Awful customer service once you sign the papers. Actually as you sign the papers (it's digital) the finance woman had me create an account with password on her giant desk-sized keyboard. I figured it was something I would need to access in the future so chose a familiar password. I wish I hadn't because the woman watched my every keystroke like a hawk (can't be discrete on a desk-sized keyboard). I immediately assumed she was watching to ensure my password met the requirements but after a couple seconds it dawned on me she now has the password to my bank login and more...and I had just handed her every bit of person information needed for security checks, short of my thumbprint. Instead of email or print your documents they email you a password secure file. Well I wasn't able to open said zip file to access my necessary documents for registration and tax purposes a few days later. I tried calling. No response. I left a voicemail. No response. I was referred to an email after calling multiple times. No response. It took weeks (no exaggeration, granted I wasn't trying every day) to finally get in touch with someone who got back to me only to insist I go through the financing woman that processed my sale...which is where I started. It was finally through the text notifying my license plates had come in, where I was able to speak to someone that could get me some but not all of my document copies of the sale (was requesting only 2 pertinent documents) I can't imagine if I had to go through this place for actual servicing of my vehicle etc. never want to deal with them again.

The lot was unorthodox and not what I was expecting for a used car dealership. If I were to let apprehension make decisions for me I would have missed a great opportunity to do business with Marius and Justin (I hope I got their names correct). I was greeted in the back of the lot at their office by Marius, who was very warm and friendly. He showed me the car, gave me the keys, and walked away. What a great start. After I inspected the car and found nothing wrong with it I asked him why it was priced so low. He said "People like good deals." After I test drove it, I asked him, "what is the catch?" He simply said, "we have low overhead." Marius seemed genuine and appeared to run a clean and honest business, so he earned my trust. I told him it's sold, and the paperwork was smooth and uncomplicated. I brought our new minivan home to my wife who is elated she now has a car she can tow all 3 kids in, and in luxury that is very high by our standards. The car we were looking at had some defects that we all knew of. Nothing that I couldn't solve in an afternoon. When it came time to do the paperwork the price was suddenly $800 higher than our budget. No wiggle room at all given the defects. (Missing trim, damaged mirror, needed a windshield, etc). Not really sure why we were suddenly that far over on our price. The math on tax, license and whatnot just didn't work. Probably need to be somewhat careful if you come here.

He even moved the title transfer quickly. He called the next day and told me the title was ready for pickup. So why is my rating poor? On the way back to pick up the title, the check engine light came on. It's a coolant temperature issue. I also learned that the rear brakes were so thin that they were a safety hazard. I immediately repaired the brakes and asked the dealership to pay for the parts. They refused. My issue is the car was on their lot for 6+ weeks and they allowed people to test drive the car putting the public's lives at risk because they failed to check the brakes. Then they wanted to offer me the cost of cheaper parts. They had 6+ weeks to purchase cheaper parts and fix the issue but they did not. And that is the rub, pure carelessness and reckless disregard for human life.
