I had to replace the rear tire on my Stratoliner Deluxe. I live in Woodinville and Ride Motorsports quoted me 3 weeks before they could install it. (I purchased the tire online). I called up Everett Powersports, and they said to bring it in. Needless to say this was unexpected, but very appreciated. I had them change the oil as well. Had the bike back in a couple hours, and they washed it. Both my wife and I have bikes we tour on. Will be purchasing a couple new bikes within a year. This place will be one of the dealers I look at and consider. Will recommend. read more

My front low beam lights was flickering due to the wiring, so it just needed to be rewired. Asked them to work on the front low beam that was attached to my led lights, but it still flickered. The front turn signals were also blown or didn't work anymore, but worked just fine prior to having them look at it. The rear tail light was never taken care of after I paid them money to diagnose the issue, because the rear tail light kept blowing out. I had to go to them twice to check it. Also, I asked them to double check my battery to see if I need a new battery or just needs a charge. Battery was never checked after I asked them to make sure it was fully charged or not, because it died out on me after I stalled when riding for 30 mins on the freeway. The mechanic said he had to jump start it, then went inside to talk to a mechanic and they said they already checked the battery. Had already filed a complaint to the BBB read more

I bought my Suzuki 1000 at this location. It was a used bike but it was in almost new condition. I felt like the salesman treated me fairly. Although I didn't ask for a discount he told me that there were none available on used bikes at the time I'm not sure if you got over on me or not but I was happy with the price that I paid and that's all that counts read more

After a friend, who I trust, vouched for their credibility, I decided to go in and 'take a look'...........my first bike purchase with little to no motorcycle experience so needless to say I had nothing but questions and lots of them. .Kevin, in sales, was totally awesome, he was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, didn't make me feel stupid for lack of knowledge but actually got me more excited and confident getting into riding. And no, it wasn't a sales pitch as he more than happy passing on knowledge and experience to a new rider which provides options and options are good. Realizing that I as so new and the questions I had were coming fast, he offered his personal contact to answer any questions that may pop up after I left..............for a newbie to have someone like that be available takes a lot of pressure off and yes again, gives a lot of comfort and confidence. I especially appreciated the frank discussions and tips regarding safety! Everyone there was exceptional, including finance who was friendly and completely straight forward, no games, totally legit and up front, to the apparel department who again had to walk us through the process from step one, was very informative and patient.....again a place where you feel comfortable and confident while gaining knowledge and options ranks very high in my book.. I am getting back into bikes and have been hunting both a bike and gear that's not 25 years old. In doing so I have been into, and largely ignored or quickly dismissed at 5 shops in the area. What's with the attitude? Then my wife and I walked into Everett Powersports. We were greeted when we walked in the door and had conversations with three different people in service, sales and accessories. Everyone was friendly and seemed entirely genuine. I spent a great deal of time abusing Marleyna (Marley) trying to find gear to fit both my large size and small budget. She was awesome!! Truly representative of excellent customer service both listening to my thoughts and suggesting things to keep me safe and comfortable while showing thorough knowledge of the products at hand as well as the competition. Again this place stands above the rest. Price and good service. They quoted me a price to replace a seal and a O-Ring on my ATV. I had gone to another place to get the service done, and they had quoted me $100.00 more than Everett powersports. They guessed about an hours worth of work and ended up a 3 hour job. They didn't budge on the price and were done before I expected it to be. Two thumbs up for them. read more

My husband and I just bought a bike after 25 years of not riding. We needed some gear & needed to have the tires changed & service done on our new used bike. I walked into this shop and didn't really know anything about the latest gear and not much about bikes in general. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. First I want to talk about Marley who helped me with accessories. Marley - you rock! She spent a LONG time educating me on helmets, gloves, jackets, pants, etc. She put a couple of jackets on hold for me because I was bringing the bike in the next day with my husband. The next day Marley again helped both my husband & I and spent a long time with us getting us all set with our gear. I can't say enough good things about her customer service, attention to detail, knowledge about the gear and bikes in general and her kindness. She was fabulous!! Now for the Service Department. All the guys we dealt with in service were incredible. Darrell Fisk took care of getting our new tires put on the bike and told us about a recall on the bike that they promptly fixed the same day as well as some other standard service we needed. Also amazing were John and Chris. Sorry if I'm forgetting to mention anyone but everyone was honestly top notch. They washed & dried our bike also which we didn't expect. This is now our store of choice for all things Powersports, we feel like family. We will be back. Thank you Everett powersports your service department is the Best. I dropped my motorcycle right in front of the store after getting a bunch of stuff done to it. Broke the break lever and twisted handelbars and foot break bent. Not a hard fall but enough to really get upset at myself. Got it back up and brought it bact to the guys. In 10 min I was back up and the bike was good to go. I did have some more scratches on it but it was running sweet. Those guys are the Best. Even the Company owner offered to pick me up to come back down the get my car. Hows that for service. read more

Brought my motorcycle in to Everett Powersports to get another muffler put on the bike. I brought them the muffler and the bike and they did the rest - there was a missing bracket and they just waited until I was able to get one. Got the bike back today, sounds great! They even helped me load the bike into my truck when I came to get it, I will be taking my motorcycles there for service from now on for sure - I STRONGLY recommend the service department (especially Brandon), great job and very accommodating! read more

These guys are great here and the prices are competitive for both bikes and gear. What sells the place though is its staff. They are excellent. I bought a CB500X today. The whole experience was very impressive. No pressure but someone nearby always to answer questions. Marley assisted me with picking out a helmet and a jacket for riding. She waited with me helping me out for over 30+ minutes after the shop closed still helping me out. Always smiling, very professional. Although some of my questions were seriously showing my newbiness and lack of knowledge i'm sure (since everything is new since I last got on a bike), she never was anything other than friendly and helpful. Thanks Marley! Angie in finance was also great and helped me find an insurance company for the bike that was around $200 cheaper a year than the Geico who handles my auto/house insurance. Not a huge amount overall but after an hour arguing with Geico over why their rates were so high Angie helping me find a better deal and a reason to not have to add another policy to Geico made my day on it's own. She is also very nice and professional. No pressure again which I loved! Chase there also helped answer my barrage of questions and was available as I sat on bike after bike after bike getting a feel for them. When I was ready he setup the next steps and was great. I had the bike delivered and even the guy that delivered the bike was awesome. Very friendly and professional. I didn't get his card to remember his name but Chase can help thank him for me. Bottom line... This is the place to go to over the others in the area. I've went to several surrounding bike shops and by far this was the best of them and had what I wanted (even though I started thinking I wanted another) and sealed the deal with their service. They are excellent staff there. Kudos to the group. They have definitely earned my biking business! read more

This is my favorite bike shop in the greater Seattle area. They have a knowledgable staff with no sales pressure. I am back again about the service at Everett Power Sports. Without going in to all the details I would just say that the service I received this last time I went in was even better than before and I thought it was stellar before. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. The honesty and integrity and fairness they displayed was just beyond in today's world. I could have easily been charged for 3 times the labor I was charged for. They are not a Kawasaki dealership but they are excellent technicians with access to the service manuals and they follow them. They aren't afraid to call a Kawi shop for needed guidance/advice either. I have every confidence in the work that was done to my machine and just can't thank them enough. I had issue with some statements I found to be conflicting and they were willing to listen to me and talk about it until we were both satisfied that we understood each other. It could have gotten angry and heated but it didn't. Just professional and good business. I'll always pay close attention to anyone working on anything of mine, but these guys have proven trustworthy and that is priceless. read more
