It was Jennifer and Christopher who assisted in getting me to the store and once they did, they checked the battery, alternator and starter to determine the problem. Finally, Christopher narrowed it down and gave me a new battery. I was going to Kirkland, WA because the service was so bad in Lynnwood and am very happy for the new energy.

(O'Reilly didn't have the tools to open my fob and it felt like customer service over there were having a not so great day; tone and stuff were not welcoming...) Autozone has the small tools needed to open the key fob since it's a very small screw. As soon as we walked in, they were friendly! We met up with Jose who was humorous! He inputted the battery for FREE!! Unfortunately they didn't have anymore batteries here but we will be back and owe him some tacos! Hahaha Jose is so nice and helpful! Please keep him! So after looking for a bit, I went to the counter where a very nice guy helped me out after helping someone else. But before that occurred, this same employee who wasn't in uniform looked at me and walked into the break room they have behind the counter in between the storage isles. That is when I started playing the video of me waiting there. Not only did he not ask me if I needed help finding anything, he also left his coworker to handle the other customer and myself. The nice employee helped me find where it was in the store, but unfortunately they were out of stock. 3 stars goes to the gentleman who helped me. I had just bought the car from a private seller and unbeknownst to me, it had only one working light (yes, I know, I should have checked, so there's a free PSA). Anyhow, we got to AutoZone about an hour before closing and we were helped by Paul. I fully expected to just pick up the lights and we would install them ourselves. Paul generously offered to help with the install of everything! Because I had three bulbs out, it took a good amount of time. It was cold, and dark, but Paul was really kind about it. He was friendly and as he helped us out, he shared how much he enjoyed working on cars, coming from a long line of mechanics. Really, he went above and beyond helping us out. It looks like AutoZone supports their team members with Professional Training -- get this man a mechanic's license! I hope that Paul is supported in his endeavors with as much generosity he showed to the two of us trying to get home safely. Nice work, AutoZone in Mill Creek!

Then I hear "well the guy is supposed to come back with me, blah blah blah". I'm not sure if she's just having a bad day or what but, I recommend you find a different job. It is not usable and was an online order and not worth the hassle trying to return. What an absolute joke of an experience this was. I received an email stating that it was received, and I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup. I ordered 3 item and had the expectation that it would be ready within the hour or so. Well, that didn't happen, and it was getting close to me having other errands that I needed to get to that morning. I decided that I've put off hitting the road waiting on Autozone, to get my order ready. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase.
