They ordered the correct part I needed, it arrived quick, they called me to say it's in, went to pick it up, on the fly I needed new wiper blades, they gave me the correct ones, both friendly and competent Parts people, and all easy without a problem. Service department. I will never take a vehicle here again, or buy another vehicle from this dealership. Took my truck in 4 months ago for contaminated fuel. A whole new fuel system was to be put in. After weeks of saying it will get started next week and stating they only have 1 lift big enough to lift my truck (highly doubt as they have service contracts with large companies), it was finally started. During the process they broke a bolt off in the engine. They called me asking for another $2400 to pull the broken bolt as insurance was not covering something they broke. After telling them I would not pay for something they broke either we are in limbo and I still have not heard back. We are now past 4 months of them having my truck. I called other ford service centers to see what their policy is on breaking something while they work and all said they would have just fixed it and not charged the customer. I am at a point where I am just ready to have the truck loaded on a trailer and start the process over again with another dealer. As I said earlier I doubt I will buy another vehicle here. I wanted to pay cash, so they were going to hold my personal check until funds cleared which was okd by the GM Brett Solomon. They tried to deposit the next day which over drafted my accounts and charge cards. Unexcepttabe ! I had to go to my banks 3 times to clear my accounts and rewrite a check to Korum. All we got from Korum was we are sorry. I would not recommend Korum as a Ford dealership. I have already recommended friends to Titus Will Ford which DOES take care of there customers. read more

Purchased my first Ford vehicle here. Certified preowned. Everything was great until the vehicle had a common transmission issue. I purchased an extended warranty so i wasn't overly concerned. Korum service had the vehicle a month to perform the transmission swap, under warranty. While they had the vehicle, they were kind enough to put me in a loaner. The day i picked it up, an undercarriage rattle that was not there prior surfaced. (Sounds like turbo exhaust is loose). I was told i could bring it back in, but would have to pay for a rental. This did not seem right. I reached out Roman, the service manager and explained the issue. I explained to him that my dash camera showed the test drive after install was the technician taking it to the post office. 20mph. He had me bring the vehicle back in and put me in a F250 Superduty for a loaner. Not the best choice since i commute 170 miles minimum a day, but i went with it. Just wanted my vehicle fixed. The dealer went over the vehicle and replaced a wheel speed sensor, supposedly fixed the rattle and notified me my spark plugs were close to being "out of spec". Cost for plugs was $822.00, to which i graciously declined at the time. A day later, i recieve a message from the service desk, stating the service manager wanted them to reach out and offer the spark plugs again. The message came across as extortion. Needless to say, after about 2 weeks I received a message stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This message came through at 5:18pm on a friday. They close at 5:30. I picked my vehicle up the following Monday. I was charged $200.00 for diagnostics, to which i paid. I just wanted my car back. To my surprise, on my way home after work, the exaxt same rattle was present. This is all super discouraging and has really caused some major inconveniences. Im really questioning my decision to buy a Ford vehicle. read more

When we purchased a used Maverick truck, my husband told the finance manager, thank you but we don't want any additional warranties. D.R. , the finance manager had him sign a "waiver" supposedly stating we were shown all the warranties and wanted none. My husband kept asking D.R. how much the monthly payment would be. He hemmed and hawed and said "we'll figure it out later.". The next day, my husband made the down payment and D.R. gave him a contract to sign. unfortunately my husband didn't scrutinize the contract and signed feeling that he had been clear that we wanted no additional warranties. A few days later we got a bill from Tapco for $5800 more than we agreed to because all the warranties were tacked on. When we argued this point with D.R. he concocted a story saying that is what we wanted and he had the "proof". He presented a so-called waiver saying we wanted all the warranties, and the signed contract to boot. I have been in sales many years and have never witnessed this level of dishonesty. My prior contacts with Korum Service has always been without concerns, however on Nov 11 @ 1600 hrs, I had a service done on my vehicle, and Korum Service had rotated my tires and rated them in the yellow. Complying with their suggestions, I leave feeling confident that everything is fine. As I'm driving home, my steering was very wobbly and the ride was rough. I then make an appointment for an alignment. After a day or two, the problem seemed to worsen. I decided to buy tires on 18 Nov, finding out I was riding on "May Pops" they were so bad. The tread was showing and the Mechanic began pulling them individual treads, reporting these tires were a significant hazard and should have been labeled RED. I'm now wondering, what actually did they do? I called Korum and informed them of this and was promised a call back. NOTHING! read more

