I can't say enough good things about Enriquez Tires. The guys there are seriously incredible. I needed four new (used) tires, but I could only bring in two at a time. When I brought the first two in, they were super cool and even gave me a better price than what I was quoted over the phone. That honestly meant a lot because they didn't have to say anything -- they could've just charged the original price. I thought that was super cool of him. I explained that I needed to go back home (about 5 minutes away) to swap out the other two tires and bring them in. Even though they were about to close, he told me to go grab them and that they would wait for me. Well... I had a hard time getting a couple of the lug nuts off, so it took me an extra 30+ minutes. I called and let him know what was going on, fully expecting them to say they had to close -- but he told me it was all good and to still come in. When I finally pulled up, the garage doors were shut and I was thinking I'd taken too long and they had to leave. But then the doors opened and he came out and said, "I was starting to think you weren't coming!" They waited for me -- not even knowing for sure if I would show back up. That blew me away. They didn't have an attitude. They weren't upset that their day had ended 30+ minutes earlier. They were still friendly, helpful, and ready to get my tires taken care of.They even helped unload and reload the tires into my car. I left feeling extremely grateful. It's rare to see customer service like that anymore. They went above and beyond, took time away from their evening, and treated me with genuine kindness. I really wish I would've gotten their names so I could thank them personally -- but I hope they see this and know how much I appreciated what they did. I even drove away wishing I had tipped them more because they absolutely deserved it. This is 100% the place you want to go for tires. I communicated with this vendor over several days about a specific set of tires listed on Facebook Marketplace. On the day of purchase, I confirmed availability at 10:43 AM due to the hour-plus drive from Maple Valley to Everett, and the merchant said they were available. After I arrived, he claimed he had texted that the set was sold. I don't text and drive, and he had already confirmed availability before I left. My records show he didn't send that message until 11:23 AM--about 40 minutes after I departed. With gas over $5 per gallon, I didn't appreciate the wasted time, cost, and wear on my vehicle, especially when he then tried to sell me different tires. His attitude was smug and dismissive. I just bought 4 new tires off Amazon and had them installed at Pep Boys near my home in Seattle for my 2017 Rogue. I knew I needed my back brakes and rotors replaced, but they quoted me about 800 bucks!? I remembered my friend's recommendation of Enrique's tires, who did all my tires and rotors on my previous car, a camry, for an amzing price a few years ago, and everything came out great. This latest visit will make me a regular. He is friendly, honest, and does great work. I got my back brakes and rotors done for better than half the price Pep Boys quoted! It did not take long either, I just walked around for a couple hours. Next time I need tires, I'll check this place out first too. I've so far been here twice, both times it's drive in, tell them what you need and how much you're working with, they tell you all their options, find a set and give the go then come back in about half an hour. I bought 3 tires from this place and within two weeks both back tires were destroyed. I had put less than a thousand miles on them and both treads completely shredded on the freeway while going 70 mph I was lucky not to cause an accident! My car had serious damage caused to my back bumper from one of the tires exploding at high speed. I know buying cheaper isn't the best idea but I expected to get tires that will at least hold up longer than 2 weeks! I asked him for a refund they refused to do anything but replace the tires (As if I would put another one of their death trap tires on my vehicle) NEVER BUY TIRES FROM THEM!! Well I must say, I thought they were a good place to go... and they are the cheapest around.... But not if I have to keep coming back and paying $50 per tire to air it up if the bead didn't take! I went there and paid him $100 to put change out 2 of my tires and 1 of them the bead didn't take. So it keeps going flat! I went back to see if he could re do it,and he told me "Ya, for $50 he could... and that he knows that sometimes the bead doesn't take." So my opinion would be that he should re do it for me at no extra cost ,right? Or what every other day I'm going to keep coming back and paying $50 if it don't work?!?!?! I couldn't believe how rude he was! Almost felt like he didn't even want to put air in my tire for me to drive away! He made some comment about driving it so low it was almost on the rim. I told him "ya, thats how much air I lost just driving 7 blocks from my house to here!" I feel like his dad would have done it for me at no extra cost because it was due to no fault of my own. Bad tires - Blamed me. On Nov 10th we purchased a set of tires from this place. They were winter tires with the studs removed but we were assured that they were top of the line. $115 and we thought we were good to go. I know used tires can be a crap shoot, I get that. The other used tire shop we used to buy from went from just selling tires to only selling tires for fleet vehicles. So, we needed a new tire place. Yesterday, less than 2 months from purchase, we had the tire come apart at 65 mph on 405. Almost got us in an accident. THE TIRE CAME CAME APART AT 65 MPH Ok, it's a blowout. That happens. Took the tire back to them today and they said we must have hit something. Which we didn't. My husband asked if they give a discount on 2 new tires (because we no longer trusted the other tire up front). Best they'd offer us was 2 tires for $100. Same price we paid for the fail tires that just had a blowout.... Ummm... No thanks. Take your business elsewhere. They don't stand behind their tires or want to make it right if something goes wrong. We totally understand that this can happen. It's happened before to us. But the tire sellers we've had in the past ALWAYS made it right and we'd either end up paying for 1 tire and getting 2 or some other service in exchange for the bad tire. BUYER BEWARE! I had bought a truck recently and needed tires bc the ones that I had were starting to bald and tear. So I came to Enriquez Tires and spoke with Manuel. He was super nice and treated me like i was a long time customer. I really liked that he examined my trucks tires thoroughly and said that he had options for what I could do. He had used tires and new tires and he explained the price differences from the very beginning. Not trying to sell me on ONLY new tires. He explained the difference of each set of tires he showed me and what would benefit me best. He had very reasonable prices for both new and used tires. We bought two new tires for our newish to us 2016 Hyundai accent. He told us they were new tires; still had a sticker and all. We paid about $140 in cash for both of them; he said its a better deal that way. We bought them April 12th 2021, they blew out May 2nd 2021. I went in to get a refund and talk with him about the damage it caused my car going 70 mph on the freeway. The tread blew off, destroying the ABS sensor, wheel well cover, and cracking the bumper in three places. After taking it to Discount, they informed me these were 22 years old and most likely retreaded. When I went to see him recently, I was told I would only be able to get 2 new tires. He said he didn't have any in stock, and he would have to talk with his supplier, which would cost him money to get me new tires. However, our specific tire size is NOT a common size. I said I have worked in this industry, and you selling 22 year old tires as new is illegal. He said that they are new because they have never been mounted. I told him I would call my attorney and he would be in touch; magically he wanted to know what would make me happy. I said at least a refund for the tires, not including the damage to my car. He offered to do a refund check only because he didn't have enough business for the day to give me my cash back. As I said, I have worked in this industry and you HAVE to have cash to give change. He took my ID and left us in the car for almost 15 mins. He then came back out with no check and told me I'd get a refund if he could "dispose" of said tires while trying to open my car without permission before I could even get out to stop him. I said no and I'm keeping the damaged tire. He said I would not get a refund unless he gets the tires. I said then never mind, you don't have a check. Buyer beware, he has two more of this specific tire size (Firestone 175-65-14) in his shop. read more

