When I brought the first two in, they were super cool and even gave me a better price than what I was quoted over the phone. That honestly meant a lot because they didn't have to say anything -- they could've just charged the original price. I thought that was super cool of him. I explained that I needed to go back home (about 5 minutes away) to swap out the other two tires and bring them in. Even though they were about to close, he told me to go grab them and that they would wait for me. Well... I had a hard time getting a couple of the lug nuts off, so it took me an extra 30+ minutes. I called and let him know what was going on, fully expecting them to say they had to close -- but he told me it was all good and to still come in. When I finally pulled up, the garage doors were shut and I was thinking I'd taken too long and they had to leave. But then the doors opened and he came out and said, "I was starting to think you weren't coming!" They waited for me -- not even knowing for sure if I would show back up. That blew me away. They didn't have an attitude. They weren't upset that their day had ended 30+ minutes earlier. They were still friendly, helpful, and ready to get my tires taken care of.They even helped unload and reload the tires into my car. I left feeling extremely grateful. It's rare to see customer service like that anymore. They went above and beyond, took time away from their evening, and treated me with genuine kindness. I really wish I would've gotten their names so I could thank them personally -- but I hope they see this and know how much I appreciated what they did. I even drove away wishing I had tipped them more because they absolutely deserved it. This is 100% the place you want to go for tires. I highly recommend Enriquez Tires, and I will definitely be going back. You will not be disappointed

Yesterday my car battery died, so I had a new one delivered and installed. Because it's a…read moreVolkswagen, the system needed to be reset so the car would recognize the new battery. The technician didn't have the correct scanner and told me to drive to the shop. My car was running perfectly on the way there. I parked, went inside to pay, and while I was in there the mechanic tried to clear the codes. When I came back out, I was told none of their scanners would work, so they didn't charge me for that part. However, when I got back in my car, there were no codes showing--meaning something had been cleared. As soon as I started driving, my exhaust was pouring smoke and the car was making clicking noises when I accelerated. I pulled into a gas station across the street and called them. They told me it wasn't their problem. I attempted to drive home slowly since I was only five minutes away, but my check engine light came on and the car started shaking. I had to get it towed home. This "service" cost me $500 for the battery and an additional $189 for the tow, and I'm now left with a car that is worse than it was before I brought it in.

I researched different brands from various tire shops and decided to stop at Point S. to see what they had to offer. After talking with the guys, they really listened to my needs. That alone was worth the time and money. A couple hundred more that what the regional chain wanted to put on, but these tires were my cats meow. Check 'em out.
