Today I dealt with a very rude and condescending person filling in at your South Everett location…read more His name is Jerome Woods. After being talked to with a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism and being blamed for having a bad experience and showing no accountability I asked for his manager. He went into the store and came back out and told me that based on my attitude the manager did not want to talk to me. I asked him for his name for my complaint and he told me he didn't have to give me that. I then called the number on the door for the manager and got the store. They told me the manager was gone for the day, this was less than a minute after being refused to talk to him. I was given the home store for Jerome. I called that store in Lynnwood and spoke to the manager there, Flavio who was very helpful, apologetic, and generally pleasant to talk to. Jerome needs some training in dealing with people and difficult situations. This is definitely not the way you want your customers treated. The fact that the manager refused to talk to me based on "how I acted in the store" is completely unfounded. I did get rude with Jerome in the parking lot only after he was rude and dismissive of me and my desire to file a complaint. Customer service is the cornerstone of retail and this experience will not only prevent me from ever using Autozone again but will also prompt me to very loudly and obtusely share the incredibly poor leadership and customer service that your company leaves in charge. The lack of accountability and deflection coupled with the bad attitude and lack of concern about your company's reputation should not be qualities found in your leadership. The store manager's unwillingness to discuss the situation has led to this message and the resulting reviews I'll be posting on multiple platforms. In a world where consumers have so many options it's a shame that you have leaders telling customers that their opinions don't matter and that they don't care about bad reviews.

(That's what she said) My experience with auto shops and car people in general is many, not all, but many are very opionated and frankly, unpleasant to be around. I'm fortunate that I have found a few mechanics and other experts in auto repair and restoration who are neither. A friend recommended Wesco, I had been to their place in Everett once before, and though I tend to prefer to buy my stuff online from Eastwood and TP Tools, I needed a specific paint to match my son's car. A work buddy, a former professional car painter, (another non judgemental car guy thank God) told me Wesco would match the paint using the VIN and provide all the right supplies. I went in and was greeted by the lady who works there. Forgive me but I didn't get her name. She was the MOST pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable person. Not once was she even REMOTELY judgy or have any attitude, which I've come to expect from some of the people on this business. She answered all my questions. Was uber patient and got me everything I needed. I highly recommend them, when I called back and had a couple questions the gentleman who answered was very helpful and when I went back in to get some parts the other gentleman was equally helpful. End result was my first car painted, a very happy son, and only mildly disappointed painter for not doing a better job!!

It's in a location you really wouldn't expect - kind of a residential area - so bring your GPS. You can search for parts online and/or call them. They are pretty responsive by phone and cordial (not rude like many wrecking yards). Upon arriving, they took me over to the building and you can go out and pick parts off the vehicles. Obviously you can't just go in there and randomly walk around - you should really have a purpose as the mechanic will be removing a part for you, but they do allow you to look around. As with any wrecking place, there's a certain level of morbid curiosity that prevails. Now you can rubberneck a wreck without almost creating another (while driving). Nix is primarily Lexus/Toyota parts. Car nuts will like it because there are often custom parts lingering around. Assuming they weren't destroyed from the accident, you can ask to have them removed and then purchase them if you wish. I will go back as long as I own a Toyota/Lexus and need parts.

Nix 99 said they would find me the right one but weeks passed and I never heard from them. I called to check on the progress they still had not found the proper replacement, it seemed like I might be waiting a long time. When I said, "I'll just return it for a refund" they said,"No". I wrote an email to complain and only then did they agree to refund my money. Then they tried to say it was my fault for giving them the wrong model year. I could not believe the made up story I was hearing from these people! I had repeatedly said model year 2002 every time I called. Nix 99 is a hard to do business with. They have the wrong attitude when it comes to following up and getting customers what they need. And a complete lack of professionalism when dealing with their mistakes.

PLUS 5 MORE STARS = 10 STAR REVIEW…read more Performance Radiator in Everett has always been my go-to one stop shop for all things radiator. The manager Camilo and his amazing crew are always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure that they find and locate the correct part and that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I have worked with Camilo many times throughout the years purchasing different parts and radiators, and his service has always been above reproach. He is also very real, personable, and easy to work with, which is coming to be a rare quality not found everywhere in the customer service industry. In our ever-changing technological microwave fast-paced society, Camilo embodies that old-school, old-fashioned values, hard work, time-tested people focused service where the man or woman comes first in priority in an order, whether large or small. They do so much more than just radiators including A/C Condensers & Complete Air Conditioning Lines, Charge Air Coolers, Gas Tanks, Electric Fan Assemblies including Engine & A/C Cooling Fans, Heaters & Heater Cores, Automotive Lamps, Aluminum Race Radiators, Caps & Antifreeze, Side Mirrors, Tail Lamps, Fog Lights, Headlamps, and much more! Reasons you should get exhaust work done here:…read more 1) People drive down from Canada just to go to this shop 2) Steve is super-chill. There's no way he drinks any sort of caffeinated beverage 3) There are awesome reviews from multiple sources I came up with the bright idea to put Mustang GT mufflers on my Lexus GS400 (V8). You may scoff at that idea, but they would've sounded great, I promise. One minor issue, I miscalculated the width by .5". Steve put the car up on the lift and pointed this out to me as my 4 and 6 year old looked on. If he welded these in, they would be smashed against the heat shields. No can do. Hmmm, what to do? I came here to put the Lexus sound engineers to shame by reversing all of their sound-deadening ideas for this V8 beast, who's demographic was most certainly 60-something year-old males and older who took testosterone pills, back in 1998. So I started looking at other ideas and pointed at a muffler/resonator after the cats. Yep, let's hack that sucker out. Steve, having just finished a smoke, agreed. $40. Nice! "30 minutes" said Steve as he dragged his giant Miller welder into place. As I headed away to find a Starbucks with the kids, I could hear the sawzall already going to town. This guy doesn't mess around I thought. I came back and the car was already off the lift, backed into the same spot I arrived in. This place is a gem. Fair advice. Fair prices. Remember, it's Everett. Watch your back and ask to have your car locked when he's done.
