First I called looking for tires for my Tesla and gave the guy the info for what I needed. Nobody called me back. I called back that night and nobody called me back again. I called the next day and told the lady what I needed and said I needed the XL tires because it was a Tesla. She quoted me $254 plus tax for 2 tires. I take my lunch break to go get the tires on. When my car was done they didn't even let me know they just left it in the stall and started working on other cars. I had to chase them down to get my car, and the lady says "I had to make sure they were XL tires." When they finish she tells me she quoted me the wrong size and I owe $100 more. Wtf! What a scam. Ii told her the tire size I needed and she repeated it back multiple times over the phone. I told her she quoted me $254 and she lies and said she didn't. I took notes in my phone when she told me the price over the phone. I know what she told me. She wanted to argue instead of honoring the price she quoted. I didn't have time I had to get back to work. They didn't even take it out of the stall I had to do that myself. She gives me $20 like she's doing me a favor after her little scam she pulled. Now because I don't trust this place at all I go to discount up the street and tell them what happened and show them my paperwork and have them check my tires. Factory direct and this lady put the wrong tires on my car!!!! They were not the XL tires they are supposed to put on Teslas due to their weight. Ridiculous!! I called the lady right away to tell her I was going to return the tires the next day and she tried to tell me to come right back haha but I had to go to work. Just lost a customer. Used to go here all the time with the way they took care of the family and the car club that supported them and recommended them with nothing but praise. Sadly this is no longer the case and I refuse to support a business that treats long-standing customers the way I was just treated. Tried to rip me off and cost me extra to fix a problem that was caused by work they did to behind with. Then proceeded to talk shit about a previous employee behind their back. Very unprofessional. Sad to say that this is proof of the reason none of my car club friends take their vehicles here anymore. You're better off at Les Schwab just 15 minutes north on 99 where a few of their old employees have left to go work for, if that says anything about the environment there. read more

I had new brakes installed a couple of years ago. From day #1 there was a squeaking sound for the first 5 minutes of driving. I have taken my car back 4 times and each time I was told that it was normal. Even when I explained that I've never previously had that problem with other cars, they refused to correct the problem. I came for wheel work, alignment, and new tires mounted. All I've had is problems since visiting this place. Brand new car, and I have had constant shaking/vibration and balance issues since they did their work, problems that can lead to other problems. I've taken it back 5 times and have wasted my time too much. The owner Nash does not care and will not consider refund. Having to spend more for dealership to fix now. Low quality of service. Left scratch marks all over my inner wheel well in 3/4 of my wheels when they took off the old weights. Look closely at your car after they do work on it. Once confronted, they act like something is wrong with you, not their service. Again, low quality service and very frustrated. ***UPDATE*** After dealership work, they identified the problems from the work at Factory and gave me paperwork to support my refund. Emailed Factory direct tire and called several times, haven't heard back. This has been an absolute waste of time and money. read more

I was forced into a defensive maneuver while driving by a texting and distracted driver. I "touched" a curb and the road rash to my front wheel was a heart breaker. I was asking at my dealer, car is less than 6 months old, for a wheel repair shop and this place was recommended. I dealt with Aleister Tisdale. He provided me two options, one was for a repair n one would ever be able to see, but required the wheel for two weeks, or a less expensive repair, done in a day. I chose the quicker less expensive option. I have shown friends the wheel, and no one can tell it was repaired. I highly recommend this shop for all your wheel repair needs. read more

A friend needed a quick fix without have to pay 100s of dollars for tires. She been having issues with three of her tires for months but one finally went completely flat. I recommended that she try this place. She called then at 5pm on Monday and asked about tires and if they could help her out. She told them she had a 10am appointment she had to get to and wondered if they could get it done by then. They told her to come by in the morning. They were able to replace three tires with some good quality used ones for a little over $100 and get her on her way before 10am! Needless to say she was incredibly relieved and happy. Threw away my $3.5k set of wheels and tires. I had a family emergency out of the country and I come back to pickup my wheels but the owner tells me that they threw them away because it took too long. Mind you I was never told about a storage fee or a disposal period. Who throws away a customers wheels and tires regardless of time, after fixing them, especially without directly contacting customer. Claims that they couldn't repair wheels but never contacted me about it and told me they had to throw them away. I talked with 2 different workers and both had different stories. DO NOT GO HERE. Plenty of other shops in the area. Owners waved me off and said it's my loss. Not professional by any means. Needed a front end alignment and they were the only local option I could find. They did the alignment at a very reasonable price and as far as I can tell seemed to do a good job. The reason for the low rating is I was told my front shock was leaking. I don't think they even removed the wheel to diagnose. In any case, when I had the front tires replaced 2 days later at a different shop, there was no sign of any leaking. I can only assume they were looking for more money from an unsuspecting customer.
