    TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!!! There customer service is terrible and the manager lonel has absolutely no idea how to speak fluent English and has to go above his head to answer questions. As a manager he should be able to answer in confidence. After selling me a warranty that was voided due to a lift and tires when I bought it. My services weren't covered. Keep in mind my warranty was into my loan so my payment was more. But because it was voided they had to refund the $4500 which I haven't received it all. They screwed me over and they refused for weeks to cover the shop fees. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership. This dealership DOES NOT care about there customers and does not make this place feel right to buy a vehicle from. I have reported them to the BBB.

    Mediocre service department I paid for a new FOB & no one contacted me for the pickup I called 2 weeks after to see what had happened with my FOB. They had it & I initially had to pay upfront for my FOB but when I finally get my car there is a $200 fee for the programming of service. This was a surprise to me wasn't explained that this was the process. The service department personnel all look at their screens & do not acknowledge customers. SLOW Service is there specialty - I always get plenty of people asking me for help after I've been explaining to the service tech I've been standing in the service area for 20+ minutes.

    Long wait times which can be annoying, customer service can also be improved, other than that they do alright!

    I came in to the O'Reilly Auto Parts on Ballinger Way Northeast this past Friday, 18 July 2025,…read morelooking for a new hubcap for my car. The parking lot and store were slightly busy, but a few parking spots were available. After walking the aisles and not spotting hubcaps, I approached the front counter and was warmly greeted by a worker. I asked about hubcaps and she asked what size my tires were. I had taken a few pictures and she looked at them, then offered to take a look at the car. We walked out to my car and they were 15 inch tires. We went back inside the store and she showed me three options they had for hubcaps at that size (two silver and one black and gray). I decided to go with the black and gray ones, which came in a 4-pack. The total with tax was less than $60. On Monday 21 July 2025, I went to install one and found it appeared to be too flat to install on the tire of my car (the plastic of the hubcap pressed against the metal of the wheel/tire such that it impeded the hubcap properly snapping into place). After removing any smudges from the hubcap I attempted to install and putting everything back in the original packaging, I came back to the store this morning (Tuesday 22 July 2025) to see if I could return the item. My inquiry was processed by an alert worker and I was issued a full refund. While the item did not work, my overall shopping experience was excellent.
