Asher and Jack were both the best EVER. I went in the store on Broadway to see if they were able to boost cars that may need jump starts. After checking out my vehicle I found out that that I needed AAA but then my cell phone died. Asher offered to call AAA for me and he went through all of the prompts for me.These two young men were very helpful, polite and patient with a senior citizen like myself. Then another co-worker who was off duty stopped by the store and was kind enough to offer to give me a jump start and he gave me his time and assistance. All of this took some time and it was a bit chilly outside in the cold but all three of them were still very polite and professional. At the end of the day I was very thankful for all of their help and and support and they made what could have been a very terrible experience a little easier and I felt very much at ease with the how things turned out. The world could use many more people just like you to make life a better place and you could teach people how to treat others who are having a rough day. I have frequently gone to this O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Broadway in the past, and I've always gotten good products and service. I'm writing a review now because the other day I went there and got more great service from an employee named Justin. Both of my windshield wiper blades were old and worn, and one of them was even splitting and partly hanging loose. On previous cars I've owned, it was easy for me to just squeeze a clip and slide out the old rubber blades, and just replace those. But for my current car, I couldn't figure out how to do that. I'm no car mechanic, but it seemed like maybe with this car you would have to replace not just the rubber blade, but the entire blade assembly. Justin came outside to my car and looked at the wiper blades. He verified that it did seem like the whole blade assembly would need to be replaced. Then we went back inside and he displayed on his computer all of the candidate wiper blades I could buy for my car. He discussed with me all the different prices, and all the different blade assembly characteristics. My car is 25 years old, and we settled on a less expensive option that he thought (from experience) was actually a good performing blade. Then he actually came outside with me again and installed the two new wiper blades for me!! This service seems like the kind of "above and beyond" service that make me want to go back to a place again and again, and to recommend them to other people. Do not support this business. I bought a bad alternator from them and cannot afford to pay to have it done again and they are not willing to do anything to make it right. I am a single mother of 4 bio children and 4 adopted children and struggle to make ends meet even working 50 hours a week. My daughter just spent 3 weeks In Children's hospital and I saved for 2 months to be able to afford to get it done in the first place. read more

Hands down the best auto parts store I've ever been too. NAPA was my go-to for a long time but since I moved there isn't one that is convenient. I've been to every auto parts store in the area and this specific O'Reilly's is the one I keep coming back too. Sure they don't have everything is stock at all times but which parts store does? Especially if you have a less common car like I do. These guys are top notch in customer service and unless they don't have a part I need and can't ship it to this store I will continue to only shop here. read more

It's really a shame O'Reilly bought out Shuck's. I had been going to Shuck's for over 15 years, but O'Reilly quickly drove me away with repeated incompetence, lack of inventory, lack of knowledge, and just plain lack of customer service. Today my car broke its power steering belt, which took out the alternator belt with it. Driving on diminishing battery power, I was trying to find an Autozone, but I missed it and ended up spotting an O'Reilly first. I though maybe this one would be better than the one in my home town. After helping the counter person find my belt using their own computer, and then spending $45 on their premium belts, they couldn't even come up with a crescent wrench for me to borrow. I ended up finding the Autozone who let me use some tools to install belts I bought somewhere else! Thanks, Autozone! read more

This morning I came out to check on my car after I had its oil changed a few days ago and found that the dipstick was completely dry and all of the oil had leaked out of my car through the oil filter. I went to the closest O'Reilly's auto parts store and the manager helped me pick out the oil I needed and help troubleshoot possible reasons for why the oil came out. He made sure I had everything I needed including a tool to put the part on and told me to come back and return anything I didn't need. After going back to the oil change place we found that an o-ring had been pinched when they put the oil filter on and the o-ring split allowing all of the oil to leak out. I returned to O'Reillys and brought back the unused filter, oil pan nut and tool that he had sold me. The manager returned almost half of our money even though we still used all 5 quarts of oil. People like the manager here are why I return to businesses and trust that most people want to help when they can. Thanks! read more
