Also, there is sometimes a line at the register.(I have been here more than once) they usually have plenty of people helping at the parts counter, but can be slow with checking people out. Store is clean. The isles are taller than Advance Auto Parts making navigation a little more tricky. Selection is good. I got what I needed, an adaptor for my ratchet. 3/8 to 1/4. The adaptor was $7.68 and it is not as strong as the ones made for impact guns. The parking lot is a little small. The parking lot for the auto zone down the street is much easier to find parking in. Advanced auto parts on evergreen way has a huge parking lot. So if you have to tinker with your car a little, that one has plenty of space. I forgot my wallet! But luckily I was able to pay with Apple Pay, thank goodness. read more

$103 for these ceramic brake pads! Awesome African American cashier lady as she was super talkative, friendly and helpful! I liked that they turned the monitor to show choices and prices. Return policy is pretty simple; if they don't fit, keep the receipt and bring them back, but the best part is she lived up her confidence level and the parts for my car perfectly! My friend installed them for me the next day and saved me a lil over $500 at Klein Honda and $700 at Les Scheab nearby! I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sept. 2021. My car was Shaking and Running rough. I was referred to a Mechanic that worked from his home in Everett by the name of Steve. After visiting him and he looked at my Car's issues he told me what parts to buy and I went back to O'Reilly's to purchase them at the Hwy. 99 & 112 Everett location. I was happy at the time to get this work done. After leaving and driving home the car started to shake again and was running worse! I contacted the mechanic back and told him what was happening. He said he would check it out and go over everything. I called to get an appt. & left a message. He wouldn't answer my calls or return them. I then went to 4 different mechanics, paid diagnostic fees when required, had one fix that seemed to help (Cylindar needed replacing) However; the car returned to shaking and running rough again, so discouraging!!! It wasn't until I took my Car to 'another Mechanic' who finally discovered the main issue, Zack's Auto Repair Shoreline, Wa. O'Reilly Sold Me the 'WRONG SPARKPLUGS'. My Car had a warning sticker at the location of the plugs X HAZZARD USE 2 PRONG PLUGS ONLY. The plugs I was sold were 1 Prong Plugs. What a nightmare for 4 months!!! Beware of Shotty Mechanics, or Mechanics that won't offer to find the issues or are aren't willing to refund their charges for no results!!! read more

This winter I had the check engine light come on in my Ford Fusion. It came on near my home in Burien, WA. I knew immediately that I'd be going to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Everett near 112th St. They've been great since I lived in apartments nearby in 1994. I was not disappointed. I went in and met with Erick who was ably handling a parts request over the phone, but then immediately agreed to go outside and diagnose what ailed my Ford. Erick connected the diagnostic tool and told me that the part I needed to replace cost about $20. What a relief! Even better, Erick let me use the store's loaner tools and agreed to watch me make my install so there was less chance of my making a mistake. Sure enough, with Erick's guidance the part went on easy and I was thrilled. I paid Erick for the part, bought a couple of windshield wipers that I'd meant to get in the fall and was on my way. Within a hundred miles of my driving the check engine light turned itself off as Erick had told me it would. What's more, the Snowmageddon of 2019 took place a couple of weeks later and I was so glad to have a fully functional car and new windshield wipers! I was already a fan of this auto parts store and I'll drive thirty-five miles from home to get to it when I need the best advice and service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Never had such a problem buying a part over the phone let alone on the internet for pick up! First, they would not allow us to pay with a credit card over the phone because they had no way to authorize payment! Second, the girl at the counter didn't offer any information about online ordering, she just said no they couldn't do a credit card over the phone. Second, once we placed the order online for pick up, it doesn't say you have to wait for prior authorization to go through first but they take the money from your bank account any ways, and even though the 1800 number goes straight to voice mail you have to call only to their times of business! So we didn't get the part tell the next day. The manager was a complete IDIOT! Didn't know who to contact about online orders and why this order wasn't showing up for pick up!!
