So, would just dropped in by the part department in person and pick them. I had the parts, put them on the counter and said the cost is $888. I showed them they're priced online. The parts guy said nope you have to pay extra to talk to me for my expertise, and they wouldn't make that order available for a couple of days. That is one hell of a markup, just talk to some guy with a wad of chew in his mouth and tell him exactly what I needed. So I'm gonna go ahead and do my best to make sure the revenue from my friend that gets car serviced there, is zero.

Even though I d buy the car, I made the down payment. I was there during the purchase. He was told a LoJack was on the car, but when he tried to start service, LoJack didn't have any info. Finally, after days went by, we got A serial number, but NO installation DATE! Or ANY PROOF that it was on. According to LoJack, they absolutely need BOTH! And LoJack also reports that when it's installed, a welcome packet from LoJack is sent with the car to the dealership. After days of back and forth to get all information, the buyer was notified it was installed on a different Honda. Take it as you will. I was messaged, more than ONCE, from the owner (after the owners invite request on Messenger) that the he ( the 321 Auto OWNER) was coming to get the car, and it was no longer Chris' car. Worst dealership we EVER dealt with, in our multiple experiences buying a car, or the way I was treated personally. I would have reported this earlier, but nervous after the original post. Had 2 surgeries after this happened, and wanted to make sure all the fiasco was over.

We test drove the greenish 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe VIN KM8SG13D57U099373 listed as of this date. We…read moreliked the vehicle and drew up papers and left a deposit pending a pre-purchase inspection by our mechanic. When we went to look at it intially the dealer had the AutoCheck available, but not the Carfax which was strange since they have a big Carfax sign in the window. We also got some verbiage about how Carfax reported every little thing and wasn't necessarily accurate. I still paid for the Carfax when we got home ($40). What a surprise to learn the vehicle had been in an accident. This wasn't a dealbreaker as I still believed the "over-reporting" by Carfax the dealer told us and figured it was a fender bender. We went forward with the pre-purchase inspection ($100). My trusted AAA mechanic said the vehicle had been near-totaled and the damage hadn't been repaired very well. It was quite obvious when the mechanic showed me. I'm not sure why the dealer's mechanic didn't catch it. The car had been pulling to the right and it turns out this was due to a bent strut that hadn't been repaired. There were also some issues with the emissions equipment. The dealer showed me paperwork of what had supposedly been repaired when I noted that the vehicle had failed emissions in June, 2017. When I got home I realized what I had was an estimate, not a guarantee that the work had been done. The vehicle ran a little rough about 25% of the time so I asked the mechanic to look into it. He said it was running like it was "trying to throw codes" (in other words, emissions problems). My mechanic advised me to pass. I was cordial and polite, but told the dealer based on the pre-purchase inspection we no longer wanted the vehicle. When we returned it, the salesman (Martin) and the owner (Chuck) made all kinds of excuses about how the damage was minor and there wasn't anything wrong with it. They showed no interest in my report from the mechanic and kept insisting the vehicle was fine. I didn't say anything because I just wanted my deposit back without any hassle. Chuck remained cordial, but fast-talking Martin turned quite surly. I did receive my deposit back even though I spent $140 for nothing. I don't know how they could deny a report from AAA mechanic, or damage I could see with my own eyes. I didn't receive an apology nor was there any concern that someone could buy an unsafe money-pit. If there had been any regret or offers to fix the emissions and the strut, this would've been a different review. It could be a good car for someone with the problems fixed and full-disclosure of the accident. Honesty is worth gold, or in this case, a sale. If anyone wants the Carfax or has any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

We've taken it twice to him in the past just for him to look it over, answer some questions for us, and drive it a bit so that he can get a feel for it. Both of those times were a courtesy service, which was really nice! Yesterday we took it for him to actually get up on the lifts and figure out *everything* that's wrong with it.... Yikes. We've got a handful of things to do, but it was to be expected. Louis got started on the most pressing issues and had the SUV back to us by the end of the day. Prices are definitely fair and we don't feel the need to go out and get estimates from anybody else. He was honest with us in what fixes need to be made ASAP, and what can wait a little bit. Another bonus - he's got his sweet dog with him at his shop! Be prepared to give lots of pets. Thanks for awesome & honest service, Louis! As you know... We will be back!

The tires shop I went to explained that the two front tires are dry rot and the back ones are forming bubbles. They looked at the tire with a naked eye. Then try to say they don't think they took the tires off because it was hard to get off... I watched them pull each tire off and put it on the balance machine. Long story short, they DO NOT know how to properly care for their foreign cars so if you buy one expect to replace a couple of things. They also use CHEAP ass parts.
