other people look at my battery, none of them confirmed that I needed an alternator, battery just had some corrosion and needed to be cleaned. If I did need an alternator, Big O would have been a major rip off based on their quote. Watch out for these scam artist scumbags. read more

I had a fantastic experience last week getting my car's first oil change at Big O's Lake Stevens location. Travis and Dorian were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I love seeing people excited about what they do, and it really shines through in their service and dedication to their customers. I don't give my business to liars. I brought in my truck to have the tires rotated. When they brought it out, there was a new 1-inch gouge near the driver door. I pointed it out right away. The staff said that they would "check the cameras" and call me back that day. They never called. Accidents happen, but you should at least acknowledge when they do. I'll never go here again. Actually getting $2000+ in work done somewhere else right now. Not smart business to lose thousands of dollars because you don't have the decency and maturity to admit to a couple hundred dollar mistake. read more

The quality and value of the work done here is amazing. Jorden and his team do an honest snd professional job from start to finish. The communication within the team and to us as the customers has been outstanding. I am thankful I gave them a chance to win me over as they had already won my hubby over. I had the most horrible experience at this business recently. I made appointment(online, as requested)for a computerized wheel alignment a few days prior to my appointment. It was given to me for March 10th, 2025 at 11:00 am. I was at the place by 10:45 am and I was told by the front desk person to go back around noon to pick up my car. I walked around Lake Stevens with my dog for more than an hour to wait for my car, went back around noon and I see, my car is sitting at the same place I left on the parking lot. The front desk person tells me, they didn't get to my car and he doesn't understand why not? So he asks the people in the shop, they tell him something about taking an other car before mine. I say, this is not acceptable, he agrees, he goes to the manager's office to talk to him. The manager comes out about 10 minutes later, goes to the shop and completely ignores me, while the front desk person pointing at me, how I am waiting for more than an hour. The manager doesn't ask the technicians about why my car wasn't serviced? The front desk person goes there, ask the manager again, what's going on? I guess, he didn't get any answer. At this point, I just wanted my car keys back and told the front desk person, I am leaving and shame on this business for their horrible customer service. read more

If i could go back in time and save myself the hassle, i would. No communication what so ever. I made an appointment online on sunday, received an email monday saying they cancelled my appointment. I called and they said they didnt have the tires in, but they could order them and they would be there Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, no call, no email, nothing. so I call, ask when the tires would be in, and he said around 12-2. I had my bf drop off my car (since i was working) around 11. Wednesday rolls around. I hear NOTHING about my car. So i call them once again (around noon) and ask when my car will be done. the guy on the phone said "we're almost done!" then when i asked when it could be picked up he something along the lines of "i think it will be done between 3-4" ???? now for the pick up. I get there and i can see from 15 ft away one of my wheels/rims is scratched. Upon further inspection, all of my wheels/rims had damage. When i confronted the guy at the desk, he said that they had "dirt" in them and that they didnt do that. They consistently denied they had anything to do with the damage. Unless My bf decided to hit every curb, bump, etc on the way to drop off my car, there's no way the damage done was not by the mechanics at Big O. I never leave negative reviews, but this needed to be put out there. read more

I'm not sure how this shop has such good reviews and I really wish I could leave a better review. We've been taking our company vehicles here for a few years and their team has seem to do okay. But when it has come to my own personal vehicle they've severely missed the mark. I've had two set of new tires put on my MDX. The first set was about 5yrs ago and a few weeks after install I noticed all my rims had gouge marks where they removed the weighted balancers. It looked like they took a screw driver to my black rims, leaving deep exposed marks on each rim. I needed new tires again, and knew they had a different manager or at least a point of contact for us.. I figured I would give them another try. $800 later and a new set of tires, I was pretty happy. Until a few hours after install I noticed my right front lost 15psi. I go to pull the stem cap off to fill the tire and the core valve must've not been seated properly and shot out, leaving my tire with 0 air. I called their office the next day and the phone customer service was dismal. Asking for the shop manager, I was abruptly put on hold and then was given the "what for" prior to explaining the situation. Once I explained the occurrence the shop manager's vocal attitude changed. While he did express he would make it right; jacking my car up, removing the tire to bring it in for an avoidable problem was excessive work since we live no where close to their location. Thankfully I have a handy husband with the tools and knowledge to fix it. While I understand things happen, if you're in the business specifically for tires and this occurred; it shows a huge oversight of managment and incompetence within the shop. read more

