They spent some time on my jeep trouble shooting it. Unfortunately they weren't able to pin-point the issues that were causing the codes, they believe their all electrical problems. However they did refer to to another shop that might be able to help. I showed up to pickup my Jeep and I was very surprised that they decided not to charge me for their trouble-shooting time. He said he didn't want to waste my time or his time. He recommended a mechanic that specializes in Mercedes. I thought that they offers minor and major repairs for new and older cars based information on their website. When I called and talked to Scott, the owner, prior to towing my car there, Scott said that they could fix the car although I'd have to wait a few weeks before towing my car there. I said that's okay with me because I was not in a hurry. However, I didn't expect that once I tow my car there, they would not work on the car for weeks afterwards. This was not the impression that I got initially. After I towed my car there, the young lady who greeted me told me that it would take only 2 hours before the mechanic can diagnose the problem on this classic car. After I towed my car to Woodinville Import Auto Repair, the car was left in their parking lot for weeks. Staffs at this shop kept calling me with different prices on diagnostic fee and different timeline. When I called to follow-up after weeks, Scott's wife said that their mechanic will look at my car whenever he had free time. She told me that if I wanted to mechanic to look at the car sooner, it would be expensive, up to 1,000 dollars to diagnose the car issue. They talked down to me and blamed that I misunderstood Scott's wife and etc, claimed she never said anything like that. They made me feel like I could not communicate well in English when I have been in the U.S. for almost 30 years (since I was a little girl). I went to middle school, high school, undergrad at UW and even got a doctorate degree in the U.S. How can they blame their lack of competent mechanic, their lack of care to customer's car, their poor time management on me as a customer?! I thought it was very odd the interactions that I experienced at this shop. Scott charged me 216 dollars for diagnostic fee, but that was not that helpful at all. This is because when I tow my car to other shop after this, other reputable shops will need to re-examine the car again anyway before they fix the car. Updated: I ended up towing my dad's 1990 classic Mercedes (420 SEL) to another shop in Renton. My experience at another shop was so different and wonderful compared to this business. At another shop in Renton, they took really great care of this car. The shop in Renton diagnosed the car within hours and got the car fixed in days. The diagnosis they gave me in Renton was much more detailed. Now the car is fixed and it drives AMAZING as it is supposed to be because it's 1990 Mercedes 420 SEL (my dad loved this car so after he passed, I wanted to fix the car). This made me realized it was such a mistake to take my dad's classic 1990 Mercedes to Woodinville Import Auto Repair. This was my first experience dealing with a car shop because I usually drive new cars. I honestly didn't know what to expect. Now that I took the 1990 Mercedes to another shop that treated me normal like how it is supposed to be, I realized that Woodinville Import Auto Repair was not good at all. I think what happened was that even though they scheduled me to tow my car there to fix, they ended up fixing others' cars first. They took priority to fix other cars because they thought my car was old (it's a classic car). Then the worst part, both owners tried to blame ME for their poor time management. They kept blaming the issue on "communication" with me. They "thought I was not in a hurry." Yes, I was not in a hurry but to leave the car in the parking lots for weeks is not acceptable. To keep changing their price of diagnostic fee is NOT NORMAL. They acted like I was abnormal for calling them to follow-up after weeks of no progress. They let the car stays at the same place in the parking lot outside for weeks, charged 216 diagnostic fee, talked down to me as if I was the problem. They didn't really do much to "diagnose" the car. The owner said that he didn't want to waste my time or waste his time by fixing this car after he diagnosed the problem. I had to pay extra tow fee to tow the car to another shop. Other shop will have to re-do the diagnostic process and charge the diagnostic fee again. As a result, I paid total of 700 dollars (round trip towing fee and diagnostic fee) for nothing because of this business. What frustrated me the most was that the owners of this shop tried to blame me for many things such as "wasting [their] time" or "communication" issue. When this was supposed to be a straight forward situation. Scott told me the car needs a new fuel pump when fuel pump was new. When I took it to other shop, they spent hours diagnose the car correctly and fixed it within days. If you are looking for an honest auto shop that will treat you with respect, I don't feel that this is the one.

