I came in for help and left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Management needs to address this behavior because customers shouldn't be treated like this. I definitely won't be returning.

The job was complete in less than 2 hours and they had 1 happy customer. PS: I called O'reilley Auto Parts before I called Autozone and was told that I needed to remove the battery myself and bring it into the store. A little inconvenient since I did not have the right tools.

They have gone over the hours budgeted both times but chose to honor the estimate they gave me. I also replaced the entire headlight assemblies (Hella) which i brought in myself and they did the correct way to install/convert the outdated lights. This many years later I have no inside "spider webs" nor any UV fade or discoloration on the inside or outside whatsoever. I know there are newer systems now perhaps but this setup for an electronically sensitive vehicle works perfectly. Makes the older ML500 vehicle look brand new.
