My review in a nutshell: do yourself a great favor and go find a business that won't take 12 hours to clean a regular car (that wasn't that dirty to begin with), and won't attempt to charge obscure fees. If they are this incompetent at just cleaning cars, imagine what may happen if you trust them to actually fix your car. The building is a literal shack on the side of the street with a gravel "parking lot" full of broken down and abandoned looking vehicles. No sign...banner...or anything indicating it's an actual business. I dropped my car off here for the overpriced and overrated car wash they call a "complete" detailing service at 10:40 AM...they did not bring my car back until 10:00 PM and had the nerve to ask me how it looks as if I can see much of anything when it's pitch black at night. Pulling it into my parking garage though...I saw that my windshield still had wiper streaks on it. Skylar, the presumed owner, gave me an original estimate of 7:00 PM which was still a ridiculous amount of time, but I agreed as I really wanted my car detailed. But I should've known once he begged me not to purchase the Groupon as they would take 40% of the revenue then tried charging me almost $30 more than the Groupon's listed price when I dropped my car off that this was a business I should've avoided. $6 card fees in 2021? Don't take credit/debit cards if you can't afford the transaction fees...or literally keep it simple like a proper business and fold them into your prices. Arguing with a paying customer over $6 is extremely off-putting, my friend who I was on the phone with at the time was embarrassed for me and was shocked at Skylar's attitude and insistence. Brought my Honda Pilot in for an interior and exterior detailing. It hadn't been professionally detailed since I bought it in 2018 so it had the green moss/dirt in all the nooks and crannies on the outside, it had years of fast food spills and crumbs and my daughters hair was all over the place. I picked it up the next day and it looked brand new!! They did an amazing job and I'm excited to hand it to my son for his 16th birthday now. Thank you Sky King Auto!! read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE SCUMBAGS AND SCAMMERS. They already removed this review once. Skyler (the supposed owner) got into a car accident with me where he was a distracted driver and smashed into the back of my car going 60+ MPH....He was not insured....I saw him coming and managed to turn my wheel so i wasn't crushed into the car in-front of me. When we went to his shop he then claimed he WASN'T the owner and all his employees gathered around me and began physically threatening me when i asked how we were going to handle this. They offered me $1,000 for my car but only gave me $500, my car was worth at least 4-5k. When i reached out to them at a later date they told me to take it to court....so they physically threaten me, deny to pay any medical bills or damages and paid me $500 after totaling my car and almost killing me. The owner was more concerned with his truck that had damage than the fact they almost killed me and totaled my car....not sure how you run a car businesses without being insured but these guys do. My car is 2017 odyssey. We bought it at 2017. We never did deep clean. My two sons did everything in the car. it is hard to imagine how dirty it is. When sky comes in, he did it in a very detail way. Start to do it layer by layer, use different kinds of tools and different soaps. It takes up to 8 hrs to clean the car. Thanks for Sky, it is presentable. I can pick up the guest on Sat and feel very comfortable on it. Otherwise, I do not know how many hrs I need to spend and it can not be as shiny as you did. read more

Everyone has different experience with businesses. I found this business to be shady, and not wanting to take accountability. During the interior/exterior of my Infinity FX 35 they broke my center console, washed and wrinkled my tan leather seats, stained my front door speakers, seemingly just stirred the dirt around on my floor mats, and scarred my exterior window trim. From the first call to Sky King I was impressed with their professionalism. I took my 19 year old Toyota Sequoia to have them detail it and it looks like new! They were flexible enough to take me same-day and had great customer service. My car felt brand-new after the interior and exterior detail and I could see that they really cleaned every corner and crevice of my car. Although, it took 6 hours vs the quoted 4 hours, I knew it just meant they were putting the time and effort into making my car sparkle! I always thought my windshield wipers needed to be changed but after this detail, it was as clear as getting a new pair of glasses (I'm guessing it was the inside that needed to be cleaned). Where is the ten star review button because honestly; these bunch of sweethearts deserve more than five stars. I found Sky King Auto by coincidence after needing to fix my trunk badly (it could not close and stay shut - I was so annoyed and upset). And even worse; it was a SUNDAY. Auto shops never open or help out on Sundays. But Skylar (one of the owners) and Shawn (or is it Sean? He is also one of the owners) must've heard the desperation in my voice because they told me to come by anyway and they would take a look to see what they could do to help. I was only there for maybe half an hour or less and the mechanic Samson, had it all operating perfectly. But I stayed longer because of how sweet these two are and they even answered all my questions despite a lot of them probably being dumb.. Yet they were both very patient and kind with me. Now, you'd think my car troubles would be over. But nope! I didn't heed the warning about being gentle with my trunk and broke my latch because I have a horrible habit of slamming my trunk (Samson, I'm so sorry).. So again, I went to Sky King Auto and not only got situated for the time being. But I got the pleasure and joy of meeting Shawn (Sean?) and another wonderful mechanic; Isaac. I truly love how genuine these gentlemen were to me, and how they take such good care of their clients, the amount of attention and detail they work on when it comes to the client's vehicles, and the amount of patience they have is absolutely phenomenal. Long story short: I came in to get a exterior detail done, but my car's heating system blew up on the way there. Skylar took my 2017 Jaguar XF and took care of practically the entire cooling system to make it run again. I just had my 2012 hatchback completely detailed with Sky King Auto. It looks like brand new now. Even the engine compartment was hand cleaned. All specs of road dirt gone. My car had the check engine light come on because it needed a new power steering sensor. Sky King Auto reset the code and sent me on my way. Two miles later, the check engine light came back on with the same code. Skyler explained that he was a bit embarrassed that he had reset the code without replacing the part. When I brought it back, he cross threaded the new sensor. He attempted to "fix" this with a power drill. He drilled a larger hole into the power steering rack and drilled out the center of a bolt to fit into the now larger hole. He put the sensor into the bolt and asked if I was aware that the power steering had been leaking all along - it had not. The "fix" he made simply did not work. It sprayed power steering fluid and the metal shavings made the power steering pump itself fail. To fix the leak, I replaced the power steering rack myself. What should have been a ten minute job to replace the sensor turned into hundreds of dollars of parts and hours of labor to undo the damage to the car that had been done. read more

I went to these guys to get my jeep detailed. I got a chance to talk to Skylar and the Gen. mngr Saun to discuss my top priorities for detailing my vehicle (I was very specific as to what I wanted). After deal was made, I had to leave the car overnight as for their team, they wanted to ensure the best quality work & they need time to do so (I agreed to leave it overnight after overthinking). The owner was kind enough to give me a ride to my destination. The next day I picked up the jeep and I couldn't be any happier-it looked sparkling new (interior+exterior), they did an awesome job & really paid attention to every detail after I closely inspected it. It is pricey to my liking, but the price was worth it-you will get what you paid for-they went above and beyond. I recommend this place if you're looking for a 5star work. I will be returning.
