We have been looking to get into an EV and many of the Subaru dealers didn't have the TrailSeeker…read more Had a conversation with Subaru of Auburn and they had two on the lot. We worked with Joaquin Sheckler. They had the right color and model we were looking for. It was less than the same car from multiple other dealers by a bit. So we worked the deal and drove home in a new Trailseeker. It was a good experience overall factoring in Gabriel's and Kelly's help and I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a new or used car. Kelly was amazing - 5 and thanks for helping and taking time to get a few things handed. Gabriel is a Rockstar - 5 we appreciate your help throughout the whole process. Joaquin - jury is still out.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn…read more On September 27, I called ahead regarding a 2014 Subaru Outback. The salesperson confirmed directly with both the General Manager and Sales Manager, Michael Choi, that the vehicle was available on a "first-come, first-served" basis, as a prior interested party had no deposit or active agreement. I arrived at 1:30, completed a test drive, agreed to the purchase price and to buy the vehicle by 2:15. The salesperson then requested Michael Choi initiate the purchase paperwork. I checked on the status of the paperwork at 3:00 and was told Choi was "trying to smooth things over" with the previous interested party because they were upset the car was being sold. Then at 3:15, we were suddenly informed the dealership would not sell us the car because the other party was en route. When questioned, Michael Choi falsely claimed the other party had a deposit (which makes no sense, why would he need to "smooth things over" if they already had a deposit and the car wasn't available?) Choi then produced paperwork that explicitly confirmed the prior deal was unwound, rescinded, no funds were held, and no agreement existed. Despite his own dealership's documentation proving the car was unreserved, Choi refused to honor our agreed purchase and denied ever confirming its availability that morning. When confronted with these contradictions, Choi leaned forward aggressively and stated, "I don't care if I sell that car. It's just a pile of metal to me." It became blatantly obvious that Choi kept us sitting in the showroom for an hour under the pretense of preparing our paperwork while he used our deal as leverage to get the other party to add $1,000 to the purchase. Although Rairdon's Customer Satisfaction Manager asked me to delay posting, potential buyers deserve to know how this dealership operates. Management uses deceptive statements, unethical sales tactics, and exhibits severe unprofessionalism. Take your business elsewhere.

Go here for your next car, you won't regret it…read more My experience at Prestige Auto Market was not what I expected when I first got to the dealership (In a very good way). We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some. Tony, Denis, Vadim, and Lana keep up the good work. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, check these guys out first.

Since we've bought new from Rairdon's we have taken it - without fail - to Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn for all services. Our loyalty to you as a dealer and service location paid off. When we brought our X-Terra in for service our service manager, George, noticed something was not built or installed correctly with the differential in the rear of the car. Since the only two places that car had been are the factory and the dealership, George said he'd make sure that they kept an eye on it. Pan forward a few years and the rear differential failed on the car with nowhere near 100k miles on it. Nissan and Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn stood behind their product because we stood with them. They covered the failure as a warranty issue. A big THANK YOU to Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn for taking such great care of us as customers and a HUGE thank you to George for having our backs and taking great care of our car. I should have known to run the moment we pulled up and they all ran outside to greet us, like they haven't seen a customer in days. After using various sales tactics like promising us a car that was already sold, to making us wait hours (until we were hungry and tired) before deciding whether or not to sign onto a financing agreement they were using all the tricks to waste our time and money. My wife was told she "wouldn't be leaving without a car", and as soon as her husband walked away they pounced and made her sign a $500 trade agreement just to test drive anything if she wanted to trade in her old one. After finally caving and buying the car, they tell us they "can't remove the $800 LoJack device (never requested by us), and they never completed the detailing they promised. Now we have an overpriced, dog-haired filled used car that can't be returned. DO NOT deal with these people.
