Thanks for having in stock the green death of windshield cleaner. I'd stopped by another AutoZone location to purchase the windshield summer bug cleaner and needless to say that location was a bust. Yet I was in Bellevue shopping today and stopped by and the gentleman behind the counter said " HELL YES " we have some. I whipped out my VISA and paid the $8 for a gallon of the green cleaner and headed home. Gotta say a BIG THANK YOU and Get In the Zone AutoZone for having what I needed in stock. It's nice asking a single question and getting a positive answer. read more

Jake gave me guidance on what to buy and helped install a headlight bulb when mine was burnt out. Monroe location sold me the wrong one and it ended up being broken. Jake was kind and helped me install the correct one. Jake I hope you know your kindness goes a long way, please never change. read more

Great Staff! Went in looking for wipers. The front counter guy Marco was extremely helpful with getting them installed for me. I can come to this location at any time and know that I can get great customer service. read more

My Subaru car battery needed to be charged (battery was healthy but SOC had dropped to 65%). I called Autozone and not only did they agree to slot me in on a Sunday and to physically remove the battery from my car (which turned out to be a little trickier than expected) but they were polite and courteous the whole time. The job was complete in less than 2 hours and they had 1 happy customer. PS: I called O'reilley Auto Parts before I called Autozone and was told that I needed to remove the battery myself and bring it into the store. A little inconvenient since I did not have the right tools. read more

Zachary helped me with my battery. He was super sweet and helpful. I wouldn't know how to fix my issue without Zachary's help. He was very straightforward, knowing what to do to fix the situation. I'm beyond grateful how swiftly he was. Thank you Zachary! read more

Came in for a Car battery replacement. The service was amazing. The technician checked my existing battery health, told me the status and his recommendation. No pressure to buy. I decided to get a new battery since my last battery from them lasted 8+ years. He replaced my battery in a matter of minutes and was courteous throughout the process. Their AGM battery is slightly more expensive. Hope this one lasts another 8+ years. read more

Avoid this store！！！ I recently went to AutoZone to return a product, and the experience was awful. The manager there was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me like I was stupid for simply requesting a return. They made the process unnecessarily difficult and gave me attitude the entire time. If you need similar products, I highly recommend shopping on Temu or Amazon instead -- you might have to wait a couple of days for shipping, but at least you'll be treated with respect. This store is a joke, and I won't be coming back. Absolutely terrible service. The manager was a white individual, slightly overweight, wearing glasses, and exhibited racist behavior. What a loser read more

Hours posted on their door say they open at 8AM every day... yet I am here at 8:25 AM on Monday (Aug 7) and they're still closed. I really needed to go in because I have a dashboard light I wanted to get checked out to know how urgent/serious it is. read more

I want to give a five star to one coworker who helped me finding my headlights. I came-in on Sunday around 5pm, it was raining super hard outside. I didn't know which size of headlights I need it for so I asked store assistant manager and I didn't like her service. She was giving me an attitude and maybe she was upset because Seahawks did horrible job with 49rs. Oops. And there is an another coworker and he stepped in and asked me if he can help. When me and him were having a conversation, asst store manger was kept bothering us, "she isn't sure which size, she said little one blah blah blah." Oh just shhhhsh This sweet guy came outside(remember it's super raining outside) with me and he checked every single lights of my car!!! He made sure each lights are working and he told me I just need to buy one bulb. (What a great service!!) High five to this guy!! read more

Favorite AutoZone! Manager Luke and all staff are so helpful to their customers and polite.

Auto Zone Alternators are JUNK! I purchased a NEW, not refurbished alternator for my Acura from Autozone back in April of 2022. Six months later on October 21, 2022, it started acting up. The alternator I replaced back in April appeared to be the same brand. It failed just after year after I bought this car which was only driven less than 4k miles. Duralast alternators are garbage! Auto Zone's return policy is basically non-existent. They will trade you for replacement piece of junk, but then you'll be stuck in an endless cycle of paying for labor to replace this part every 6 months to a year. It's a money pit and a trap. Years ago, I replaced my alternator using the same brand for my Toyota. Afterwards, I would receive a high pitch feedback through my car speakers. It was very annoying. I should have learned my lesson then. I do not recommend any alternator from Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, etc. Save yourself the headaches and time wasted by staying away from these places! Have your stock alternator rebuilt or buy genuine parts. Believe me and you will thank me for it. read more