I've bought two sets of tires for both my vehicles here and had great service until earlier this year when I needed to swap out the winter tires on my wife's vehicle. I drove it home afterward and parked it in the driveway. Two days later when parking next to it in my car, my wife looked over at her car and asked why there was damage to one of the wheels. I washed it a couple days before and there was no damage to the wheels before taking it to Big O and I drove it straight home with no stops and we didn't drive it again before noticing the damage. There was a gouge in the outer circumference of the rim as if it had been dropped on edge and hit something. There was no scratches on the side of the damage as you would see if the wheel was driven along a curb, but rather straight on damage. The owner immediately denied it could have happened in his shop and would not admit it was possible despite me telling him I knew for a fact there was no damage when I washed the car and wheels two days before taking it there After a few minutes he agreed to replace the wheel while still denying the damage was caused in his shop and he was going to order a replacement wheel and call me back in two weeks to replace it. I never received that call and the wheel was never repaired or replaced. I used this shop because it is veteran owned and as a veteran myself I try to support veteran owned businesses. However the response I received from this damage obviously from his shop I have not, and will not return. read more

Had $1000 of work done having brand new studs installed with lug nuts. And they cross threaded all 5 lug nuts on the same wheel. It took over a month to get reimbursed for the damaged parts and labor. I've had shops make mistakes in the past and I'm reimbursed same day. I think it was more of a miscommunication between me and the store manager, could have been a better experience but I can't complain, at the end of the day things got handled. Update:Thomas owner contacted me today and resolved the problem. Apologized for all the stress and inconvenience, we were able to find a resolution within 15 minutes. Great person. read more

I am totally and completely shocked. You rarely ever meet an honest mechanic, especially when it comes to tires. Why is that I will never know. I do know this business is the best tire shop I've ever been to. Especially with a foreign sports car. I will not mention any names to protect their identity although I would love to because two guys / kids ?? Came out to help me and went back in and after 15 minuets of waiting they acted like they never seen a car like mine before and for the love of God it's a sports car; they told me they couldn't touch it. I didn't know exactly how to respond or where to go from there. I guess I felt like a puppy that had just peed on the floor and got sent outside to be eaten by the wolves. I moved on and I'm so thankful they turned me away. 4 years ago I found Big O Tires. This particular business is owned by one of the most amazing , polite , professional and honest man that has more patience than most men in the automotive industry. I was lost in the tire world and could not make a decision. Im so lucky on day 3 he didn't just call me up and tell me the keys are up here somewhere, please I'll pay you to come get your car. So on about day 5 of him either feeling sorry for me or just plain deciding he came to the conclusion of what he believed would be the best route to go,with so many options.....4 tires 6 different brands and all together I lost track somewhere on how many different widths and inches and decisions enough to make your brain hurt seriously.this man was genius..... he had a way with such dignity to show me he knew what he was talking about..... I learned more in the 6 days total about why there are different types and makes and sizes of tires. This man knows where the rubber on the tire came from, can tell you why it was made that way for a certain type of off road on road car and what type of weather and how the elements effect the rubber and all of his knowledge is so informative I'll never look at tires the same again.this business gained my respect and trust to forever take care of my cars.. There's a Les Schwab across the street. Take your vehicle there! I brought my RAV4 in because it was grinding. They told me I needed front wheel bearings and rear brakes. It was supposed to be $1800 and take 5 hours. When I dropped it off Jorden was the one at the front desk, we dropped it off at 3pm expecting to pick it up the next day but he called at 5:20 saying it was done... clearly rushed given we were initially told by someone else it would take 5 hours. I got half a mile away and noticed my car severely pulling to the right, it did not do that before I dropped it off. We took it back 2 days later, the only time they could fit us in. They checked and said that the bad bearings had caused one of my tires to start separating and that's why the car was now pulling, apparently that happens often when wheel bearings go bad. We asked if they had checked for that given they are a tire shop and they had rotated my tires 2 weeks prior and done an alignment with the work they did. They said no because they don't put tires on the balancer unless someone asks... If a separated tire is common with this kind of damage and incredibly dangerous why would you not check to make sure my tires are safe to drive away on? We then asked if it was test driven before we picked it up because it had an obvious pull. They said it was but all cars pull to the right on the roads they test drive it on so they didn't think anything of it. I am unsurprised the work was not done properly given Jorden took multiple personal calls on his cell phone in the time he dealt with us and a mechanics girlfriend was in the bay sitting on a tool box. From the window in the lobby customers could see them kissing. The owners of this shop clearly are not there enough or don't care how this business is run. I know Big O is a franchise and someone from Big O corporate needs to step in because this franchise is giving all of Big O a bad name. read more

