Highly recommend these guys! Was told by a local oil change shop my brakes were needing replacement and they were so low they shouldn't let me leave. Took it to these guys they checked them and said nope - not even close to needing brake work. One of several great experiences we've had with them. read more

Incredible service at an unbelievable price!, sincere workers who care about the customer, team specialists looking out for me, saving me money turning down unnecessary work recommended by Ford and laboring on my behalf to get my brakes up to snuff for less than 100$(the place to go for brakes!!) read more

Thank you so much for your amazing work you did on our 2020 Ford 350 brakes. We really appreciate the upfront and honest work you do

I went in for an estimates as Jiffy lubes said It was a bit of an emergency my brakes needing fixing and They could do It immediately for $1000.00. I should not wait. Went to brake for Less same estimate price but service guys said I could wait approx. 1300 miles... love that honesty. Will be going to Brakes for Less for sure!! read more

I couldn't recommend a better place to take your car for brakes. These guys are very reliable, reasonable and honest. It really difficult to find a place that you can take your car and have total confidence in the establishment. They have done the brakes on several of my cars over the years. I saved a bundle of money over the years. I was really impressed with the cost and quality of work done on my Mercedes Benz. You can stop by and they will inspect your car and give you a quote at no charge. These day so many businesses are over charging it's not just inflation it's greed. I totally trust and respect the professionals that run the company. read more

Outstanding customer service. My car runs better than when I bought it seven years ago!

Last year, the brakes on my car were shot, and I kept avoiding the inevitable... The few estimates I received seemed quite high. After reading reviews of Brakes For Less, I stopped in. Within a few minutes, I received a very reasonable estimate to have everything replaced. OK, I said, can I make an appointment to have the work done? Oh, we can get started right away, they told me! So in about an hour and a half, I had 4 sets of new rotors and pads. Now, more than a year later, the brakes are still operating great, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Oh, one thing...if they ask if you want to sit in their waiting room until they finish, politely decline - it could use a little refurnishing! Just take a nice walk up and down Hwy 99, there is much to see and do in the area. read more

I called in, replaced all new brake pads in less than 2hrs. Fast and efficiency, reasonable price, the staffs are friendly too. Highly recommended!!! read more

When another place told me I needed to get my brakes done, I came to Brakes for Less. After looking at my brakes, the mechanic let me know there was actually 70% left on the pads and they didn't need replacing at all! I really appreciated their honesty. Some other places might have done it anyway just to charge me, but Brakes for Less was honest. I'll trust them to do my brakes when it's time! read more

Amazing! We got jibbed by Les Schwab and the workers were so nice and understanding of the situation! My brakes are great and there isn't a squeaking noise anymore! Great customer service! read more

Had my vehicle towed there to have the front passenger tire fixed. They got the parts quickly and had me back on the road the same day.

Always honest and quality work coupled with affordable pricing! Have taken car I've owned here for almost two decades.

In the past few years, I have been using these guys as my go to shop for brakes. They are super friendly, super fast and very professional when it comes to details. They are reasonable priced for what they do. If anyone was to ask me, if I knew of a shop that did brakes. I would recommend Brakes for less. Only one problem, there isn't enough stars to select. Thanks, Guys. G.J. read more

Brought my -58 Dodge to have jammed front breaks diagnosed and fixed. These guys know their stuff and did a great job diagnosing the problem getting the breaks back in prime condition to a fair price. I will definitively use these guys again for all my break services. CALL OTHER SHOPS FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give Brakes for Less a negative star review I would. I went here based off the quote I received on the phone. Seemed to be decently priced and some of the reviews were alright. Dropped my car off and waited for an update. They came at me with the highest quote I received from any brake company in the area. I was told I needed new rotors ad had only 1% on my pads all around. After telling them that I was not budgeted for this, they continued to tell me WHY i needed to and that's when sales mode kicked on, reciting all the "facts" they needed to try to tell me to try to get me to spend more money. I left upset and let down that a business titled brakes for less would not live up to their name. After making some more phone calls I realized that they were just trying to get me to pay for services I may have not needed. Went and got 3 different inspections done and EACH PLACE said my rotors were still good and able to resurface. So this place was just trying to charge me for work i didn't even need done. The pricing they gave me as well was about 4.5 times higher for their cost of pads and rotors. They tried to say it was because Tariffs.......do your actual research before you make up some garbage line. If I can buy the same rotors and or pads for way cheaper....... you are more than likely getting them for a better deal through CarParts or even rock auto or some other distributor. So, I warn people please call around and absolutely get second and third opinions before you get taken over the coal by these guys. read more

