    2026 Mazda CX-5 premium Aero Gray Metallic

    My experience was super smooth transition! I felt comfortable entire services. Antonio showed us multiple cars and gave us an amazing experience. I really appreciate how well he explained the process & listen to what we were looking for our growing family. No pressure & everything was super positive. We decided on the 2026 CX5 and we love it so much! Can't wait to create more memories with our family in this new car. If I had to go through this process again, I would choose Antonio as our salesman again!

I purchased a vehicle from this location and purchased the extended warranty. I called today and said "Hey, I purchased my vehicle here and I bought the extended warranty. I have a noise I would like to get checked out. Can I come in or do we have to make an appointment." Instead of offering assistance and being happy to help, they made every dumb reason they could to NOT come there which I will detail below. 1. We can't help with your car because we arent certified Nissan technicians. -OK you dont even know what the problem or sound I am describing and you are already telling me that you cant help me. Who says the repair I need requires a certified Nissan technician. I can go to any average mechanic and they are perfectly capable if they have a business standing on its own two legs to perform repairs- again of which is currently not even known what the issue is. 2. We dont have the tools -So you can service every element of other GMC/Chev/Buick but without even knowing my issue you feel the need to direct me elsewhere behind "not being able to read the codes of a Nissan"? I am not stupid. You are perfectly capable with the tools you have to determine the issue, read codes (if any), and fix the problem 3. We dont stock the parts -News flash, most repairs require parts to be ordered. Again, you dont even know what is wrong with my vehicle and you use this an an excuse to encourage me to go elsewhere. You just like anybody else, have the resources and are perfectly capable to order parts required for a repair. 4. Well we haven't seen you since 2022 for your oil changes -Ya, because jiffy lube is 3 minutes from my house, I can roll up, stay in my car, and be done in 10 minutes, rather than my experience of making an appointment, driving 40 minutes to your location, more expensive, and I have to sit in your sales lobby for the duration of oil change which hopefully you prepared well for and were ready to start doing right when I turn it over What this comes down to is they want to sell you a car to get as much of your money as possible then, connect you with their lenders to get their commission there, sell you a warranty they wont support and get their commission there, and encourage you to go elsewhere when you have a problem. The truth is a warranty company fights to keep a mechanic honest at appropriate rates of repair that you obviously have no desire to deal with. It wasn't until I pointed out to the individual that they have given me all the reasons under the sun to not go here and indicated they have lost my trust and given me all the reason to no longer purchase my vehicles from their location did he change his tune and say, "oh well we would be glad to have you come by on Tuesday and by the way the diagnosis is $250" for a problem I have only described as a noise on cold start that you already stated "you are not certified to repair, that you don't have the tools for, and that you don't have the parts for, and that you would have to wait on Nissan to bring their people in so it'll just take longer than going elsewhere." I'll be sharing this on all platforms. People deserve to know that you are incompetent and incapable of repairing vehicles that you sell, or are simply only in the business for the highest paying pieces of it.

Jacob was also awesome, super helpful and made sure everything behind the scenes ran smooth as butter. Together, Sean and Jacob made a dream team. The whole dealership runs like a well-tuned engine, clean, professional, and welcoming. Even the coffee was good (and I'm picky about coffee).     Do NOT buy a vehicle from Puyallup Volkswagen -- Ongoing Negligence and Unresolved Oil Consumption…read more I am writing this review after less than one year of ownership of a Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen with an extended warranty, and after exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve a serious, recurring issue through proper channels. Timeline of Events: February 2025 Purchased vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) with extended warranty, expecting reliability and accountability. June 30, 2025 First oil change performed at Puyallup VW. July 2025 Less than one month later, the oil warning light came on. The dipstick confirmed low oil. I added one quart myself before visiting Puyallup VW. My concern was dismissed, not documented, and instead another oil change was performed -- despite not being due. July-August 2025 Vehicle continued to lose oil. I repeatedly topped it off using the correct oil weight. September 12, 2025 Returned to Puyallup VW. Once again, the issue was not documented or resolved. September 17, 2025 Returned for a scheduled appointment. I was told another external leak check was required even though one had already been done. I specifically requested an oil consumption test, which was finally started. October 8, 2025 Returned for the second part of the oil consumption test. I was told the results were "within spec." No repair, no explanation, and I was simply told to continue topping off oil. October 11, 2025 After months of inaction, I contacted Volkswagen Customer Care, who advised me to seek a second opinion. October 10-13, 2025 I brought the vehicle to Tacoma Volkswagen, where technicians immediately identified external oil pan damage causing the oil loss -- something Puyallup VW repeatedly failed to diagnose. Oil pan was replaced, and the issue was properly documented and repaired on 10/13/25. After October 13, 2025 The vehicle began losing oil again. Tacoma VW indicated the issue was likely valve stem seals. November 2025 Returned to Puyallup VW, where the vehicle was kept for three weeks while valve stem seals were replaced. January 2026 (Present) Less than 4,000 miles after the last oil change, the vehicle is once again losing oil. Despite this being a documented, ongoing problem that has never been fully resolved, I was told that Puyallup VW will not provide a rental vehicle unless they perform yet another diagnosis. After nearly a year of repeat failures, dismissals, and misdiagnoses, this response is unacceptable. Why This Matters: I am a student and a first responder. I bought a CPO vehicle specifically to avoid constant dealership visits. Instead, I have been dealing with oil loss issues nearly every month since purchase. Puyallup VW has: * Failed to properly document concerns * Dismissed repeated oil loss complaints * Missed obvious mechanical issues * Forced unnecessary delays * Provided no meaningful accountability * Left me without reliable transportation At this point, I will be escalating this issue to the BBB and continuing with Volkswagen Corporate. I regret purchasing this vehicle from Puyallup Volkswagen and strongly advise others to seek service or purchase elsewhere.

I stopped in for a specific vehicle that I had spotted online. Very beautiful car, well appointed, in great shape. I gave it a good look and found it to be top notch. No real concerns with the vehicle itself. I also scanned the rest of the lot and to me, it really looks like they have a nice variety of very good vehicles. Overall I'd say that if you are looking for a vehicle that is a bit more higher end than the average used car lot, this place seems to have a good selection of vehicles that fit that bill. They are not dealing in massive high mileage vehicles with a history of fender benders and dents and dings all over them. The inventory here is clean, straight and well maintained. I was not, however, very happy with the overall sales process. And I ultimately found a different vehicle elsewhere that fit my situation better. I wanted to bring my own financing because I have a credit union I have worked with for well over 20 years. I trust them, they know me, we have good honest conversations that help me create a financial situation I am comfortable with. But here, they were a bit pushy about running the financing themselves and almost outright insisted that I let them run it their way. It got to the point that I was getting rather irritated about how pushy they were getting about it. In the end, I did not buy the car from them. As I stated, I found a same model car elsewhere that fit my situation better, so I went with that car instead. So I'm very split on this one. The inventory here seems very nice, but the sales tactics feel very pushy to me. Your mileage may vary.
