My guy called Formula tire and was 100% confident that I would 100% satisfied with their prices, selection and service. He has been going to Formula for all his tire needs and since he drives like a maniac, he has to replace tires frequently, no fault of Formula . He was right! I was 100% happy with my 4 new Pirelli tires: cost of tires, installed, taxes, tires balanced, old tires gone and in 45 minutes! PLUS 30% less cost than any place I have ever been. Thanks Dave!!! I will drive to Formula tire for my next set of tires. DeAnna

Staff is pretty unprofessional, being the customer, the one spending money (as opposed to the one…read moregetting paid) and having to keep being the one to keep them from blowing up and getting rude is not very comforting. We were able to get a decent deal, but when they changed the numbers from a previously already agreed number (they went up) I tried to clarify and the manager just talked over me, would not listen and when I tried to very calmly explain what I had been told before he snapped and said "then have a good day because I'm not going to help you anymore." Our sales person Alex was very helpful at first but as soon as she had texted us the incorrect numbers, clarifying it was like pulling teeth and she got defensive and rude. The idea that I had to talk THEM off a ledge just to clarify something is pretty wild. Most likely would not shop here again and unless they're giving you a great deal it's not worth their attitude. Update: Even worse than originally thought, 3 weeks later and paperwork still not completed, we have filled out everything they sent us they had to resend paperwork 3 times, their manager called and said "fill out the paperwork or bring back the car" which we did, then they had the wrong info despite me sending it to them over and over again which prevented us from even being able to receive part of the paperwork. Worst dealership buying experience I have ever had by tenfold, buyer beware steer clear.

The repair was flawless and you couldn't even see the clear coat line on my white SUV at the time. Later a tree fell on my mother's Lexus and she took it to Bruce at Pilchuck auto body and despite it being significant damage done it appeared that it never happened. This was a little older vehicle as well with pearl paint with some flake as well and it matched perfectly. I've been to a couple other shops with people colliding with me and wish their insurance would have let me use Pilchuck. Can't say enough good things about their quality of work and competitive pricing.

I noticed it was a locally owned business, and prefer to help out the locals that have been in the community for years instead of going to the bigger companies like Midas. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, and the owner (Jibran) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Everything has always been exactly as quoted from the time it would take to the cost. They always call you when/if they find any additional issues and make sure you understand what the issue is, and that they have your OK before proceeding. They have never tried to upsell me on anything, unlike the bigger shops (Midas). Jibran was even willing to sit with me and call other shops to receive quotes on services/products and compare them to his prices. I have NEVER had an auto shop do this for me before, and that is a huge reason I chose to stick with OA. Someone once broke my side mirror in a Costco parking lot, and OA was able to fix that in a professional and timely manner as well. I called in and let Jibran know about the issue, he immediately ordered the part and set up a time for me to come in, and had my mirror fixed the same day. It cost much less than what the Toyota dealership and O'Reilly had quoted me at. I have been bringing my car in consistently to this shop due to their excellent customer service, honesty and straightforwardness. I have been recommending this shop to all my friends and family over the past several years, and not a single person has had any issues. I am glad to see that they are doing well, as they should be, and will continue to come back to them for any auto services. This is one of the best auto shops in the Lynnwood/Everett/Mukilteo area! **I did not get paid for this review. This review is about the stellar customer service that was provided to me while buying a car. Buying a car from a dealership is a pain and I spent weeks stressing about doing it. When the time finally came, I went to a local and known Ford Dealership that immediately tried to screw me over on payments and price of the vehicle and had to walk away. After I left there, I went to Seattle Finest Motors because they had a car in their inventory I was very interested in, a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had found it online a couple days prior and the sales agent Leonard reached out to me about it. The day I wanted to see it, he came in on his day off just to help me. The entire time I worked with Leonard he was honest and respectful. He not only helped me get the car I wanted, but got me a much better rate than I was expecting. During the test drive I noticed the air conditioner in the car wasn't blowing as cold as it should be and the team there kept the car overnight to have it looked at and the next day when I went to pick it up the AC was cold as ice. The day I picked it up, another sales agent named Habib assisted me in getting all of the paperwork together and answering all my dumb questions. I drove the car off the lot that day. About two weeks later I received my license plates via mail (a huge advantage that saved me a trip!) along with a check for the difference in the cost of vehicle tabs. What impressed me most about Seattle Finest Motors is the honesty about the vehicles and transparency about what you pay for. They didn't try any aggressive sales tactics, make me feel pressured, and were extremely helpful. If you're looking for a used car, definitely check these guys out. Side note: I know I said the review wasn't about the car, but I've put several hundred miles on it already including a trip that was over 100 miles and it's had absolutely no problems.
