I stopped in for a specific vehicle that I had spotted online. Very beautiful car, well appointed, in great shape. I gave it a good look and found it to be top notch. No real concerns with the vehicle itself. I also scanned the rest of the lot and to me, it really looks like they have a nice variety of very good vehicles. Overall I'd say that if you are looking for a vehicle that is a bit more higher end than the average used car lot, this place seems to have a good selection of vehicles that fit that bill. They are not dealing in massive high mileage vehicles with a history of fender benders and dents and dings all over them. The inventory here is clean, straight and well maintained. I was not, however, very happy with the overall sales process. And I ultimately found a different vehicle elsewhere that fit my situation better. I wanted to bring my own financing because I have a credit union I have worked with for well over 20 years. I trust them, they know me, we have good honest conversations that help me create a financial situation I am comfortable with. But here, they were a bit pushy about running the financing themselves and almost outright insisted that I let them run it their way. It got to the point that I was getting rather irritated about how pushy they were getting about it. In the end, I did not buy the car from them. As I stated, I found a same model car elsewhere that fit my situation better, so I went with that car instead. So I'm very split on this one. The inventory here seems very nice, but the sales tactics feel very pushy to me. Your mileage may vary.

A whole new fuel system was to be put in. After weeks of saying it will get started next week and stating they only have 1 lift big enough to lift my truck (highly doubt as they have service contracts with large companies), it was finally started. During the process they broke a bolt off in the engine. They called me asking for another $2400 to pull the broken bolt as insurance was not covering something they broke. After telling them I would not pay for something they broke either we are in limbo and I still have not heard back. We are now past 4 months of them having my truck. I called other ford service centers to see what their policy is on breaking something while they work and all said they would have just fixed it and not charged the customer. I am at a point where I am just ready to have the truck loaded on a trailer and start the process over again with another dealer. As I said earlier I doubt I will buy another vehicle here. I was SUPER nervous about signing up for a big-name bank like Chase, but because my bank and credit union didn't have branches here, I also didn't want to pay mega service charges every time I needed cash. I signed up online and I'll be honest - Things did NOT start well. I got to Washington and immediately needed to deposit a check but when I came into this branch, they had no record of my account (although I had already deposited $200.00 online so I'd have a bit waiting for me). Turns out it was my own darn fault - I was supposed to bring my drivers licence into a local branch within a week of signing up and when I didn't, they put my account on "hold". Thankfully, the ladies here were ABSOLUTELY wonderful and came up with solutions for me to be able to quickly deposit my check, pay my rent right away, and get me set up properly. I have nothing but good things to say about them - I've run into a few issues since then but I always go into this branch and they take care of me.

Well over a 100 years our family has been with this bank. Well we just got the info for the merger...news is. 1.Free checking..gone 2. Fee's for everything. 3.All our passcodes will not transfer 4. All our auto pays will have to be set up again. 5. More and more stuff that says we don't really want you here. Why make this so hard? So since we have to make new passcodes, set up everything all over again and wait for new ATM cards, we have decided to CLOSE out with Anchor over the next few weeks and move everything to Obee Credit Union with whom we have banked with for loans for years, they have stellar customer service and rates. My husband has banked with Anchor since his dad set up his 1st saving's account over 60 years ago. Great job 1st Security Bank, my friendly local bank is being merged with you.
