I received an email stating that it was received, and I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup. I ordered 3 item and had the expectation that it would be ready within the hour or so. Well, that didn't happen, and it was getting close to me having other errands that I needed to get to that morning. I decided that I've put off hitting the road waiting on Autozone, to get my order ready. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase.

This is not a good company to spend your money with their cashiers are not knowledgeable about the product that they're selling, and they would rather put it off on the manufacturer instead Of the salesman. So after buying a new cartridge this week that had no standard tip, i called the store back and was told by the staff that sold it to me that it was a brand new product and to bring it back with receipt and packaging for an exchange. I went back the next day and was told by the staff that this was a newer type of cartridge that was open at the top and came with a rubber cap (gasworks). I wasn't comfortable with it, and being I hadn't used it and had driven back to their store, I would expect to be afforded an exchange for a cartridge I was familiar with. I explained since the staff who sold it to me didn't know about the difference, I wasn't able to use it at the party I bought it for because I was under the assumption it was possibly dangerous. Long story short, the three staff wanted to get into a "we are right/you're wrong" argument and had me wait for the manager telling me they would not switch it out. When the manager arrived, she also wanted to continue to tell me how they were right and I was wrong. She wasn't interested in making it right, total attitude and no accountability for selling a different product and not informing the customer. She didn't care that I was upset for the inconvenience, just how it would affect her store (she said she would have to return it to the vendor....duh that's your job...) She told me to take my business to another store. Maybe it's because it's New Years and they are unhappy to be working, but I won't ever shop their again. Here is my story with M&N: I live in California and bought a classic car from Alaska that the previous owner transported to Everett last year. Before shipping it back to CA, I thought it would be good to get the major mechanical issues taken care of. However, my classic car is a rare 41 year old Lincoln Continental Mark VII Gianni Versace designer edition that is equipped with an even more rare BMW sourced turbo-diesel engine, so finding a suitable shop that could do it was no easy task. Fortunately, my searching lead me to M&N, an outstanding women owned and run business in Everett. Michelle was who I first spoke to and she was an absolute pleasure to work. They have a great electronic system that clearly details all the issues with the cars, with detailed price breakdowns, mechanic notes and photos, making it a breeze to understand what is needed and accept or decline each suggested repair. Sadly, Michelle had to resign because of personal family issues, then, Sarah took over, again providing excellent service and keeping me up to date via text and calls. Sarah continued the excellent service, providing regular updates on my car with it's very difficult to find parts. Robb was the mechanic that worked on my car and like Sarah and Michelle, he also provided excellent service, and got my car road worthy again. If you need service on your classic or newer vehicle, look no further than M&N. I serve on the Board of Directors for the official Lincoln and Continental Owners Club and am very experienced with mechanic shops, having been a classic car enthusiast and collector for most of my life. My experience at M&N was nothing short of outstanding! They do very high quality work for a fair price, even considering the great difficulty they went through finding parts for and working on my car. They offer a convenient shuttle to take you around locally and are ideally located in Everett. Most importantly, they operate with integrity, something that is often lacking in the automotive industry.
