There hasn't been one day in 10 years that they have had more than 2 customers vehicles in the shop. obviously the owner has his vehicles in there, but never a full shop. 2nd encounter....I ask for an estimate to get full exhaust replaced on my other car, same answer. Might I add, the representative of Everett pro muffler n Brake is not friendly nor courteous in the slightest. last interaction was indeed the last. I requested an exhaust system quote on a stock vehicle and was told they only do custom exhaust. All interactions were in person and not over the phone. I do not recommend this shop in any way. I was treated poorly and disrespectfully.

Asher offered to call AAA for me and he went through all of the prompts for me.These two young men were very helpful, polite and patient with a senior citizen like myself. Then another co-worker who was off duty stopped by the store and was kind enough to offer to give me a jump start and he gave me his time and assistance. All of this took some time and it was a bit chilly outside in the cold but all three of them were still very polite and professional. At the end of the day I was very thankful for all of their help and and support and they made what could have been a very terrible experience a little easier and I felt very much at ease with the how things turned out. Problem is the back tire is 240mm and…read morealot of places won't touch a tire that size unless you bought it from them, or they want you to take the wheels off and bring it to them. We spoke briefly over the phone and they guaranteed me that they could do it. I am always cautious about new shops or people I don't know especially when it comes to wheels and tires. I drove in, they told me about 2 hours, but they were actually done in about an hour. I was amazed. They charge about 50 to 60% LESS than what Harley wanted and Harley wont put any non OEM part on your bike. They even gave me some maintenance info for my bike. These guys are actual certified Harley Mechanics. Between the two of them they have about 45 years of experience. I would definitely trust them with my bike and I will not take my bike to any Harley dealer without calling them first.