Don't know what happened to this place. Took my car in here about 5 years ago. The people were nice, got my pads done for a descent price. This time? Total scam. They said I needed to also get my rotors replaced and my brake fluid flushed. Fluid that is 4 years old. Got a second opinion and they told me my brake pads weren't even terrible but could be replaced. Rotors were completely fine and brake fluid was good. Saved myself $600. Even got just my brake pads done for $100 less than what they were going to charge.... read more

Dan refunded the charges for the e-brake work. He acknowledged that he wasn't able to fix it properly. This says a lot about his integrity and how he runs his business. Despite what happened, I would still consider bringing my other vehicles to him for brakes. 4 stars for customer service and integrity. read more

I have taken all 3 of my cars here for years now being a woman I never felt like I was getting ripped off I felt that they were very honest and there prices are reasonable Matter of fact I took my daughters car in to have her brakes checked they looked at the car called me back and told me that there was nothing wrong with her brakes and didn't charge me anything to look at it I appreciate there honesty that's how a good business should operate I will refer all my friends to go there! read more

I needed a quick assessment on the need for brakes after Volvo of Bellevue lost my entire service record for a car I had purchased from them. I am taking a long road trip from Edmonds to Scottsdale. My car was looked at the next day (very quick turn around on an appointment) and honest feedback was given that I do not need new brakes for a while. I would very much recommend this shop. Timely appointments, courteous, and honest feedback. Susan read more

These guys are a rip off. Took my truck in 2 months ago to have my brakes looked at. They called me a few hours later telling me my rear pads and rotors needed replacing. Total was just under $900. I dealt with more squeaking for 2 months thinking it was the break dust in there still and it would eventually stop like it should. Decided to check my front pads and they are torched. And jiffy lube is replacing the pads and rotors for $650. "Brake specialist" my ass. read more

If you live in the Lynnwood area and need your brakes worked on this is the place to go. They took my truck in, checked it out, came in and went over what needed to be done and the cost. I was expecting them to make me an appointment to get the work done but no. They jumped right on it. From the time I arrived to the time I drove away with new brakes 1 1/2 hours. Outstanding! read more

Got a brake estimate in like 4 different places (a couple of chain stores and a couple of regular type garages and every single estimate was over 1k. Granted, the brakes were shot, metal to metal, needed rotors, calipers pads, the whole thing in the front and back. I knew it wouldn't be cheap but I knew that over 1k (1,300 in one place) was over the top. Turns out I was right. Brakes for less did the job for 300 bucks below everyone else and they obviously know what they're doing as a business doesn't stay open long if they're not good at what they do. read more

Dropped in to get a broken lug fixed and asked if they could look at my brakes. Oh dang, front brake pads were completely useless. They were able to get it done right then at an incredibly reasonable price. Definitely my go-to place for brakes from now on! These gentlemen are fair, honest and down to earth. Very good experience and the waiting room is cozy with pictures and news clips showing their dedication to the community! Another bonus. Thank You! read more

Came across Brake For Less when my regular auto shop quoted me $650 for new front brakes. Called Brakes For Less and they were able to quote me for less than HALF that. This place does good, honest work and doesn't BS you on things you won't actually need. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it's pretty easy to feel gypped when it comes to auto body repair but the team here is really kind and professional. I'd recommend this place to all of my friends! read more

I took my car in because of some squeaky noises first thing in the morning. I just assumed I needed brakes. I was told that my brakes were fine! I am happy with the performance of this break shop they have done both of my vehicles on 2 separate Saturday mornings and the price is sufficient and they don't do you breaks if it don't need to be done like other shops who just replace them even it doesn't need so. These guys are the real deal. Just to echo on top of what others are saying, they are super professional, courteous, to the point, and honest. They communicate regularly so you're rest assured and not having to guess when things will be finished or what work is being done. Plus, they completed the work without sacrificing quality. I've been driving the car since their service for about 30 days now, and can safely say a superb job was done. I drive a 2011 Audi Q5 3.2, and had pads and rotors replaced within 2.5 hours (albeit they didn't have any other cars to work on so all tackled my car one wheel each). read more

Brakes for Less was prompt in making this right and honored the price I was originally quoted.

What a wonderfully talented team! I'll admit, my brakes were close to A YEAR overdue and not once did I feel bad about it while I was there. I've noticed how other garage's really dole out the shame but not this one! They fit me in at the time and date I preferred when I called a week in advance. Took about an hour and half. They have a waiting room in the back so I stuck my nose in a book. They are true to the quote they give as well. I'll definitely return! read more
