I took my 2025 Tesla in a for an alignment after lowering it. Hankook Tire did an excellent job and was able to dial in the exact specs I wanted. This car is 1 month old and was really happy to see it was taken care of by the shop with covers on steering wheel, seat and floor. I also had a great conversation with Jae. His expertise and recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend this shop and will continue coming back!

Wish I could give 100 stars because these guys move mountains no joke. Came in for an alignment and to have my fender liner installed which they completed pretty quick. They also fixed a clunking sound on one of my coil over which is great! They asked a lot of questions and gave great advice which not a lot of shops do because they don't care and want to get you out the door ASAP but not here. Also they specifically fine tune suspension for track builds and more! I'll be coming back for all my suspension/tire needs HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SHOP! Lastly they found out that Les Schwab had given me 2 of the wrong lug nuts that were bigger but fit the same locking key and they were drilling into my rim!(see picture) Fucking morons.

Excellent service. Attention to detail. Great value. Jae and his team did a great job mounting new tires on my car. They were very careful with my wheels/car, including using a torque wrench vs impact. They even hid the wheel weights behind the spokes for a clean install. They were knowledgeable, friendly and auto enthusiasts at heart.

Jae is a very knowledgeable guy however he does not like working with his customers. When I brought my car in for alignment I asked him few questions and instead of answering them he'll ignore you and and do what he wants with your car. I highly suggest people to go to Clark's alignment in Kirkland and or any other tire shop. With the lack of customer service, save yourself the trouble as Jae don't give two shit about you or the car. Communication is bad overall with Jae, when you speak to him it's no different than talking to a wall. Tbh idk how they survive having the shop open for so long. I'm pretty certain that one of the worker and or jae himself slashed one of my tires on the inner side wall and is trying to sell me tires. I know because I took all my tires off just couple days ago and the marking from the damage is from a straight edge object. Not only that but he said it'll be $130 for alignment ended up charging $179 just because it's not a stock car.. when he could've told me when I asked. Terrible experience do not go here.

Honestly didn't know whaat to expect, everyone told me about this place so I had to bring it in after lowering my f30. HOLY CRAP!!! Jae is a damn PRO!!! thanks for going above and beyond on my alignment and adjustment

I when to Hankook tire to get Road force balance check today. (I got my tires from tire rack and mounted and balanced from somewhere else and for the tire rack warranty clam I have to get those balance to be check-out.) Seems like not many tire shops carry road force balancer though. So talk to the owner Jae, (he was really nice and friendly). He explained every little details & handle things very professionally and honest. I don't really trust people with my car ( bad experience from getting my car scratched and over paying for unprofessional, bad quality work from few other shop) but being here for the second time, I felt really comfortable. I Highly recommend this place for everyone!

From the moment my car was towed in, everyone I spoke with was professional, respectful, and kind. Even though I couldn't be there in person, they kept me updated, called me when the car was ready, and made the whole process really smooth and efficient. I especially want to recognize Malick. When we talked about the tire replacement, the initial estimate was over $200 because I didn't have the previous purchase documentation with me -- I share the car with a relative, so I didn't have all the details on hand. I asked if he could take another look at the account, and he was very willing to do so. He took the time to go through the history, found notes indicating the contract was acceptable, and honored them once he confirmed everything. I really appreciated his patience and the care he put into making sure everything was accurate. He was respectful and helpful throughout the whole conversation, and thanks to his extra effort, the cost ended up being just labor. The whole team was wonderful to work with, and Malick's extra attention made the experience even better. I'm genuinely grateful for the help I received and wanted to make sure his work -- and the team's overall service -- didn't go unnoticed

Subject: Formal Complaint - Service Failures, Misrepresentation, and Inter-Store Communication…read moreBreakdown To Discount Tire Corporate Leadership & Customer Relations, I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing service issue involving your Lynnwood (44th Ave W) and Everett (Evergreen Way) locations. This letter is intended to document the facts clearly, preserve the timeline, and provide Discount Tire the opportunity to resolve the matter before I pursue additional remedies. Timeline of Events December 17, 2025 I brought my vehicle to the Lynnwood location for a new tire. Prior to service, I explicitly asked whether black wheel weights would be used. I was told yes. Due to heavy rain at pickup, I could not immediately inspect the work. The following day, I discovered: * Black wheel weights were not used * A lug nut cover was missing * A valve stem was missing While the missing items themselves are minor, the failure to disclose them is not. Had I been informed at the time of service, this would have been a non-issue. December 18, 2025 I contacted the Lynnwood store and spoke with Ryan, who advised me to visit the Everett location to correct the issue. I specifically asked whether I would be "in and out," explaining that I recently had back surgery and could not tolerate extended wait times. I was assured that it would be quick. Upon arrival at the Everett location, I was informed the wait would be approximately 90 minutes. When I explained what I had been told, Norman stated that Ryan had not communicated any request regarding wait time or urgency. The unavoidable conclusion--based solely on the information provided to me by your staff--is that I was given inaccurate or misleading information to get me out of one store and into another. Core Issue (So There's No Confusion) This complaint is not about: * Black wheel weights * Missing parts * Even the wait itself It is about: * Failure to communicate material facts to a customer * Inter-store misrepresentation * A lack of accountability when errors occur * A customer being placed in physical discomfort due to inaccurate assurances At best, this reflects systemic communication failures. At worst, it reflects knowingly inaccurate representations made to avoid responsibility. Neither is acceptable. Business & Reputational Concern Discount Tire's brand relies heavily on trust, consistency, and word-of-mouth. Situations like this--especially when well-documented--are exactly the type that escalate quickly in public forums. I would much prefer to resolve this privately and professionally rather than explain, in detail, how a customer recovering from surgery was sent on a multi-store scavenger hunt due to internal communication failures. I am confident your legal, customer relations, and PR teams would agree this is not the narrative Discount Tire wants circulating. Requested Resolution I am requesting the following: 1. Written acknowledgment of the service failures and miscommunication 2. Correction or replacement of missing items at no cost 3. A goodwill credit or refund reflecting the inconvenience, time loss, and physical strain caused 4. Assurance that inter-store communication protocols are being addressed so this does not happen again Closing I have been a Discount Tire customer because I expect professionalism and transparency. This experience fell well below that standard. I am giving Discount Tire the opportunity to make this right promptly. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, I will consider other avenues to ensure the matter is addressed appropriately. I look forward to your response. I have been here about five or six times and every visit has been a great experience. The service…read morehas always been friendly and helpful. I keep coming back not only because it is close to where I live but because the customer service has been very good every time. No place is perfect and I have seen some reviews mention mistakes but from my experience this team truly tries to make things right and keep their customers happy. That really matters to me. I have bought tires here more than once for different cars. I have come in for quick tire repairs and to get air in my tires. Most recently I had one damaged tire replaced and I received a brand new one at no cost thanks to the warranty. That alone made me feel confident about coming back. Their prices are similar to other places but what makes them stand out is that they really try to help you and do their best even when you need extra support. I once tried a cheaper shop and it was a complete mess so I will not do that again. So my answer is yes I definitely recommend this place and I look forward to having the same great experience the next time I come back.

Todays service and attempted up sell was disgusting…read more I watched the tech not even look at my tire from the window by the coffee pot, claim a "wart" and try to sell four new tires. Im done with you guys, this was the last straw you guys aren't the family owned place with free beef anymore, your corporate sales ghouls masquerading as a tire shop.
