If you have a FIAT, drop your keys off here…read more I originally had a Fiat 500 Abarth which I sadly never had the opportunity to bring to these folks. After a few changes of pace and a series of unfortunate events, I ended up with the new 124 Abarth Spider. John and his team eagerly consulted with me and gave me a game plan to start the process of getting my car some more street-fun power. They started off by showing off some of their custom fabrication skill by building me a one of a kind downpipe (there are NONE on the market to this day) which was both built perfectly but also opened up a huge dead zone in my car's power band. Even better? They dyno'd it to prove it. That is how your speed shop should be! I am very excited to work with this team with this new car. Huge compliments to John, the owner of this business and his accomplishments in the Fiat tuning world. His passion and knowledge of this new wave of small turbo power trains is kicking off. Better find a bigger shop soon!

This is a warning to anyone considering buying anything from Tork Motorsports. Learn from my…read moremistakes. I ordered a catted downpipe from Tork Motorsports back on June 17, 2026 for $716.32. It is now October 3, 2026, and I still have no tangible evidence that they even started making the product or even intend to issue a refund. I originally emailed them on July 8 inquiring about it. Their response was, verbatim, "We had been waiting for more catts to come in before we could finish building your downpipe. We have them in now, and we should be getting your order built and shipped out very soon." 3 weeks go by. I email them again, and they tell me they've had some personal crises that they had to deal with. Another week goes by (now August 13) and I check in again, this time asking if it's possible to get something like a photo or an actual update as to the state of the downpipe. Regina said that the wait time has been unreasonable, so she'd physically check on the downpipe for me and possibly get me a photo of what's done. Yet another week of nothing goes by before I send out an email checking in to see what's going on. I get no response, so I send yet another email on September 2, stating that I'm a little frustrated with my wait, but I'm not going to get mad if it's behind on being built, I just want to know what's going with the order. I get no response, so I start a new email chain. I ask yet again about the order, and tell them if I don't get a response, I will start to explore my options into taking legal action. I didn't want to take them to court immediately, so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on September 11, 2026. Regina responds to the Better Business Bureau on September 17, acknowledging that I got ignored for a month, but offers no real solution and states, "We are addressing Order #**** directly and will work with the customer to resolve the matter, whether that means completing and shipping his order or issuing a refund if he no longer wishes to wait." That was a total lie. I was getting no responses from them whatsoever. So within 12 hours of them responding to the Better Business Bureau about my original complaint, I denied their solution, stating I wanted an actual answer as to what they can and would do. I still haven't gotten a response back through the Better Business Bureau. On September 28, 2026, I gave them until midnight on Thursday, October 1 to either ship out the product or issue a full refund or else I was filing a complaint with the FTC. I got no response. When I check the order status link, it isn't refunded or cancelled, but has no updates since June 17. I can't get a response through email. They never pick up the phone when I call during business hours, and I do account for time zone differences. Their voicemail box is full. They won't even respond through the Better Business Bureau Portal at this point. I'm genuinely baffled that someone can run a business this poorly. Regina and John Bushman should be ashamed of themselves. I'm out $700 and I have nothing to show for it.

Both employees were very friendly and didn't make me feel like "some dumb girl that doesn't know squat about vehicles". And they even opened the door for me when I left! Such Gentlemen! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the part was a little damaged, even though they fixed it, they should still be ordering from a more reliable source so they don't run into embarrassing issues like that again.

We found a rear bumper cover for a Volkswagen Beetle on Genuine bumpers' website that matched the part number of the bumper cover we were searching for. My parts manager called and spoke with a representative named Sarah M. He gave her the OEM part number for the bumper cover that corresponds to the Beetle we are working on. Sarah then sent us a picture of the bumper cover to confirm. After confirming that the picture looked like the bumper cover we needed, we placed the order. The bumper cover we received had a different part number than the posted listing we viewed. The part number we gave her was: 1C0807649NGRU (Coupe) The part number we were sold is: 1Y0807649FGRU (Convertible) We called Sarah and explained that although the bumper cover looks like the one we needed, it is not the correct one. (There are two extremely similar ones that are basically indistinguishable other than by part number). She said that because we approved the picture she sent us, we will have to pay again for the correct bumper cover. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. The bottom line is, we ordered by part number, not by photo. They are using their own fictitious technicality to avoid correcting their mistake. I will not give Genuine Bumpers another dime. I'd rather buy this bumper cover from Egypt for twice the cost then deal with this company's antics again. I don't know how company's stay in business with this kind of service, but hopefully the next customer will read this review and not make the same mistake that I did. Trusting them, that is. If this company has any bit of reputability, I'd think they would want to correct their mistake after reading such a negative (yet unfortunately true) review. I am a reasonable person, experienced business owner, and respected, locally, in my profession. I did not achieve such a status by pulling stunts like this on customers. So, if Genuine bumpers should correct their mistake, I would be more than happy to amend my review. Hopefully this comment will make an impact. If not on my own situation, then as prevention of another situation like this. If I have not revised my review, then heed my warning... Sincerely, Ernie V. Ernie's Paint and Body Shop, Inc. - Texas
