    Master craftsman!! The man is a bike whisperer. I thought I had a clapped out 2014 Honda CBR 1000rr and Ivan made a house call on his way out to the track. Something just sounded off, thought I needed a valve job or worse because super high mileage. Gave my bike the full service inspection, identified the issues, found the parts and told me exactly what I needed to do to nurse her back to health. He is like a motorcycle wizard. I am 42 and just love to rip for fun and I will never take my bike to another mechanic. He was the smoothest operator with a bike I have ever seen. Just a wicked nice guy and super badass at that. Don't waste your time or money getting worked over by a shop, go to Ivan who loves bikes, knows them inside and out, stands on business. Saved me $$$

    Finally, a mechanic and repair shop that can meet you halfway- or all the way, if you prefer! I had a flat tire on my Suzuki; unfortunately motorcycles don't have spare tires, and changing out the complete wheel assembly is a lot more difficult than the YouTube videos would have you believe. After calling the dealer I typically use as well as 2 others and hearing 4-6 weeks before they would even look at the bike, a quick search online leads me to Pit Stop GP, and just for fun I request an appointment. After a few texts and pictures back and forth, I have an appointment for 10:30 the next morning. In less than an hour, the whole wheel is aligned and ready to go, AND I have a detailed list of electrics, fluids, tire pressures- everything I need to know to ride safely. My mechanical skills probably peaked in 1976, wrenching on a Yamaha 2-stroke. It's great to find a faster, cheaper alternative to the busy dealers and a shop I trust to do the work, or check my work if I get in the weeds on a DIY project.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME Reached out to them and requested service and got an email reply saying to text a number. I text the number and waited for 6 days. I texted the number again and didn't hear anything so I called. A man with an Eastern European accent answers and asked that I just text him and he would follow up. I text him and told him where and when I needed the service to which he simply replied "OK". The day of the service I reached out to confirm we were still on schedule and I never heard from him.

    Ivan and crew are professional, flexible, and fair. I got a flat on my motorcycle on a Saturday evening in a location far from home. With Ivan's service I felt safe, got back on the road swiftly, and was charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I was having a problem with my bike so called Optimum. They said it couldn't be seen for a couple weeks so an appointment was made. You'd think that having an appointment, particularly one you had to wait weeks for, would mean your bike would be looked at fairly quickly. After all, why else have an appointment if it isn't designating the time you're going to get service? And, indeed, when I dropped it off Porcia told me she'd have her tech look at it and get back to me in a couple days. But after a week, I'd heard nothing. NEVER RETURN CALLS So I called, got their voice mail and left a message which was never returned. Three more calls, two more weeks, and still no calls returned. Finally I called the main number and said I'm having difficulty reaching the service desk. A woman who did not identify herself got on the phone, rattled off some boilerplate sentences saying her tech has been busy, but she'd get back to me the next day. Since she never asked who I was or which bike was mine and said nothing but generalities I didn't believe I was getting anything other than being "handled" and brushed off. And, as expected, I didn't get called the next day. MISREPRESENT THE WORK THEY DID Finally got a text from Porcia: "my technician went on about two decently long test rides today" and had duplicated the problem. But when I picked up the bike, the odometer hadn't changed. My bike wasn't even taken for a test drive down the block, let alone "two decently long test rides". How much service time was I charged for test rides and other work and diagnostics that were not actually performed? FOCUS ON "HANDLING THE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THE ISSUES I wrote the Service Dept Manager (Michael Mason per their website) about all this but the reply came from Porcia with an attempt to explain how a "long test ride" doesn't really mean a test ride at all and more I'm-reviewing-this-with-our-service-dept-team PR handling. (If they actually have a "team", why can't anyone return a call?) Finally I got a call from "General Manager" Adrielle who delivered more "handle the customer" by throwing Porcia under the bus ("I've been working with her on being better") now claiming they'd actually did two hours of diagnostics that they never billed me for (at $200/hr). Something they never mentioned ever before until I raised a question about them charging me for work not performed. SUMMARY Never call back when they say they will. Make up excuses that they didn't mean what they said. Suddenly come up with claim they took $400 off the bill they never mentioned before. Handle the customer instead of actually attempting to resolve any issues. Lose a long time customer.

What should have been a reasonable repair turned into months of waiting with almost no accountability from their staff. To make things even worse, they held my jet skis in their yard for so long that the motor ended up no longer working properly afterward. The lack of care, urgency, and professionalism was unbelievable. I trusted them with expensive equipment and felt completely taken advantage of by the end of the experience. If you value your time, money, or property, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that actually respect their customers and stand behind their work. This place does not.

On seafair weekend in Seattle, we knew it wouldn't be immediate - no matter what we did - but we were pretty close to ditching our car in a not-so-safe spot overnight - or sleeping in it. So I had to try. While other towing companies had an estimated arrival of multiple hours into the future, Bellevue Towing (Richard) had our back. He said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" - his confidence & expedience absolutely shocked us. I said "are you able to quote me for a tow from Bellevue to Issaquah, because I have a maximum reimbursement rate with my insurance", and he told me. To be candid, I was skeptical that he'd hold to the rate. But this man was honest! Not only did he arrive less than 15 minutes later, have our car loaded in 5, and met us without issue at our mechanic - but he also e charged us exactly what he quoted. Richard was truly nothing but professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. He was quick, did everything by the book, and honestly turned around a really crappy day just by being our friendly savior. I will be recommending Bellevue Towing (and Richard!) to everyone I know! Don't waste 7hrs sitting in line with your insurance... just call Bellevue Towing.

Was literally mid call asking about a tow and dispatch service said to hold on as they had another call. Dispatch never came back. Also their bare minimum is $200/hr. Insane. Basically charging at the tow fee maxes set by the city.
