First off, this is the first negative review I've ever left another business, as I am an entrepreneur with multiple companies myself. But honestly this experience just pissed me off and I feel sorry for the owner of this company because its a beautiful store with fucking terrible employees representing the service shop. This morning I came in to get an installation quote for some parts on a Honda Grom I just bought as a gift, as well as have someone take a look at it for some miscellaneous things needed like new hardware. I walk into the service center, there's 2 employees. One is on the phone, the other is just standing there next to him waiting patiently for him to get off the phone so he can ask him a question all while ignoring me. I Literally stood there by the service desk the whole time and nobody greeted me. After waiting for almost 10 min. This guy Alan or whatever the fuck his name was finally came to the desk. His energy was combative, non welcoming, pessimistic, telling me I needed to buy parts I didn't need for the grom (I've owned groms before). Saying that I'm gonna get a ticket cause the exhaust was too loud. Saying that it's gonna take an hour each to remove the stripped bolts on the handle bars out. Almost $500 just for that (A local bike mechanic was able to remove the first bolt in literally 3 min) The more the guy opened his mouth, the more I didn't want to do business with these pricks. Keep Alan in the back of the shop away from any customer service interaction at all costs. I'm 30 years old but I look young. I felt as if he was trying to belittle me and write me off as a job that would be too much to ask. You guys just lost a serious customer that has the capacity to buy every single fucking bike in the showroom CASH. Management needs to seriously analyze this situation and how they can prevent this from happening to another paying customer. I doubt they'll take this review seriously and nothing will change. For the sake of all the hard work and sacrifices the owner had to endure for these guys to have a job, do better!!!! Or go work somewhere else where they don't mind treating people like garbage. And they did half measures in the work performed they over charged my son nearly a 100.00 more then what I personally heard them quote him and when he went to pick the bike up weren't going to let him have his front wheel until he paid the over estimated amount. He then brought the cycle home and wasnt even in a safe condition to ride and they should of never let him leave with the motorcycle in that condition without at least advising him first . It sucks because half the time if you ask for a part and it doesn't fit in their little search engine on their website, they tell you they can't get it but every single other place you call can get many of the universal parts that you need.... If your bike is older than 2015 don't even try..... Additionally, apparently the business owner thinks coming in after having crappy work done to your bike what I'm referring to is loose bolts stuff not being referred back to the customer parts being installed that weren't approved by me in the first place, etc..... so now I have the business owner saying that's aggression because I was irritated about that as well as the fact that they wanted to charge almost $400 to install two brand new 17 inch tires on some wheels of mine so I guess leaving after not wanting to pay that is aggressive..... or how about every time I call I either get put on hold forever or I just got the street. Oh we're not interested your bikes to old I've gotten that multiple times so I guess being a little irritated from that is considered aggression these days as well..... I paid $860 for two tires in an oil change the first time I ever came to this place and they started with a quote of 550 then when the work was done it came out to 1300 and they had to remove some parts that they didn't approve with me that they installed to bring it back down to 860..... so I guess that's considered aggression to.... I just expect people to kind of do their job and be willing to look up some parts or order some thing for the customer that's paying $129 an hour for any labor that's done there as well as overprice parts in the first place every time I've walked in there even to look at bikes, I felt mistreated so I guess that's aggression on my part two right? I don't think this business owner is very professional honestly because every time I've gone in there and had issues it's basically hands in the air and deal with the attitude..... Joe at the service department is the only one that actually takes the time to talk with you and go through your pricing and get it right..... if you get any of the other guys especially the main guy I don't know what his name is do you end up getting super expensive parts and not very good service as well as even if you do get service done there like I said most your bolts and stuff will be loose anyway I asked them to inspect my bike the first time I brought it in because I had vision impairments and I went home and there was finger loose bolts on my triple clamps no bolt in my seat whatsoever. The battery bolts weren't even connected. The wires were just wrapped around the terminals, etc.. They say they're willing to help out with older bikes and what not that's a lie. I'm sorry I might be harder to deal with but I'm not aggressive or rude. I just want you to do what you're expected to do for what you charge people because it's never a decent price and nobody's ever smiling leaving that shop, unless it's their parents that just bought them a bunch of gear because I come in there a lot to buy gear and I'm usually the only one walking around there so hundreds of dollars a day in gear or parts. Yeah when one or two people come