They gave me bad used tires @ a 2/32 already! 2 different sizes on the front which makes my car shake horribly when driving and I have children. They made me feel like I was to blame saying how they don't know what I've done to the tires in the TWO months that I've had them! I work hard for my $ and don't appreciate being scammed. They gave her a great price on the high quality brand name new tire and only charged $20 to come to the car, even though it was closing time and the other tire stores would not bother with us. I got a flat tire and needed it fixed, and went to Les Schwab since they are right by my house. But they lied to me telling me (a) my tire was bald on the inside (b) and that they used a tire gauge and that my tires were illegal (c) and that they legally couldn't do a repair, and (d) that they legally couldn't even take the wheel off my car. All absolute lies. And by the way, the tires were Les Schwab tires. I left and went to Enriquez Tires. Irvin took the wheel off and found a screw in the tire. He patched it and within a few minutes I was back on the road. While he was putting the tire back on, he mentioned that I should be thinking about getting new tires sometime down the road (which I knew I would probably have to do next year) but they were still street worthy for awhile. His honesty will get me back as a customer when I am ready for a whole set of tires, and also, very soon, a new set of brakes that I already knew needed to be done pretty quick. He only charged me $5. I would much rather support an honest, family run local business, than a lying corporation that puts on a front like they care, but in actuality, bold face lies to you. Cheap used tires are great. Lousy customer service isn't. I needed some good used tires for my car for a trip to Montana this weekend. After some shopping around and a few phone calls, I called Enriquez Tires on Monday and got a price quote of $160. Showed up on Tuesday, got the tires and then the mechanic tried to charge me an extra $100. I told him the price I was quoted, he made a phone call, and I got the quoted price. On the way home, I noticed a vibration at about 70 mph. Happened again on the way to work this morning. Stopped at the tire shop after work to have the tires rebalanced. Shouldn't have been an issue. What I got was attitude, and the guy telling me he needed to take my car for a drive to see for himself. I told him that in current traffic conditions, there was no place to get my car up to 70 and that I know what an unbalanced tire feels like. I've been driving for 35 years. Then he tells me that he's been doing this for 7 years and knows what he's talking about, and that he wouldn't come into my job and presume to tell me what to do on my job. He ended up checking the balance on all four and found one that was slightly out. Hmmm... Anyway, I won't be returning to Enriquez Tires. read more

We bought 4 used tires from Enriquez's and 8 days later one of the tires had a sidewall blowout while I was driving thru the parking lot. I called and they said to bring it down and they'll take care of it. They charged me $30 for another tire and said I must have hit something to cause this blowout. They told us they have a 5 day return policy and that was that. We'll never go back and will recommend others to not go to Enriquez's. read more

Good timely service , got the job done. I think you have to understand what your buying . You're buying a used tire. You're taking some risk because it's a used tire. They also sell new ones btw. Anyway, perfect for what I wanted , 1978 Chevy with one bad tire . Presto , new tire quickly back on the road at a reasonable price. I'm going to buy some new tires from them for my Toyota Highlander. These will be new since this is a nicer vehicle . I think the bad reviews are ridiculous on here. These guys seem to be just trying to run an honest business. I'll see how they do with the new tires and post a review on that purchase.
