Although the milage was high, I know that they went over the car with a fine-tooth comb, AND it IS a Subaru, IYKYK. I found their prices to be reasonable, and I like that there is no haggling! A few days after I got the car home my headlights went out. I was ready to go buy new lights, but first called Anne and she was kind enough to order them for me. As the weekend got closer and then lights hadnt come in yet, she and her husband Craig offered to come to my house in Tacoma to change them for me over the weekend. After installing the bulbs it became clear that it was the switch and not the bulbs. Craig came to my house a couple of days later, picked up my car, fixed the switch AND filled my tank! I am so happy I decided to buy from Roosales, their customer service was above and beyond. VERY satisfied customer!