We have been going to this Big O store for many years. Apparently it is under new ownership. A few months ago I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. A few days later my husband noticed that my car was leaking oil. It is a car with 10k miles on it. The technician hadn't tightened the oil drain plug properly. So my husband fixed it. Irritating, but not a deal breaker. Yesterday my husband brought his car in for new tires and an oil change. After driving 50 miles to work he realized that the plastic oil pan guard was hanging down and dragging on the ground. So disappointing. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a brake check. When I came in, I was greeted right away and asked what they could help me with. My car was in the bay, within minutes. Waiting area was clean. They have free coffee and popcorn available while you wait. I headed home and within 15 minutes got a call that my rear brakes needed to be done. I was told they had parts on hand and could begin right away. Within a couple hours, I got a call and left to pick up my car. The reason I am giving them 5 starts, is the customer service. The friendliness and attention to customer detail, is very important to me. They did a great job. I can't speak for anybody else, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back when any future work is needed. read more

So last week on Friday none less I need a break job asap and so I called Les Schwab and they gave me a quote of $811.00 but then I called Big O and they gave me quote of 790.00, now I know there isn't much of difference here in the price but there services was off the chain, Les Schwab was like we can't help you today or tomorrow, maybe on Tuesday and the person on the phone was jerk, once again I say if you don't like your job find another one please don't take it out on the public. Big O got my car in ran a check and came back to me and said yes we will bust or ass to get this back to you . Then they texted me to check up on how my car was doing week later just make sure everything was 100% to my liking. If I would have went to Les Schwab they would have charged extra and I would have left with new tires and breaks on my car because well they do that shit where they hold you hostage until they think your ass is safe in your own car, even if you just came in for a break job. Big O didn't try to up sell me on other services and there was zero pressure to buy anything else. Thank you Big O tires for holding me down! Wow. Never thought I would say it was an absolute joy to get an oil change and a tire rotation- but it was! I called around trying to get fit into a few local Lee Schwabs, and all had attitude and no openings. I even popped in and was told the wait was 3+ hours. Yeah no. So I called Big O and didn't expect any different. Honestly surprised how polite the guy was. They don't do appointments for tire rotations, but he said to come by in the morning and it shouldn't take too long. 2 hours tops. OK. I show up the next day at 9:30 am and when I asked how many hours it would take, they looked confused. "15 min" he says. Oh, um, okay wasn't expecting that. Nice! And they noticed I needed an oil change, so offered to tack that on, no extra time. Boom- easy peasy. Polite, no up-selling, no added weird charges. I couldn't be happier! My mind is blown after years of bad experiences and hassles all over the country. So happy with my experience and service! read more

I took car in after 5 yrs since they blew up my engine-replaced with used engine after hearing manger talking to staff about mistake they made. This time themostat read high and they stated they fixed it-drove it to work still had same problem. Paid 822.00 for things not needed and refused to fix car after they found out true problem-stated they did not have parts and did not know where to find them. It took me 5 minutes to find parts. Refused to give me refund or fix car for free. Car bought for 1900.00 and I paid them 822.00. Would never pay that unless I was sure it was fixed. Now the owner Thomas states just keep the defroster on. Car runs worse than before even with defroster on. Warning re Lake Stevens Big O tires. So yes this is a negative review. Hopefully you'll read this before visiting Big O in Lake Stevens. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated at this store mainly because I haven't lived in the area long and heard through word of mouth it was a great place to go. However, my experience was awful. It started out great, walked in to be greeted by Mark or Mike (can't remember his name) and he took care of me and we were able to get my car in pretty quick. It was done in just 30 minutes. Hooray, right? Wrong. I went back to pay and drove my car home. The next day I'm driving to work (which is in Woodinville) from Lake Stevens and I get about halfway and all of a sudden my front right tire just stops completely. No idea why, just halts and won't move. Luckily I was coming to a complete stop and not going 55 mph like I was or I probably would've wrecked big time. Anyway, I managed to get the car to the side as close as I could and I had my boyfriend come down to assist me. Turns out one of the bolts did NOT have it's lug-nut on it, IT WAS INSIDE MY CAR ON THE FLOOR! One of the mechanics apparently FORGOT to put the lug-nut back on. The bolt scratched up my rotor pretty good. So we managed to get the one bolt out of the rotor and everything was good from there. Next day, I go back in and tell them that I almost wrecked because of them and I'm not paying for any damage that they caused. They informed me that on the paper the mechanic wrote on it said I had a bad lug-nut and bolt. THEY FAILED TO TELL ME WHEN I FIRST PICKED UP MY CAR. I said it was their fault for leaving the lug-nut off and not telling me of the issue. Luckily, the fixed everything for free and put me in front of a long line of cars (only reason you get 2 stars. NOT GOING BACK HERE EVER. read more
