We actually received (4) New Tires & (4) New Custom Wheels for very close to what Costco wanted just for the 4 tires! TOS also VERY generously loaned us a spare tire and wheel, on the fly, to rescue one of our vehicles that blew out the tire and permanently damaged the Stock Rim. Way south down from our house. Our towing only covered 10 miles, so we had it towed to the nearest Les Schwab at midnight. Woke up the next morning to an rep from Les Schwab quoting me over $2,300 for 4 new Les Schwab tires and (1) New wheel WTAF!!! Staff in Everett was hard to locate and some tools were missing from the tool box. A bit aggravating when you're on a time limit because you end up standing there looking for help and wasting time. It seems that customers in Everett go from station to station and help themselves to what they need. Lighting is a bit of a problem, especially in Seattle. I strongly suggest bringing your own headlamp and / or lamp so you can see what you are doing. The lamp provided was hardly adequate. Other than that, it's a great place to do your own work at a reasonable rate.

Having had to chase down my previous mechanic in order to get his attention and any sort of work done on my toys, it was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed with professionalism from the very first attempt at contacting this business. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, communication was timely and consistent, the schedule was adhered to, and I ultimately have the little water rocket back on the waves. Being a somewhat mechanically minded individual, it was also nice to be able to see the well used parts which were replaced during the recommended service interval for this extremely high output setup. A full discussion was also offered recapping the work and the outcome. All around, this was an exceedingly top notch experience in an industry which can oftentimes be cumbersome and frustrating to deal with. So after buying a new cartridge this week that had no standard tip, i called the store back and was told by the staff that sold it to me that it was a brand new product and to bring it back with receipt and packaging for an exchange. I went back the next day and was told by the staff that this was a newer type of cartridge that was open at the top and came with a rubber cap (gasworks). I wasn't comfortable with it, and being I hadn't used it and had driven back to their store, I would expect to be afforded an exchange for a cartridge I was familiar with. I explained since the staff who sold it to me didn't know about the difference, I wasn't able to use it at the party I bought it for because I was under the assumption it was possibly dangerous. Long story short, the three staff wanted to get into a "we are right/you're wrong" argument and had me wait for the manager telling me they would not switch it out. When the manager arrived, she also wanted to continue to tell me how they were right and I was wrong. She wasn't interested in making it right, total attitude and no accountability for selling a different product and not informing the customer. She didn't care that I was upset for the inconvenience, just how it would affect her store (she said she would have to return it to the vendor....duh that's your job...) She told me to take my business to another store. Maybe it's because it's New Years and they are unhappy to be working, but I won't ever shop their again. Too many reasonable places that understand that occasionally a customer will have an issue and don't make it personal. Good luck to your Raiders, a lot of parallels to this store.

Unfortunately, our last two experiences have been very disappointing. Most recently, I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM to have a front-end suspension issue diagnosed. By 2:45 PM, I had still not received any update, so I called to check on the status. The employee I spoke with seemed unsure of what was going on and told me he needed to check on something. He said he would have more information within an hour and would call me back, but I never received a call. Later, when my father called, we were told that the car had received an oil change, even though we had never requested one. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was then told that no oil change had actually been performed. The conflicting information only added to the confusion and made it difficult to have confidence in the service being provided. This follows another disappointing visit where we were given a repair estimate, but when it came time to pay, the bill was hundreds of dollars higher because a brake job had been left out of the original quote. What makes this especially frustrating is that we have trusted this shop for decades. My father has been a customer since the 1970s, and we continued bringing our vehicles there because of that trust. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, conflicting information, and inaccurate estimates during our last two visits have left us very disappointed.
