After scheduling my first appointment and it being canceled, because apparently they weren't gonna be open on the day they originally scheduled me upon getting a estimate done and may requesting factory parts. I was told that couldn't happen without talking to the insurance company that's paying the bill first. Even after discussing with the insurance company, what my wishes were Meridian collision estimator told us that can't be done. And that the insurance company wouldn't do it even after explaining to them my conversation with the insurance company they refuse to follow a simple direction of getting a new estimate, put together and sent over in a timely manner. At which point they told me I should find another collision center, which I will happily do. If you're looking for customer service, this is not the place for you if you're looking for cheap parts and cheap labor this might be your fix.

Extremely disappointing experience…read more We were referred to ACC Collision in Buckley for our 2007 Mini after it was damaged by a company vehicle. When we dropped the car off, we clearly explained that my husband's employer would be paying for the repairs. We provided all necessary information and never signed anything agreeing to storage fees. After weeks of back-and-forth regarding the repair estimate, we were suddenly presented with approximately $4,700 in storage charges that had never been disclosed to us. At no point did anyone from ACC Collision contact us to tell us that storage fees were accumulating. The employer disputed the storage charges because they were willing to move forward with paying for the repairs, but adding nearly $4,700 in storage on top of an approximately $8,000 repair would put the total well beyond the vehicle's value. ACC Collision initially agreed not to charge the storage fees, then reversed that decision and said they wanted the $4,700 in storage fees on top of the repair bill. Had we been told from the beginning that storage fees were accumulating, we would have simply picked up the car and brought it home. The vehicle was drivable, and we could have brought it back once the estimate was agreed upon and payment arrangements had been made with the employer. Instead, we were ultimately told we could not get our own vehicle back unless we paid the $4,700. We paid it because we had no other practical option. The biggest issue here is the complete lack of transparency and communication. A simple phone call informing us that storage fees were being charged could have prevented this entire situation. Get every fee and policy in writing before leaving your vehicle here. We certainly wish we had.

There was orange peel texture. The areas that were painted were not thoroughly cleaned prior to painting; therefore there was debris on the areas that were painted. We were told that paint would never match 100% . For being a business that specializes in auto body painting, that's not an excuse that should ever be utilized. Because if you told me that prior to the job, I would have went elsewhere. They offered to buff out the orange peel yet it still was not satisfactory and matching other panels . Wanna say this is an amazing shop compared to other shops around the area I recently took my 06…read moreTacoma there to get an alignment done after a 6in lift kit install. They did a great job but due to the nature of a 18 yr old coming in saying he did a full 6in lift kit by himself and all he wanted was a alignment is skeptical to say the least ALSO ONE OF THE ONLY SHOPS AROUND THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS ON LIFTED TRUCKS The alignment itself: honestly pretty good however have a slight lean to drivers side which they blamed the tires for (it didn't do that previously with my 3.5in lift) which was not the culprit I later found culprit to be the lower control arm bolts due to finding that the bolt side is stationary with the alignment washers while the nut locks position of them into place and finding one washer isn't aligned the same way on opposite side meaning the bolt is stripped were the washer is most likely due to tightening on wrong side which very well could of been my fault during install of lift kit. it's a 10$ bolt and 4$ washers and I'm not gonna be blaming anybody unless I know for sure who it was especially over 14$. Customer service: absolutely amazing they were really nice people very transparent with me and helped me look at pricing for tires that I needed regardless of if it was effecting alignment or not. Also hooked me up with a goodie bag!!! Also bilingual! About the techs: Occasionally they would come in to the waiting area to ask me about something that the techs wanted to know (the techs are mostly Spanish speaking which I can understand but not speak fluently) and the techs are thorough with what they need to do they test drove it more than once and made some small tweaks. Extra notes: I did get a few questions about what a sound could be I told them they could bend the rotor dust sheild because I was planning on replacing it anyway (yes that was the issue) The bad: the damn pothole in-front of the shop is the worst part of the experience I swear one day (if it hasn't happened already) it will take off someone's bumper or side skirt it's a 4in deep hole that they need to go around or through