in because that's what it cost to even get a pair of boots there..... So thanks again for reaching out and trying to make me seem like I'm some aggressive. Asshole I was ever wanted you guys to do was do your job correctly and source out some parts for a bike that was from 2005 all I was ever asking for were things like clutch levers or case gasket seals stuff that's not very hard to find and I did up getting put on hold or nobody would even give it a shot you say order hundreds of parts and you have hundreds of parts I don't think so I think you're gassing a bit. I received incredible customer service from customer support. I have an older Sports Power Ltd. trampoline and due to normal wear and tear the caps holding the net broke. I could not find replacements due to how old it is. I emailed them with a picture of what I was looking for and within 1 day I received a response asking for my address and letting me know they would ship out new ones to me. I responded with my address and again in 24 hours (all this on a weekend no less) I received a response saying the order has been placed and to please allow 3-5 days to ship and another 3-5 days to receive it. So in less than 2 weeks my issue is resolved with no hassel and my kids can get back to enjoying their summer safely on their trampoline. I was in awe at how easy it was and how quickly my issue was resolved. They did not even charge me for the replacement parts! I would recommend this company to any and all! I found EPS back in 2007 when I was searching for a VTX 1800 and they had several listed on their website. When I went in, they had even more to choose from and I found the perfect bike at a great price. Their bikes/accessories are probably smaller than other dealers, but it's good. The real thing to consider is their service dept - Dan and Lisa will treat you right and more than fair. I live in South Seattle and continue to take my bike to EPS even though it is way out of the way , because of Dan. You will not find a better service department. I must mention the owner Mike as well - just first class all the way. I had an unbelievably bad experience with another dealership out of California when I needed a service while on a road trip. When I received no help from that dealership, nor from Honda of America, Mike stepped in and assisted me to the extent of his influence....because he cared. 5 stars for service. 2 stars for product selection. I was here because this was where the classroom portion of my motorcycle endorsement course was being held. I needed gloves, so I decided to head over early to check out their selection. They don't have much for women. The woman behind the counter, Debbie, was great! I went to pay for the gloves I had picked out, and she said, "You know, if you like this pair, you might like these other ones... Let me show them to you" She walked me over to a rack in the very back corner, told me I could put them on and head over to one of the bikes in the front to try my grip on the throttle. I liked them much more than the first pair, so I decided to get them. When Debbie went to ring me up, she noticed they were priced a tad higher than the first pair I had chosen. Debbie said, "This pair is a little more expensive than the first pair. Let me see what I can do to get it at close to the 1st pair's price" She ended up giving me a small discount, so I ended up only paying $3 more than I would have if I had gotten the first pair. And, since the BF and I were really early for our class, and I had never been on a bike before, Debbie let us play around with the bike simulator upstairs. It was a lot of fun, and allowed me to get familiar with being on a motorcycle. I really appreciated the level of service I was given that afternoon. Debbie went above and beyond my expectations. I got Jason in parts on the phone and am COMPLETELY impressed at his customer service! he took it so above and beyond the traditional level of help I have received in all of my years. I needed fast shipping and first he called UPS to set up overnighting, which he offered to deliver it to the hub 15 minutes away. When I decided it was too expensive for that shipping service, he patiently and gladly gave me several other shipping options, in which he personally hand delivered my part to ship it- again, this is a Friday night- and was courteous and friendly the entire call. I asked them simple question about removal of my fairings for oil change and first service and the service guy tries to give me BS about not necessarily having j remove them. I'm thinking 200.00 for service and you don't even remove fairings for factory inspection/adjustment recommendations... are you kidding me? I have a full fairing GSXR not a naked bike... I'm not stupid and I don't appreciate BS. I'll just take my business elsewhere. When I'm talking to "Manager" he hangs up on me. We will never use this place again! We brought our bike in to have all the fluids changed and have new tires put on. When we came to pick it up it could not hold an idle and had to leave it there for another week which was ridiculous. That was last summer. We got set to go on first run of the summer checked the oil and it was black as tar it was never changed! We did not ride much last summer so we know it was not changed! Checked other fluids and same thing either dirty or not full. When we brought it in we explained we had just bought it and had been sitting for five years! They lost our service! read more

I am in the military and recently shipped my motorcycle overseas. I had to drain the fluids and wondered where I would go to properly dispose of the waste. I asked the service department if they would take it and charge me the standard environmental fee, but they did me one better and took it off my hands for free.
