We worked with Joaquin Sheckler. They had the right color and model we were looking for. It was less than the same car from multiple other dealers by a bit. So we worked the deal and drove home in a new Trailseeker. It was a good experience overall factoring in Gabriel's and Kelly's help and I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a new or used car. Kelly was amazing - 5 and thanks for helping and taking time to get a few things handed. Gabriel is a Rockstar - 5 we appreciate your help throughout the whole process. Joaquin - jury is still out.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn…read more On September 27, I called ahead regarding a 2014 Subaru Outback. The salesperson confirmed directly with both the General Manager and Sales Manager, Michael Choi, that the vehicle was available on a "first-come, first-served" basis, as a prior interested party had no deposit or active agreement. I arrived at 1:30, completed a test drive, agreed to the purchase price and to buy the vehicle by 2:15. The salesperson then requested Michael Choi initiate the purchase paperwork. I checked on the status of the paperwork at 3:00 and was told Choi was "trying to smooth things over" with the previous interested party because they were upset the car was being sold. Then at 3:15, we were suddenly informed the dealership would not sell us the car because the other party was en route. When questioned, Michael Choi falsely claimed the other party had a deposit (which makes no sense, why would he need to "smooth things over" if they already had a deposit and the car wasn't available?) Choi then produced paperwork that explicitly confirmed the prior deal was unwound, rescinded, no funds were held, and no agreement existed. Despite his own dealership's documentation proving the car was unreserved, Choi refused to honor our agreed purchase and denied ever confirming its availability that morning. When confronted with these contradictions, Choi leaned forward aggressively and stated, "I don't care if I sell that car. It's just a pile of metal to me." It became blatantly obvious that Choi kept us sitting in the showroom for an hour under the pretense of preparing our paperwork while he used our deal as leverage to get the other party to add $1,000 to the purchase. Although Rairdon's Customer Satisfaction Manager asked me to delay posting, potential buyers deserve to know how this dealership operates. Management uses deceptive statements, unethical sales tactics, and exhibits severe unprofessionalism. Take your business elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. My horrible experience is at one of their locations in Washougal Washington,…read moreWestlie Ford. I flew from the San Francisco area to purchase a vehicle from Westlie Ford after wiring over $54,000 in advance. Once they had my money, the customer service completely changed. They canceled their airport pickup service at the last minute, leaving me to arrange my own transportation from Portland to the dealership. When I arrived, I found paint chips that had not been disclosed, despite being told the vehicle was "flawless" cosmetically. When I raised the issue, management became argumentative instead of addressing the concern professionally. The most disappointing part was dealing with sales manager Mike Melnick. During a disagreement over the undisclosed paint damage, I was told they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle--even though I had already wired the full purchase amount and traveled hundreds of miles specifically to complete the deal. The situation became especially frustrating because I felt like I was being put in the position of having to convince them to honor the sale and complete the transaction. After already paying in full and making the trip, having to essentially plead my case to buy the vehicle felt unnecessary and demeaning. I ultimately purchased the car because I had already invested the time, travel, and money, but the experience was one of the most unprofessional dealership interactions I've ever had. If you're considering buying from Westlie Ford, especially from out of state, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We had taken the vehicle to another auto dealer as they were going to buy the car, but VWFS were jerks and refused to provide payoff info to them. So, off we went to BCVW. Not sure of the lady's name we dealt with, but she greeted us with a smile and was very willing to work with us. We explained our problem, showed her the offer we had received from other business. She took pictures of car and commented on how good the car looked (I spent the previous day removing personal items, cleaning car, removing stickers/license plate holders, etc). She was very excited and took the car for a test drive. Came back all smiles. After an inspection by mechanics (the only problem was the touch screen on the stereo which quit working sometime back), she offered us $100 more than other business. We graciously accepted the offer. Even the person who sends payments to finance companies was chomping at the bit ready to send payment to VWFS to pay off the car She didn't even try to get us into another vehicle! She listened to us and followed through for us. By the time we left, our car was their property and we had a check in hand of over $2800 (the proceeds after paying VWFS just over $2600) Would we ever buy a VW again? Nope. We won't even deal with VWFS again. We would only deal with BCVW if we worked with this rep or someone else who would listen to us and work with us! Next time, we are paying cash for the vehicle we buy.

This dealership is extremely dishonest! I would only recommend it to people who enjoy being misled…read more I suspect there may be racial and gender bias here. One major warning: used cars sold here only come with one key. Every other used car dealer I've worked with provides two keys. Keep this in mind before you buy! During my purchase, the manager and salesperson assigned to my case reportedly resigned one after another. Promised services would later be claimed as "unbooked successfully", forcing you to make multiple return trips. They will only take you seriously if you lose your temper on the spot. They claimed they would use OEM parts for repairs, yet their workmanship was poor. They also promised a full tank of gas, then said their on-site fuel pump was broken -- what a coincidence! They try to cover every failed commitment with empty smiles. Rachel, the female manager who handles cases in the office, is supposedly new. I highly doubt that is true. The way she handles issues makes it obvious she just wants to get rid of troublesome customers quickly. They would tell you the vehicle listings would not be taken down, yet other cars were marked down by hundreds of dollars just the next week. They used the so-called "employee discount" as an excuse to say I would only get one key, but there was no discount at all -- it was just the original asking price. They refuse to negotiate on pricing, which explains why their inventory sits unsold. Vehicles keep getting discounted week after week. They aggressively push buyers to take out auto loans, claiming there are no early termination fees or interest charges. That sounds too good to be true! I think reviewers should hold dealerships to higher standards. It is shocking this place still holds over a 4-star rating. Do not come here. There are far better used car dealers elsewhere. I will submit a formal complaint to their corporate headquarters and share my full experience via videos and posts across Threads, X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Google. They may not care, but is this the kind of dealership you want giving your money to?

Go here for your next car, you won't regret it…read more My experience at Prestige Auto Market was not what I expected when I first got to the dealership (In a very good way). We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some. Tony, Denis, Vadim, and Lana keep up the good work. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, check these guys out first.
