Phillip and Chad were great during the whole time, I have always been hesitant buying a car from a used dealership.

After visiting and trying to purchase a vehicle at well known name dealerships I found the best deal at Del Toro. What I also learned was that all dealerships buy their inventory from the same auctions so really it is all about the deal, which in my experience is much better in a smaller dealership. Good job Del Toro Team. Thank you for a good experience.

They will cold call you and try to bully you into a car and if you question them will be extremely out of line and hang up on you. If you want to give your business to extremely rude and dismissive and insulting people this is the place for you! There are tons of car dealerships, this is not the one you want to buy from! They will scam and lie to you to get you on the door, i can only imagine what they are hiding and lying about when it comes to their cars. Backstory: I am trying to buy a 2013-2017 prius v. Yes I declared bankruptcy in oct after my ex destroyed his life in 2020 and stopped helping with any financial support for our two kids. Not that this matters with how I should be treated but I have had a professional job with the same company for over 10 years, have paid my mortgage on time for 8years and have never been late on a car payment. I have been approved for financing from westlake financial even in my current status. I also have a cosigner. Westlake financial gave me a website to their cars they can finance. Del toro had a car I inquired about late last night through WESTLAKE website. This morning a woman from del toro called me. I explained my situation and she told me they wouldnt finance during a bankruptcy. I then asked their auto shop name so I could check it off the list and when they told me Del Toro I pulled up Westlake financial to confirm their dealership was listed and verify they wouldn't take Westlake who had approved financing. They just said they dont work with them anymore. I asked when they stopped because im literally looking at Westlake right now and it's still listed. I asked if they were going to update their website and make sure they aren't false advertising their car on Westlake and I was told hold on let me check on that. Then a gentleman answered out of nowhere and I asked im sorry can I get your name. At which point he says "what do you want?". Again, Very nicely I said "excuse me, why are you talking to me this way, I was put on hold and you came and answered and I was shocked so can I please get your name". Ive talked 5o so many sales reps the past couple of weeks. He says "how about this" and hangs up. I was totally shocked because up until that time our conversations had been professional and courteous. I called back and the person who hung up on me answered. I asked to speak to a supervisor at which point he told me he was (still wouldnt give me his name) and asked again "what do you want" super aggressively. I told him they cold called me after I inquired from Westlake and I dont deserve to be talked to or treated this way. He starts yelling at me that ive been threatening their sales rep and have been rude amd harassing. He continues to yell at me that they didn't cold call me and I didnt find them on Westlake (see pictures). At which point i said he was completely out of line with how he was talking to me and I would never do business with their dealership and hung up. Please do not go here. Treating people like this is not acceptable.

I am telling you that this is how a car buying experience should be. After an easy conversation with Jeff, I took the car out for a test drive. Everyone's defenses are usually up when you walk on to a car lot, but I am telling you friends... you won't have that experience with Supreme Moters. Even if it's not the car for you, I believe you still will walk away friends with Jeff. I could not be happier with my purchase!

Just to update: as i stated above they had no interest in my business or building a relationship since i didnt have a trade. The conversarion was litteraly that. Do you have a trade available? I brought the physical repair estimate into their shop, thinking they'd want to make things right. Instead, the owner argued with my father, deflecting all responsibility and blaming us for buying the car. He claimed they "require the cars to be analyzed for any damage before they're put out," which is either a complete lie or proof that they knowingly sell broken vehicles. If that's truly their inspection process, then they are either grossly incompetent or intentionally selling vehicles with major issues. That's fraud, plain and simple. They eventually offered to pay only $1,000 toward the repairs, but only if we went to his mechanic, and only if we agreed not to report them to the Attorney General -- which we did anyway, because this is beyond shady. That kind of "deal" felt more like a bribe to keep us quiet. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They're dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in dumping junk cars on unsuspecting customers than providing any real service. This place is a scam

