1st time stopping by and I asked if they had any fastener for a license plate for my vehicle. The response? "I don't knowwwwww. That's all we got (points at the wall). I proceed to ask, "ok, do you guys have a 1/4-20 screw or an M6 bolt?" The response again "I don't knowwwwww. Why don't you come back here and take a look?" I proceed to follow but stopped where it looks like only employees can go. The lady proceeds to head to the back as I waited. Then I hear "well the guy is supposed to come back with me, blah blah blah". I'm not sure if she's just having a bad day or what but, I recommend you find a different job. This job requires customer service (which you lack) and the knowledge of at least what the store sale and general automotive stuff. Same experience as many others. Guy at the counter was probably the biggest Ars I've encountered, at least in a long time. No customer service skills, put him in the back or better yet fire! Then there's the order. Needed the self tightening type of coolant hose clamp. Had to buy a two pack first off and for like $18! Two hose clamps. I get in car after dealing with the Ars and see one is bent. Good thing only needed one. Obviously someone bent it using pliers and not proper hose clamp pliers. It is not usable and was an online order and not worth the hassle trying to return. What an absolute joke of an experience this was. I sent a msg with pic to customer service and have yet to get a reply a month later. read more

David was so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me look at my new car and pointed out a few things the dealership messed up that I didn't notice at all and ordered me everything that I needed that they didn't have in store. His customer service was extremely over the top and 10000x better than what you would expect from an auto parts store. He was also pretty cute lol. Every time I come here the staff aren't friendly no greeting, no" sir can I help you". The paint guys are always in a bad mood can't ask them a question without getting a smart a__ response. They'll let you sit there in front of the counter as they talk amounts themself and they don't ask if you need help. read more

Well, it's a Napa. Nothing super earth-shattering here... The place looks decently well stocked. I needed some antifreeze and some oil, and there were quite a few choices of both there. Nothing hard, just good to see. The folks working there were nice and helpful. No complaints. The one weird thing, though, is that they close at 6pm during the week. Which meant that I barely had time to get there after getting off work and figuring out what the hell was leaking out of my truck. I'd wish they were open maybe an hour longer. The location isn't too super but you can get in and out alright. There is decent amount of parking. Outside is kept relatively clean and the inside is always kept clean and organized. The guys that work here are always super helpful and awesome. This is my go-to place when I need minor auto parts. read more

If I could leave a zero star I would. I called on a Sunday needing a battery. When I called I was informed they would be closing shortly. They told me they would wait the 5-10 mins for me to get there I was 2 miles away. I called them 5 mins later to let them know I was in route and I would be there in 6 mins according to my gps. I was told that they would not wait anymore even tho it had only been 5 mins past closing. What a horrible way to treat a customer on a Sunday afternoon. 5 mins!! That's all it would have taken to make a very grateful customer. So much for customer service these days. read more

I was just on the phone with one of the employees at the 9423 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA location looking for a "lower breather hose" for a 86 Accord. The associate went to look for it, when he got back to the phone he informed me that it was a discontinued part. I asked him for recommendations for an alternative.... I gave him size and length.... he cut me off and said he could not help me.... didn't say thank you or anything, just hung up! I would expect a higher level of service from Napa.