I went in today to schedule service on my 2024 F 150. Carmax recommended a person to speak with by name at Korum Puyullap. Obviously Korum doesn't care about referrals . The Korum Service and Express depts we're too busy speaking with other Korum employees to speak with a customer. On Sept 17, 2022, I purchased a used 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 from Korum Ford. The vehicle was listed as a clean vehicle with no reported accidents. Prior to driving from West Linn, OR, I had asked the sales manager "Michael" and sales person who name is Michael as well, whether the vehicle had ever been in an accident. I was informed the vehicle was not in an accident and was a local trade in. They also provided me with a sob story that this vehicle was previously purchased by a long term client who had recently pass away, and that his widow sold the car back to them. The vehicle supposedly always serviced at Korum. When I asked about the vehicle history report they informed they use AutoCheck and the vehicle had a clean history with no accidents. I remember asking for the Carfax and being informed that they use AutoChec and used car car salesmanger goes through all the vehicles history before buying a vehicle. On March 20, 2023 when offering the vehicle for sale, I was informed by the purchasing dealer, that the Carfax has a documented accident listed from October 5, 2020 with an original sale date of September 4, 2020. The Carfax also documented this vehicle had never been serviced at Korum. Korum knew from the get go that this vehicle was in an accident. They deliberately withheld this information and did not disclose this information. They wanted to offload this vehicle with no regards to the customer. I am appalled by Korum Fords business tactics and would not recommend this dealer. Buyers beware! read more

As my local Ford dealer I have been using them for over two years. We have two newer Fords, and have had both serviced there regularly. That ended today. On one vehicle that is still under Fords bumper to bumper warranty we have what is likely a bad battery. We have made no modifications to the vehicle so it should be covered under warranty. So I made an appointment for this morning, only to receive shockingly bad customer service. Firstly the lady at the counter got upset because she didn't see my paperwork and got rather accusatory about me being a walk in before finding me in the system. Next, she doubted my vehicle being under warranty apparently unable to do simple math that 2 1/2 years is less than 5. I should have walked out at that point, but that was not the end of this fiasco. She then nastily pointed out that I needed to sign the diagnostic would be $180 if it wasn't covered under the warranty that the car is under. A diagnostic Autozone does for free btw, and I said wow, Titus-Will doesn't do that. To which she replied nastily, WE ARE NOT TITUS-WILL. I assume this exchange attracted the manager because I stepped away to relay this to my wife who insisted I cancel the appointment, as less than an minute after this exchange he was at the desk and stepped in when I said I wanted to cancel the appointment. He was apologetic and tried to convince me not to, which I almost did, except at this point they had misplaced my key, and accused me of still having it, even insisting that I try the proximity locks implying I had the key. Of course I did not and these keystone cops after many attempts discovered it on the other desk. Mind you that they had misplaced my key in less than a minute and couldn't find it. They did give me a jump so I could leave and nearly convinced me that they would be able to do the warranty work at that point but it was too late, they had already lost this customer. read more

TL:DR - Took car in for routine maintenance and they missed obvious problems. Did not respond when trying to contact them. Took car in for a tune up, originally they quoted about $400 for the tune up. Brought in the car, and they said $400 was just for the spark plugs. Spark plug should not be $400 to change out. They are about $10 a piece and take very little time to swap out (I've done spark plugs before - very easy). I opted instead just for an oil change, and to have them look over my car for any maintenance issues. I've always taken it to the dealership for routine maintenance, which was in South Dakota when I lived there, and then the Ford in Tacoma when I first moved up here. Always had a great experience, and they give you a sheet of everything they inspected even during routine oil changes, such as battery, tires, belts, brake lights and headlights, fluids, etc. They called me back and said they looked over the car and everything look good, but I needed a new tires ASAP. They missed my bad battery, my cracked valve cover, and my third brake light was out. These are things I would expect them to find during a routine inspection and were very obvious. Also, I got a second opinion from two different places on my tires, both said my tires were more than fine. I have zero confidence in their maintenance facilities when they can't even find very obvious problems. Tried to contact the dealership and never heard back. Will never go to any dealer owned by Korum for either my future car care needs or when looking to purchase a new vehicle. If you need to go to a dealership, it's worth it to drive elsewhere. read more