AutoZone - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

Great service here by William, the manager! Yelp wouldn't let me check-in since it doesn't believe someone can get a sandwich from next door and walk into Auto Zone 5 minutes later but whatevs. I came in to buy new windshield wiper blades, and William was at the counter. He recommended Bosch and after doing some comparison shopping, I bought those. He offered to put them on the car for me for free and taught me how to do it myself next time. Then he took the old ones and threw them away for me. read more

I love this store when I need to buy some part for my car. The people who work there are very friendly always willing to help the client. David, one of the guys who works there, today helped me very politely to change one of the lights in my car, because it was difficult for me to do so. I give high recommendation about this business. Thank you!! read more

Travis is the best employee at this Auto Zone location! I know absolutely nothing about cars and he let me know exactly what I needed. He was very honest in giving me the best deal. I had got hit not too long ago and my car was out of commission because I had to fix the rotor in the front so my car was stuck at AutoZone while I got all the money together to fix it. So as my car was sitting at AutoZone on 2110 132nd St SE, Mill Creek, WA 98012 I kept in contact with the employees at this store specifically KT, Brandon, and I believe the store manager David they were very kind helpful and courteous they understood my situation and allowed my car to stay there without being towed while I worked on it and let me rent tools that helps me put my car back together. Not one time where they inconsiderate towards me or unhelpful they helped me throughout the whole time. It's not every day you get a great store manager like David who has a great personality and who aims to please his customers and his associates are very happy being underneath him and they also are very a tentative to their customers I was very happy with these guys five stars across the board for me thank you guys. read more

Cars. Am I right?! For some of you who have commented on the content of my other reviews, this one is for you. One of my pet peeves is people who don't give a shit, whether on the job or not. Well this time, I've experience someone who gives THE WHOLE shit, and is well worth your time to seek out if you need automobile help/advice. This review is for Alicia, who was the best help a car idiot like me could possibly hope for in my time of confused desperation. The engine light went on in my car so I went in to AutoZone for the free diagnostic test. Alicia was there to help, and did she ever. We checked the diagnostics, and though there was no definitive result from the little orange device (it's a free test people, if you want a super-detailed diagnostic, pony up at a mechanic shop you trust), Alicia went out of her way to talk me through the potential problem(s) and recommend some possible solutions. She offered solid, knowledgeable advice and some potential purchases from the store that might help, though I never felt like she was trying to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. In the end I bought a battery cleaning kit and some fuel system cleaner on her recommendation, but more importantly, I came away with peace of mind and some great advice. Thank you for giving a shit Alicia. If only 87% more of the Earth's population cared as much as you do. read more

Phenomenal customer service. I walked in and haven't even had a chance to approach the counter when the employee asked me if I needed help. He quickly looked up the brake light for my car model and walked with me to the aisle to get it. Most impressively, he did not even need to look for the number, he knew exactly where the brake light I needed was. I was out of the store within 2 minutes after I walked in, fast and quality service. I also got my military discount here and was thanked for serving (which I humbly accept, even though I prefer to not stand out as "special" of any kind). The receipt did not display the employee's name, but it was a tall, blonde, white young man. Very knowledgeable. Too bad I don't live in the area, otherwise this would definitely be my store to go for parts. read more

Always have what we need. Sometimes we have to special order parts. Which works great! Great customer service.

Avoid this store, people. They don't even match their competitor's price, and the store manager was so rude, and always hiding behind the shelf. He insisted communicating with me through the store cashier, even though I could hear him talking to the cashier clearly, so efficient! read more

Stay far away from this AutoZone. I bought a battery from here on my lunch break and they sent me on my way. I took it to get it installed and it was the wrong size. I took it back and they swapped it but I explained I was in a hurry and needed to install it there. I asked for tools or help but they looked at me like I was crazy. The manager reluctantly came out and did it but kind of grumbled and didn't give me a refund for recycling my old battery. I get it they don't have to install a new battery when they sell one but when you give me the wrong battery and make me late for work isn't it proper customer service to make things right as soon as possible? read more

Staff is friendly and helpful! always saying Hi when you walk in and very eager to help.

One of the managers was very rude when I was asking for tire chains. Disrespectful to a customer.

The manager at the store has major attitude and she is not helpful. Also, she was't helping the cashier when it was crowded. I had to wait 25 minutes for help. Very disappointed with customer service. read more
