Awful customer service once you sign the papers. Actually as you sign the papers (it's digital) the finance woman had me create an account with password on her giant desk-sized keyboard. I figured it was something I would need to access in the future so chose a familiar password. I wish I hadn't because the woman watched my every keystroke like a hawk (can't be discrete on a desk-sized keyboard). I immediately assumed she was watching to ensure my password met the requirements but after a couple seconds it dawned on me she now has the password to my bank login and more...and I had just handed her every bit of person information needed for security checks, short of my thumbprint. Instead of email or print your documents they email you a password secure file. Well I wasn't able to open said zip file to access my necessary documents for registration and tax purposes a few days later. I tried calling. No response. I left a voicemail. No response. I was referred to an email after calling multiple times. No response. It took weeks (no exaggeration, granted I wasn't trying every day) to finally get in touch with someone who got back to me only to insist I go through the financing woman that processed my sale...which is where I started. It was finally through the text notifying my license plates had come in, where I was able to speak to someone that could get me some but not all of my document copies of the sale (was requesting only 2 pertinent documents) I can't imagine if I had to go through this place for actual servicing of my vehicle etc. never want to deal with them again.

The lot was unorthodox and not what I was expecting for a used car dealership. If I were to let apprehension make decisions for me I would have missed a great opportunity to do business with Marius and Justin (I hope I got their names correct). I was greeted in the back of the lot at their office by Marius, who was very warm and friendly. He showed me the car, gave me the keys, and walked away. What a great start. After I inspected the car and found nothing wrong with it I asked him why it was priced so low. He said "People like good deals." After I test drove it, I asked him, "what is the catch?" He simply said, "we have low overhead." Marius seemed genuine and appeared to run a clean and honest business, so he earned my trust. I told him it's sold, and the paperwork was smooth and uncomplicated. I brought our new minivan home to my wife who is elated she now has a car she can tow all 3 kids in, and in luxury that is very high by our standards. The inside and the outside of the car are in very nice condition. The other cars in the lot also seem to be in great shape. Mountain Highway Motors has great taste for cars they like to keep in inventory. Thank you for such a great car buying experience. I look forward to seeing what is in the future for these honest small business owners. -Daniel

Even though I d buy the car, I made the down payment. I was there during the purchase. He was told a LoJack was on the car, but when he tried to start service, LoJack didn't have any info. Finally, after days went by, we got A serial number, but NO installation DATE! Or ANY PROOF that it was on. According to LoJack, they absolutely need BOTH! And LoJack also reports that when it's installed, a welcome packet from LoJack is sent with the car to the dealership. After days of back and forth to get all information, the buyer was notified it was installed on a different Honda. Take it as you will. I was messaged, more than ONCE, from the owner (after the owners invite request on Messenger) that the he ( the 321 Auto OWNER) was coming to get the car, and it was no longer Chris' car. Had 2 surgeries after this happened, and wanted to make sure all the fiasco was over.

From our first conversation to the moment we drove away, everyone was friendly, professional, honest, and never once made us feel pressured. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were transparent, answered every question we had, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. It's rare to find a dealership that genuinely values integrity and customer satisfaction the way they do. They went far above and beyond to earn our trust, and it was clear they stand behind the vehicles they sell. That gave us real confidence, especially since this was our daughter's first car. The vehicle came with a clean history, thorough documentation, and the peace of mind that comes from working with people who truly care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that treats people with respect, communicates well, and believes in doing business the right way, I highly recommend them.