At one point someone from S&S Worst replied to one of my reviews saying: "we're so sorry for your…read moreexperience!" That should tell you everything you need to know, but allow me to reiterate: Nothing was done about us having to pay over $10,000 to fix a car sold for nearly the same amount. No one cared. The engine damage was without a doubt hidden on purpose. Hint: if they take more than 5 minutes to get the car you want from an ad, it's because they are busy hiding known issues. You knew about the cracked cylinder head and hid it with JB weld. You knew the suspension airbags leaked and that's why it took so long to "GeT It ReAdY"...."JuSt GonNa GeT iT ReAdY!", while we sat waiting for half an hour. I'm sorry, did you think I would forget about all of this? How stupid I was. How utterly stupid could I have been, to put my trust in any Auburn based organization. Much less one that felt the need to put "Best" in their name. So many lessons were learned. Luckily, my situation has changed enough that I didn't end up needing to pursue damages, but I could have. I'm leaving this and my other reviews up as a warning to stay far away from shady resellers like this that are the whole reason behind the "used car salesman" reputation. If you think you're getting a good deal, you definitely are going to pay up!

Go here for your next car, you won't regret it…read more My experience at Prestige Auto Market was not what I expected when I first got to the dealership (In a very good way). We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some. Tony, Denis, Vadim, and Lana keep up the good work. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, check these guys out first.

Please follow steps below.*** The Better Business Bureau (BBB) typically steps in to assist when they receive multiple complaints about a business, especially if those complaints indicate a pattern of unresolved issues or unethical practices. Here's how the process usually works: 1. Complaint Filing: Each individual complaint against a business is reviewed by the BBB. If a consumer files a complaint, the BBB contacts the business and attempts to mediate the issue. 2. Pattern of Complaints: If the BBB notices a pattern of similar complaints over time--such as more than 100 complaints against Carhop in Auburn, Washington--they may decide to take additional steps. This could include flagging the business with a warning on the BBB website, lowering its rating, or issuing a consumer alert. 3. Consumer Alerts: If the complaints suggest a consistent pattern of poor business practices, the BBB might issue a public Consumer Alert about the business. This alert serves as a warning to other potential customers. 4. Referral to Authorities: In cases where the BBB believes the business may be engaging in illegal or unethical practices, they may refer the matter to local or state authorities, such as the Attorney General's office, for further investigation. If you've filed a complaint with the BBB and are seeing that many others have as well, you can also reach out to the BBB to inquire about any further actions they may be taking. If you haven't filed a complaint yet, doing so could add to the case against Carhop and help prompt more substantial action. In the meantime, while the BBB works primarily in a mediating role, you may also want to pursue your complaint with other consumer protection agencies, like the Attorney General's office, to ensure that your concerns are addressed. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it: Steps to File a Complaint with the BBB: 1. Visit the BBB Website: * Go to the BBB's official website: bbb.org. 2. Find Your Local BBB: * Enter your location (e.g., Auburn, Washington) in the search bar or allow the website to detect your location automatically. 3. File a Complaint: * Look for the "File a Complaint" option on the BBB's homepage. This can usually be found under the "Get Consumer Help" or a similar section. * Click on "File a Complaint." 4. Provide Business Information: * You will be asked to enter the name of the business (Carhop) and the location (Auburn, Washington). 5. Enter Complaint Details: * You'll need to provide specific details about your complaint, including: * The nature of the issue (e.g., failure to repair a car horn as promised). * The dates and details of any communications with the business. * What resolution you are seeking (e.g., repairing the car horn, refund, etc.). 6. Submit Your Complaint: * After filling out the necessary information, submit your complaint. You may need to provide your contact details, but the BBB typically keeps this information private when dealing with the business. 7. Track Your Complaint: * Once your complaint is submitted, you can track its status through the BBB website. The BBB will contact the business on your behalf and attempt to mediate a resolution. Important Notes: * The BBB typically mediates between you and the business, but they do not have the authority to enforce legal action. However, their involvement can often prompt a business to address your concerns. * If the business does not respond or resolve the issue, the BBB will note this in their records, which can impact the business's rating and reputation. By filing your complaint with the BBB, you add to the record of consumer experiences with the business, which can help warn other consumers and potentially lead to further action if a pattern of issues is iden
