She forgot to give us some papers to sign and we had to come back a few days later due to her mistake. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. We were excited to find a new dealership to work with since it's much closer but after working with her I may never return.

In this case with the rising interest rate, even with a pre-approval- was "told" we should also apply with them. False, we had a better rate with USAA. Also, we initially decided to get the "warranty" only to bust our pre-approved limit. So decided to remove it. There are cheaper rates out there. Also, had a dealer "option" tacked on the purchase. We didn't want it but was told it's part of the car. I have a PH.D from TikTok University and found useful information stating we didn't have to get that dealer add on. Hence the additional cost. Lastly, the miscellaneous document fee and processing. out this State. The most we ever paid for a car- used at best. Overall, Jose keep making them sales and stay confident!

If a handshake agreement, written notes in a deal packet, and weeks of coordination can be reversed at the finish line, that speaks volumes about how commitments are handled here. Changing terms after a customer has committed time, money, and insurance is not transparent business. I worked primarily with a salesperson named Tristan and a sales manager named Kieran. While the interactions were polite, the outcome did not reflect accountability for what was agreed to. If you shop here, get everything in writing early, including out-the-door pricing, and do not rely on verbal commitments, even those confirmed in person. From my experience, this dealership feels slimy and unethical. Watch out!

Not to say the newer models aren't "lookers" themselves, however there is just something about a vintage VW that speaks to EVERYONE. And if you're in the market.. this dealer has vintage AND brand new vehicles in their showroom- basically something for everyone! That said, this dealership has been my go to "one stop shop" for purchasing and any necessary repairs. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealership for numerous reasons and a few particular people.. Reasons: - Low pressure from salespeople who truly just want to (of course make the sale but) help you find your perfect vehicle - Willingness to work with you to ensure you drive away satisfied with your purchase.. -Snacks -Yes.. I said it.. snacks. :) -The facility is top notch. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable and if you want to take a nap?? No one will bother you. If you need to do remote work?? Done. Just bring your laptop.. In fact they will even feed you cookies and get you all hopped up on caffeine while you multitask doing remote work while your oil is getting changed 50 feet away! It's literally THEE BEST place. He shouldn't have a name tag- he should wear a crown. -It's hard to even articulate how much he has helped me over the years with all of my vehicle concerns and any repairs I might need. Zeb ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of and he is probably the best communicator I have ever met. And that is saying a lot considering I have been working in business administration for 25+ years. -Zeb is the most efficient, hard working, problem solving, analytically advanced Volkswagen guru that has ever walked the face of the earth. He is always willing to help with any problem I encounter and has such a positive outlook and personality making him an absolute joy to communicate with. If you ever need anything- Zeb Foster is your guy. 100% my favorite associate at this facility. The facility itself is amazing yes- but the reason I (personally) keep coming back to buy cars from this dealership are the people. The reason I took 30 minutes to write this review is because of the PEOPLE.. and maybe some of the snacks.. but 100% the PEOPLE.     I brought my VW Atlas in for a simple oil change and was overcharged for work that wasn't even…read moredone. Less than 24 hours later, my car was throwing a low oil pressure warning and leaking oil everywhere because the job was not completed properly. That's not just sloppy, that's outright negligence that could have destroyed my engine. From there, it only got worse. I had to repeatedly call just to get help, was passed around between staff, and received little to no communication. Promised callbacks never happened, and no one took accountability. Even more concerning, Service Manager Ian Andreassen and General Manager Gary Robinson both ignored my emails and voicemails and, to this day, have not responded. Completely unacceptable from leadership. I was also told my vehicle would be towed the same day due to safety concerns, only to find out later it was left overnight because of their internal mistakes. No follow-up, no confirmation, no regard for my concerns. I still have no explanation for the overcharge and no reassurance about potential engine damage caused by their error. This service department is disorganized, unresponsive, and careless. They turned a basic service into a serious issue and then failed to take any responsibility. Take your vehicle somewhere else unless you want to deal with the same level of incompetence!! Worst dealership service experience I've ever had. Avoid Bud Clary Volkswagen at all costs.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from this location and I was just as satisfied this visit as I was last time. On my recommendation, my Mom also bought her car here two years previously, and she too was satisfied with their service. Our sales person, Trenton, was knowledgeable and kind, as well as very accommodating. We came in later in the day and he stayed past closing to help us drive our new car home that evening. John in the financing department was equally pleasant and not at all pushy, like at other dealerships I have used in the past. He walked us through options, helped us weight the pros and cons of each choice and honored our time, without the experience feeling too rushed or drawn out. I would highly recommend this dealer, specifically Trenton or Anna, if you are looking for an easy, quick, and relaxed car buying experience. Anna who brought our car around and assisted Trenton was also super kind and pleasant. It felt like everyone at the Hyundai section of Bud Clary were thankful we were there and glad to have our business. I don't think I could have imagined a lower stress, easier car buying experience if I tried. There was another customer waiting while they were getting our new vehicle ready for us and they had driven up from Oregon, specifically to checkout this dealership. They too were buying a car from Bud Clary (The Jeep/ Dodge section) and seemed equally pleased with the service there. The waiting area was well lit, beverages were provided and before they closed, there was a café available for those who were waiting on the service department. Overall, the whole experience was well worth it and made buying a new car more enjoyable. The salesman we were talking to said he needed to make some calls, put his AirPods in, and left one of his phones on the desk. I even said, "Oh, don't forget your phone!" He awkwardly said he had two and left it there. He was gone for nearly an hour even though the dealership wasn't busy. During that time my dad and I had what we thought was a private conversation about the car and whether we wanted to buy it. Later it became obvious what had happened. The phone left on the desk meant he could listen to everything we said while we were sitting there waiting. When we finally got up to leave, several employees were watching us as we walked out. That's when it really clicked. The whole thing made my skin crawl. It still does. We walked out and never came back.

We were the first ones here and was advised a 2 hour wait time for labor, yet we were the the last ones to leave waiting an additional 2 hours. I had to reschedule my following appts for another day which I really disliked doing in addition to juggling other needs that needed to be taken care of. If I had know the extension of the wait in advance it would have been fine so I could have rented out a car for the day. Though I was a bit frustrated with the waiting period given we had an appointment, It's understandable that any business needs when customers all pour in wanting the same care are always likely to change. Fortunately for us, my 4 Stars is for our amazing advisor, Rick who was very communitive and prompt explaining certain details my warranty covered along with checking in every often if we were ok... I would have given this review a 1 star if it wasn't for his persistance in communicating with us and making the process of the paperwork extremely smooth and getting us out there sooner than anticipated. We initially couldn't settle on price but Bryan reviewed a few things and called me back within a day to confirm he would accept my price. He was never high pressure or anything other than open and professional with the whole process, even when we agreed to disagree on price. Within 2 weeks discovered a hidden crack in the top of the radiator, that didn't show during our rather lengthy test drive. When I called Bryan back he got right on it and had arrangements with his connections for us to have things fixed--on our dime but at his cost. He wanted us to be happy, and it worked out just fine. Felt this was like buying a car from my uncle or something. I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable, honest used car source stop in and talk to Bryan about what you want, whether they have it or not. They'll get it for you and take care of you.
