Something that was conveniently left out of the details during the purchase. Of course I called them to help me with this in which months later I'm still waiting for a return phone call..Ahem, Maxwell.... I had to get a new fob and both keys cut, but was told there's mysterious 3rd key out there somewhere by the programmer. I was ready to pull the trigger on buying a (semi new) Subaru Forester or Outback when my housemate reminded me of what a good experience he had buying his outback from Roosales. Although I would have liked something newish (2020 and newer) They had another forester that was a year newer than mine and in great condition. Although the milage was high, I know that they went over the car with a fine-tooth comb, AND it IS a Subaru, IYKYK. I found their prices to be reasonable, and I like that there is no haggling! A few days after I got the car home my headlights went out. I was ready to go buy new lights, but first called Anne and she was kind enough to order them for me. As the weekend got closer and then lights hadnt come in yet, she and her husband Craig offered to come to my house in Tacoma to change them for me over the weekend. After installing the bulbs it became clear that it was the switch and not the bulbs. Craig came to my house a couple of days later, picked up my car, fixed the switch AND filled my tank! I am so happy I decided to buy from Roosales, their customer service was above and beyond. VERY satisfied customer!

Drove 1.5 hours out to see the vehicle only to notice there was a half-dollar sized hole rusted out in the back drivers side. Looked back at the photos of the vehicle and sure enough, there's no sign of the rust. These people are scammers that photoshop their vehicles and try to sell them at a premium. I don't even want to know how awful the cars are mechanically.

I stopped in for a specific vehicle that I had spotted online. Very beautiful car, well appointed, in great shape. I gave it a good look and found it to be top notch. No real concerns with the vehicle itself. I also scanned the rest of the lot and to me, it really looks like they have a nice variety of very good vehicles. Overall I'd say that if you are looking for a vehicle that is a bit more higher end than the average used car lot, this place seems to have a good selection of vehicles that fit that bill. They are not dealing in massive high mileage vehicles with a history of fender benders and dents and dings all over them. The inventory here is clean, straight and well maintained. I was not, however, very happy with the overall sales process. And I ultimately found a different vehicle elsewhere that fit my situation better. I wanted to bring my own financing because I have a credit union I have worked with for well over 20 years. I trust them, they know me, we have good honest conversations that help me create a financial situation I am comfortable with. But here, they were a bit pushy about running the financing themselves and almost outright insisted that I let them run it their way. It got to the point that I was getting rather irritated about how pushy they were getting about it. In the end, I did not buy the car from them. As I stated, I found a same model car elsewhere that fit my situation better, so I went with that car instead. So I'm very split on this one. The inventory here seems very nice, but the sales tactics feel very pushy to me. Your mileage may vary.

A whole new fuel system was to be put in. After weeks of saying it will get started next week and stating they only have 1 lift big enough to lift my truck (highly doubt as they have service contracts with large companies), it was finally started. During the process they broke a bolt off in the engine. They called me asking for another $2400 to pull the broken bolt as insurance was not covering something they broke. After telling them I would not pay for something they broke either we are in limbo and I still have not heard back. We are now past 4 months of them having my truck. I called other ford service centers to see what their policy is on breaking something while they work and all said they would have just fixed it and not charged the customer. I am at a point where I am just ready to have the truck loaded on a trailer and start the process over again with another dealer. As I said earlier I doubt I will buy another vehicle here. Beware if you need service completed here.