This dealership is the one I ended up going with, and I have no regrets. Great communication, consideration, negotiation, promises kept, promises delivered, etc, are the reasons that I like this dealership, and would either come back myself or recommend them someone I care about. Even though I have a dealership right in my own city, I chose to drive about an hour away to get better service from this dealer. He was very accommodating and friendly to show me a few of the particular vehicle I was interested in and test drive them. I took my Lincoln MKZ here to have a passenger side headlight repaired. It dips when the brakes are applied. They said BOTH headlight assemblies need replacing at a cost of over $3300.00!!!!!! Apparently I look like a complete sucker! Now I truly know what it feels like to have one's intelligence insulted. Never again will I go there! Yes, I had a loose headlight and they wanted $3300.00 to fix! They wanted $185.00 just to diagnose a loose headlight!!!! This is an update on our 2012 Ford Focus. Korum Ford never did fix the problem. We were smart enough to take it to another Dealership who fixed it right away. If I ever bought another Ford I would go to SUNSET FORD IN SUMNER. As soon as we walked into their service department they told us they knew exactly what the problem was and had our car fixed by the end of the day. After taking it back to Korum Ford and having them telling us there was nothing wrong, even when we took them for a ride and showed them exactly what they said they had to see, it was such a relief to find a Dealership who just said we know what the problem is. I brought my 2018 F350 in for standard maintenance at 70,000. This included a replacement on a recalled item. The work was completed at noon on 2/13/23. By 9am the next day, I had a check engine light on and unfamiliar noise occurring. I brought it in, and rather than performing a diagnostic, they checked the work from the warranty item they replaced and sent me on my way. They said they'd have to charge me for a diagnostic. Only 30 miles were put on the truck in between visits. The issue is new and the noise is new. They simply sent me away saying they had nothing to do with it even though their maintenance was the only difference to the truck that could have caused this. If you think you're getting dealership "quality" work done to your vehicle, you're wrong. What was supposed to be routine maintenance is now going to cost me thousands out of my own pocket. It is shocking how horrible a company with the Ford name attached to it can treat their once loyal customers. read more

My experience at this dealership was more than or less mind blowing in the worse of ways. Today 1/8/24 I went in to look at a 2016 Ram 2500 they had for sale. Shortly into the test drive I noticed a few concerns right off the back with a clunking noise coming from the driveline when stopping and issues with steering, my sales rep Bryce who was fantastic was also just as concern as I questioned the "used car inspection" if you would call it that. And after my sales rep and I thinking the issue would be resolved his manager disregarded both of our concerns and said "it's a used truck with 130k miles it's gonna have clunks" and for the steering "it has a plastic reservoir" which has nothing to do with it, I should I know I work on 40 thousand pound trucks that have the same type of reservoir, And then said if I wanted to buy the truck the dealership could fix it and I would have to eat the bill. The unnecessary attitude the sales manager showed was uncalled for as I brought up genuine concerns and was very interested in the truck. I hope the higher Management sees this and takes action because the amount of disrespect has me stunned, and because of his poor attitude they lost a 30k sale. Took my explorer in because of carbon monoxide concern message from Ford (but they won't check because they don't have to and it's not necessary) along with navigation system failure, faulty lightning ports, and oil change. They said I'd have to drop my car off with no loaner vehicle even though they said it'd be an all day process but only up to 15 miles, I have to be in Seattle in the day times. Or a loaner only if they find a problem from my scheduled drop off. But hey, loaner cars are more precious than death by carbon monoxide right? Who cares about selling faulty vehicles. Probably a mistake buying three brand new fords within a year and a half with this kind of service from the "service department". Cool, you can't serve us because I insulted your dealership by saying, "that is pretty stupid" about the loaner car policy. Please, grow up service lady. Look deep down and you'll know it's pretty stupid. Not the lack of professionalism I'd find from such a large dealership. Also, free tip for you, try being a tad pleasant. If you want to come off as inconvenienced and rude then I will reciprocate the same. No one is forcing you to be there. TLDR; buy from Mullinax Ford in Olympia. They cracked my head cover and on the way home from the dealership my car filled with smoke. Bought our little commuter car, a Fiesta Hatchback, back in the beginning of August. We now have 13k miles on it (500 miles a week!) and it has performed flawlessly.
