Following his instructions, I called the store about locating the correct required replacement parts for 2 exterior light bulbs (that are required by law to be lit). On Mon Fed 2, I spoke to Jessica, parts manager, who found the correct bulbs in their stock and offered 3 levels of lighting products. I took her recommendation for the higher end LED version of bulbs, which she left in pick-up later storage to be picked up on Wed. She referred me to (another) Jessica who did indeed help. She also kindly replaced said pair of new LED lights to make me street legal. Both ladies helped this needy customer. I was happy I was referred to this store that was generous in its assistance and effort to help a customer. The transaction was totally upfront, transparent and honest carried out by helpful, courteous staff.

I ordered 3 item and had the expectation that it would be ready within the hour or so. Well, that didn't happen, and it was getting close to me having other errands that I needed to get to that morning. I decided that I've put off hitting the road waiting on Autozone, to get my order ready. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase.

The parking lot and store were slightly busy, but a few parking spots were available. After walking the aisles and not spotting hubcaps, I approached the front counter and was warmly greeted by a worker. I asked about hubcaps and she asked what size my tires were. I had taken a few pictures and she looked at them, then offered to take a look at the car. We walked out to my car and they were 15 inch tires. We went back inside the store and she showed me three options they had for hubcaps at that size (two silver and one black and gray). I decided to go with the black and gray ones, which came in a 4-pack. The total with tax was less than $60. On Monday 21 July 2025, I went to install one and found it appeared to be too flat to install on the tire of my car (the plastic of the hubcap pressed against the metal of the wheel/tire such that it impeded the hubcap properly snapping into place). After removing any smudges from the hubcap I attempted to install and putting everything back in the original packaging, I came back to the store this morning (Tuesday 22 July 2025) to see if I could return the item. My inquiry was processed by an alert worker and I was issued a full refund. While the item did not work, my overall shopping experience was excellent.

The rubber around one of the windows is loose as well. During negotiations, we could overhear the other salesmen talking shit about their customers. I was too exhausted to ask more about getting a second key fob, so a few days later I tried to call Tommy. He never gave me a business card nor wrote down his information anywhere, so I could not contact him directly. When I called their general phone number, someone answered and passed me off to a man named "Carlos". Right off the bat he was super aggressive when I told him politely about the key fob. He told me I would "have to take it up with Tommy" and that they don't have to provide a second key fob because it's not certified used. I told him Tommy never told me any of this information until after signing so how would I know? I had tried to reach out to Tommy more than once but got a general voicemail, and never received a call back. Avoid this dealership and buy a car where people care about you, at Lynnwood Honda.
