The employee diagnosed my problem and told me what I needed and nearly rang up the part. He told me how easy it was to do "But check it out on YouTube first". I had to run home for something and told him I'd be back for the part after I checked out Youtube. Turns out, the part he indicated wasn't the issue, but a part connected to that part was. Big crack in a hose that went to the recommended part (Emission Vapor Hose). When I went back to get the part, they, unfortunately, didn't have it in stock and it would've been some days until they got it in. He gave me a recommendation on where to grab it. Kind of like "Miracle on 34th Street"- "We don't have it, but you might try Gimball's". I found the part and got it installed easily and my car's now running fine. The clerk didn't have to do that, but it was very cool of him to do so. To the Mgr.: while this might've meant a sale for you guys, it gained even more customer loyalty from me. That is commendable. This store has always had great employees and I've dealt with them pretty much since they moved into the Thomas Lake Albertsons (now Safeway) lot. They always have what I need, and if they don't, they'll tell me where to get it. In 2026 where so many places don't have service to write home about, these guys do. Thanks O'Reilly!

I proceed to ask, "ok, do you guys have a 1/4-20 screw or an M6 bolt?" The response again "I don't knowwwwww. Why don't you come back here and take a look?" I proceed to follow but stopped where it looks like only employees can go. The lady proceeds to head to the back as I waited. Then I hear "well the guy is supposed to come back with me, blah blah blah". I'm not sure if she's just having a bad day or what but, I recommend you find a different job. This job requires customer service (which you lack) and the knowledge of at least what the store sale and general automotive stuff. I'm not surprised about the other reviews 3 stars and lower.

No customer service skills, put him in the back or better yet fire! Then there's the order. Needed the self tightening type of coolant hose clamp. Had to buy a two pack first off and for like $18! Two hose clamps. I get in car after dealing with the Ars and see one is bent. Good thing only needed one. Obviously someone bent it using pliers and not proper hose clamp pliers. It is not usable and was an online order and not worth the hassle trying to return. What an absolute joke of an experience this was. I sent a msg with pic to customer service and have yet to get a reply a month later.

This business has been around for a while now. They have an indoor facility and it's kind of hard…read moreto find. It's in a location you really wouldn't expect - kind of a residential area - so bring your GPS. You can search for parts online and/or call them. They are pretty responsive by phone and cordial (not rude like many wrecking yards). Upon arriving, they took me over to the building and you can go out and pick parts off the vehicles. Obviously you can't just go in there and randomly walk around - you should really have a purpose as the mechanic will be removing a part for you, but they do allow you to look around. As with any wrecking place, there's a certain level of morbid curiosity that prevails. Now you can rubberneck a wreck without almost creating another (while driving). Nix is primarily Lexus/Toyota parts. Car nuts will like it because there are often custom parts lingering around. Assuming they weren't destroyed from the accident, you can ask to have them removed and then purchase them if you wish. I will go back as long as I own a Toyota/Lexus and need parts.

My truck However is a 2002. I wish I had walked away then! The employee assured the window would fit but it did not. Nix 99 said they would find me the right one but weeks passed and I never heard from them. I called to check on the progress they still had not found the proper replacement, it seemed like I might be waiting a long time. When I said, "I'll just return it for a refund" they said,"No". I wrote an email to complain and only then did they agree to refund my money. Then they tried to say it was my fault for giving them the wrong model year. I could not believe the made up story I was hearing from these people! I had repeatedly said model year 2002 every time I called. Nix 99 is a hard to do business with. They have the wrong attitude when it comes to following up and getting customers what they need. And a complete lack of professionalism when dealing with their mistakes.

After being talked to with a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism and being blamed for having a bad experience and showing no accountability I asked for his manager. He went into the store and came back out and told me that based on my attitude the manager did not want to talk to me. I asked him for his name for my complaint and he told me he didn't have to give me that. I then called the number on the door for the manager and got the store. They told me the manager was gone for the day, this was less than a minute after being refused to talk to him. I was given the home store for Jerome. I called that store in Lynnwood and spoke to the manager there, Flavio who was very helpful, apologetic, and generally pleasant to talk to. Jerome needs some training in dealing with people and difficult situations. This is definitely not the way you want your customers treated. The fact that the manager refused to talk to me based on "how I acted in the store" is completely unfounded. I did get rude with Jerome in the parking lot only after he was rude and dismissive of me and my desire to file a complaint. Customer service is the cornerstone of retail and this experience will not only prevent me from ever using Autozone again but will also prompt me to very loudly and obtusely share the incredibly poor leadership and customer service that your company leaves in charge. The lack of accountability and deflection coupled with the bad attitude and lack of concern about your company's reputation should not be qualities found in your leadership. The store manager's unwillingness to discuss the situation has led to this message and the resulting reviews I'll be posting on multiple platforms. In a world where consumers have so many options it's a shame that you have leaders telling customers that their opinions don't matter and that they don't care about bad reviews.
