Might I add, the representative of Everett pro muffler n Brake is not friendly nor courteous in the slightest. last interaction was indeed the last. I requested an exhaust system quote on a stock vehicle and was told they only do custom exhaust. All interactions were in person and not over the phone. I do not recommend this shop in any way. He fixed the Air conditioning a couple of years ago, and it's stayed fixed. Unlike others who only replace the bad part in the air conditioning and then buy the end of the summer it needs fixing again. When they go bad they often get "glitter" inside and it wrecks other parts. He did it right, and charged me less than some that only replace part of it. I had him upgrade my suspension, brakes and put in a new clutch. Love his work.

The first time, my car was shutting off while driving--three other mechanics couldn't figure it out, but they diagnosed and fixed it with no issues since. So think twice if the "free" oil changes and car washing/vacuuming means anything to you. It doesn't mean anything to the dealership and they are happy to see you leave. if you spend some time on hold on the phone you will hear Jerry McCann say over and over how service sells cars... you lost me. I'll never buy another car from you and I hope nothing seriously wrong happens to the current car as I don't have confidence that Everett Mazda could fix a problem without first hearing their list of excuses to cover their short falls.
