My Subaru car battery needed to be charged (battery was healthy but SOC had dropped to 65%). I called Autozone and not only did they agree to slot me in on a Sunday and to physically remove the battery from my car (which turned out to be a little trickier than expected) but they were polite and courteous the whole time. The job was complete in less than 2 hours and they had 1 happy customer. PS: I called O'reilley Auto Parts before I called Autozone and was told that I needed to remove the battery myself and bring it into the store. Came in for a Car battery replacement. The service was amazing. The technician checked my existing battery health, told me the status and his recommendation. No pressure to buy. I decided to get a new battery since my last battery from them lasted 8+ years. He replaced my battery in a matter of minutes and was courteous throughout the process. Avoid this store！！！ I recently went to AutoZone to return a product, and the experience was awful. The manager there was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me like I was stupid for simply requesting a return. They made the process unnecessarily difficult and gave me attitude the entire time. If you need similar products, I highly recommend shopping on Temu or Amazon instead -- you might have to wait a couple of days for shipping, but at least you'll be treated with respect. This store is a joke, and I won't be coming back. Absolutely terrible service. I want to give a five star to one coworker who helped me finding my headlights. I came-in on Sunday around 5pm, it was raining super hard outside. I didn't know which size of headlights I need it for so I asked store assistant manager and I didn't like her service. She was giving me an attitude and maybe she was upset because Seahawks did horrible job with 49rs. Oops. And there is an another coworker and he stepped in and asked me if he can help. When me and him were having a conversation, asst store manger was kept bothering us, "she isn't sure which size, she said little one blah blah blah." Oh just shhhhsh This sweet guy came outside(remember it's super raining outside) with me and he checked every single lights of my car!!! Auto Zone Alternators are JUNK! I purchased a NEW, not refurbished alternator for my Acura from Autozone back in April of 2022. Six months later on October 21, 2022, it started acting up. The alternator I replaced back in April appeared to be the same brand. It failed just after year after I bought this car which was only driven less than 4k miles. Duralast alternators are garbage! Auto Zone's return policy is basically non-existent. They will trade you for replacement piece of junk, but then you'll be stuck in an endless cycle of paying for labor to replace this part every 6 months to a year. It's a money pit and a trap. Years ago, I replaced my alternator using the same brand for my Toyota. Afterwards, I would receive a high pitch feedback through my car speakers. It was very annoying. I should have learned my lesson then. I do not recommend any alternator from Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, etc. Save yourself the headaches and time wasted by staying away from these places! Have your stock alternator rebuilt or buy genuine parts. Believe me and you will thank me for it. read more

He recommended Bosch and after doing some comparison shopping, I bought those. He offered to put them on the car for me for free and taught me how to do it myself next time. So as my car was sitting at AutoZone on 2110 132nd St SE, Mill Creek, WA 98012 I kept in contact with the employees at this store specifically ​KT, Brandon,and I believe the store manager David they were very kind helpful and courteous they understood my situation and allowed my car to stay there without being towed while I worked on it and let me rent tools that helps me put my car back together. Not one time where they inconsiderate towards me or unhelpful they helped me throughout the whole time. It's not every day you get a great store manager like David who has a great personality and who aims to please his customers and his associates are very happy being underneath him and they also are very a tentative to their customers I was very happy with these guys five stars across the board for me thank you guys. read more

Well this time, I've experience someone who gives THE WHOLE shit, and is well worth your time to seek out if you need automobile help/advice. This review is for Alicia, who was the best help a car idiot like me could possibly hope for in my time of confused desperation. The engine light went on in my car so I went in to AutoZone for the free diagnostic test. Alicia was there to help, and did she ever. We checked the diagnostics, and though there was no definitive result from the little orange device (it's a free test people, if you want a super-detailed diagnostic, pony up at a mechanic shop you trust), Alicia went out of her way to talk me through the potential problem(s) and recommend some possible solutions. She offered solid, knowledgeable advice and some potential purchases from the store that might help, though I never felt like she was trying to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. In the end I bought a battery cleaning kit and some fuel system cleaner on her recommendation, but more importantly, I came away with peace of mind and some great advice. Thank you for giving a shit Alicia. If only 87% more of the Earth's population cared as much as you do. read more

Phenomenal customer service. I walked in and haven't even had a chance to approach the counter when the employee asked me if I needed help. He quickly looked up the brake light for my car model and walked with me to the aisle to get it. Most impressively, he did not even need to look for the number, he knew exactly where the brake light I needed was. I was out of the store within 2 minutes after I walked in, fast and quality service. I also got my military discount here and was thanked for serving (which I humbly accept, even though I prefer to not stand out as "special" of any kind). The receipt did not display the employee's name, but it was a tall, blonde, white young man. Very knowledgeable. Stay far away from this AutoZone. I bought a battery from here on my lunch break and they sent me on my way. I took it to get it installed and it was the wrong size. I took it back and they swapped it but I explained I was in a hurry and needed to install it there. I asked for tools or help but they looked at me like I was crazy. The manager reluctantly came out and did it but kind of grumbled and didn't give me a refund for recycling my old battery. I get it they don't have to install a new battery when they sell one but when you give me the wrong battery and make me late for work isn't it proper customer service to make things right as soon as possible? read more

The first time I came in here was for my wife's car. Her radiator hoses are very old and starting to crack. I told them what I had. The lady flipped her monitor around and scrolled through a few options. She said they have the top in stock but if I wanted the lower one they'd either need to have it delivered from the warehouse tomorrow or get a generic one. I took the generic one plus a gallon of anti-freeze. An hour later I had both hoses installed with new anti-freeze. The next time was for a battery. I asked if they'd bring their tester out (I was 99% sure it was dead) and make sure. Sure enough their tester confirmed my suspicion (the 5 year battery was 7 years old). The guy once again showed me what options they had for the car and explained which one they'd suggest based on our driving habits. They pulled the new battery off the shelf and carried it plus the socket set out to my car for me. There were other customers in the store so of course they couldn't change it for me (I'm somewhat handy). After a bit of time I returned the socket set along with my old battery. I've had other visits but those two stick in my mind the most. The reason I'm knocking a star off is parking can be a bear if you go during main business hours. Go there before 5:00 on weekdays if possible and never ever go on weekends. read more