Early this month, my 2018 Kia Niro with over 245,000 miles was in need of pretty much a complete…read moreclimate control overhaul. In the summer of 2024 the a/c stopped working properly. It would work on only the very lowest/coldest setting. I managed to live with that through the remainder of that summer and then again through the summer of 2025. Then just a few weeks ago, on Halloween night, I noticed the louder than usual hum of what I suspected was the heater motor...along with my windows fogging up a bit more than they ever had before, so I knew something was wrong there. For the next ten days I kept driving my car, aware that the whole HVAC system was out of whack and knowing that I had to address it soon because the cold/wet/dark months are coming fast...and I use my car for rideshare and I couldn't risk not having the defroster or consistent heating. I have taken great care of my car since I bought it brand new in 2018, which means I have had to deal with various Kia Service Depts in that time, which can be a real inconvenient and time consuming experience. With this recent problem I knew I didn't have time for the inconvenience of working with the dealer as I didn't have time to wait for an appointment to get it diagnosed, and then another appointment to fix it. The dealer can also get pretty expensive, so my hand was forced. I decided to do my research and find a local place...which led me to Leon's. The reviews were good, so I took my chance and went it on Tues Nov 11th and was greeted by Alvaro. I told him and showed him the issues I was having with my car. He couldn't believe that my car had 245K miles on it. I just told him "it's a great car man". After the brief chat with Alvaro I made an appt to drop it off the next morning. When I dropped it off I was told they'd have a diagnosis for me in the early afternoon...and they sent me on my way with a courtesy ride home. Couple hours later I got a call from Eddie to tell me what needed to be done. At the same time I received a text message with a link to approve/decline repairs on issues that they found...which included a few things beyond the HVAC system that the Kia dealers apparently never noticed in the dozens of inspections that they've done in the past 8 years when changing my oil. I approved replacement of my heater motor, replacement of my thermostat (which was stuck open), freon recharge/refill, transmission fluid change, and a couple of other things. I declined a couple non urgent things. Eddie let me know that they'd need the car until late Friday afternoon as they had to get parts shipped to them to complete the job. I said "no problem"...and in the back of my head I was skeptical, thinking it would probably end up being there through the weekend. But I was wrong! Friday rolled around, I texted Eddie to ask when I could expect my car and he let me know it would be ready around 4-4:30pm! Then at about 1:20pm I got a text saying "Hi Steve, your car is good to go"! So not only was it NOT going to be there for the weekend, it was actually ready for me 2-3 hours earlier than I expected. It's been ten days since I picked up my car and the climate control system feels like it did when it was a brand new car....as I approach the 250K mile mark on my awesome Kia Niro! The whole process was just a real good experience for me from start to finish. The pricing was fair and I paid exactly what I was quoted as the quote also included taxes. No "mystery costs" after the quote was nice. When I am ready to complete the other repairs that I originally declined, I will definitely be returning to Leon's...as I will with other problems that may come up in the future. They earned my future business. I appreciate they way they worked with me throughout the whole process from the initial interaction with Alvaro to the communication throughout the process with Eddie and to the completion of the work ahead of schedule. It was just really nice in today's world to give my business to a place that seems like they actually care about what they're doing!

When the date finally arrives Mazda of Everett now requires the vehicle owner sign a waiver for the complimentary car wash. They are not responsible for any windshield breakage or cracks, new dents or scratches that might occur in the process. I declined the wash because the rep behind the counter sounded like he had zero faith in what happens to my NEW vehicle when it leave my hands. So think twice if the "free" oil changes and car washing/vacuuming means anything to you. It doesn't mean anything to the dealership and they are happy to see you leave. if you spend some time on hold on the phone you will hear Jerry McCann say over and over how service sells cars... you lost me. I'll never buy another car from you and I hope nothing seriously wrong happens to the current car as I don't have confidence that Everett Mazda could fix a problem without first hearing their list of excuses to cover their short falls. As for the rest off my day... I spent almost four hours to take my car in and return home now I get to wash and vacuum my car. I'm doing the job that Everett Mazda should have done!!!!
