I have used cascade wheel over the last 15 years and it has gone downhill and I will not be…read morereturning. I brought my 17 Inch wheel in to have a crack repaired. Just the crack welded. I came to pick it up and they grinded down the curb marks on face of the wheel which I did not ask for, now the paint/finish on the wheel does not match because they ground down the lip on the edge. I also found another crack next to the large crack they had repaired which was not there when I dropped the wheel off. They insisted they did not cause it but I inspected this wheel very thoroughly before dropping off and would have seen the smaller crack next to the large crack. I left the wheel for them to repair the smaller crack and was told they will have the painters try to match the paint color and spray the silver ground down areas. Upon pick up the 2nd time, the small crack was repaired poorly compared to the 1st crack repair, and they did not paint the ground down damage like they said, and the weld does not even have a finish applied over it like the larger weld does. The face of the wheel near the spokes also have damage now from the welding residue which I don't know how they even did that when the repair is on the inside barrel not even close to the face of the wheel. I will be going elsewhere for wheel repairs in the future.

I made an appointment to bring my father-in-laws Honda Accord in to change out the headlight lenses. They had fogged up. Yes I know there is a chemical you can use to un-fog them but it really doesn't last. So anyway this was his Christmas gift. I already had the parts since I got them on-line, and they didn't give me a hard time about it. So, I was just charged for labor. So, I pick up the car in Bothell and drive it to Fast Eddies in Everett. "Why did you take it to a place so far away Tony B?" Well believe me, I called around. But several places did not follow up with me, or said they would not install parts that I provided myself. Fast Eddie's was easy to deal with. And we made an appointment for 10AM today. They were ready for me at 10, just as they said. I was told it would take 2 or three hours, and they were done around 1:30. So, that's pretty close. Oh, and When I checked in on Yelp, I got a pop-up with a 10% discount on labor! Fast, honest, they keep their word, and for those reasons I am awarding 5 stars. Thanks Fast Eddie!
