They are called Metal Magic for a good reason!…read more I had a few people tell me about them, so I had them work on my vehicle. I had a small, but noticeable door ding that some clown inflicted on my car. David (owner) walked out said no problem, gave me a reasonable quote, explained the process and I scheduled a date to drop it off. I arrived dropped the keys and two hours later I could not find the ding. Absolutely amazing. They also do all types of work, including rims, but if you are in need of repairs then this is your place.

The Subaru dealer suggested I take my car to Fix Auto South Tacoma for repair and I'm glad I did. They not only fixed my Forester so it looks as good as new and matched the paint perfectly and they found a problem with the door on final imspection. The nice folks at Fix dealt with the insurance company to make sure my car was in perfect condition when I got it back. And I'm happy day Fix fixed it as good as new. Pun intended. :)

They had done a good job on it, but after the repair, my passenger door was clunking when I opened and closed it, so I brought it back 2 months later and Smitty was able to help get it fixed for no charge. Genuinely cannot recommend this place enough, I will be recommending it to anyone I know who needs a repair or service.

Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the ratin is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

My apartment building manager damaged my parked car, I never had this happen before. I was lost, I went to the Mazda Dealer I purchased the car from an they sent me to Precision Auto Body & Collision (Pab & Collision) I was afraid because often people take advantage and everything seems to turn into a fight. NOT WITH Pab & Collision, they helped me every step of the way, including telling me it was against the law to drive without a break lights. The accident broke my break lights. When the apt manager told me to drive the car without break lights, stating, "It should be ok." Hoping to save in rental cost. I wasn't sure what my rights were, or what to do. Pab & Collision promised me they will fix my car, and be fair to all involved. This is important to me since the apt manager wasn't looking out for my well being, I wanted to be. Every week, they called and updated the apt manager and myself. They called and e-mailed with updates. They check on me, helped me get a rent a car. They explained that I didn't have to go without a car and since I was stressed, and being told by the apt that I just need to drive the car, Precision told me to just bring the car in, they will deal with the apt manager and fix the car asap, and that is exactly what they did. They are excellent with their services, and the repair looks stellar. I am so happy and my stress is nil from beginning to end with them, which can be hard for me. I can't think of a time where I have been care for, treated so kindly, and fairly by a services provider in WA. After getting into a wreck, I researched the area and decided on PAB for my collision repairs. I am a chef who travels for work so my car is a necessity and time is not a luxury I have to deal with what can arise when getting collision repairs. Loggine and the team were amazing from the time I walked in. They made me feel at home and immediately eased my worries. They walked me thru the process verbally so I could ask any questions ahead of time. Dropped my vehicle off the following week for them to assess and get the process rolling. They told me not to worry they would handle everything with my insurance company moving forward. My insurance company decided after market or used parts would suffice for the $10k plus in repairs my car needed. Loggine contacted me to let me know the shop recommended using OEM parts as per the manufacturer recommendations for collision repair. I agreed, so they went to bat for me with my insurance. Loggine ordered every single part both OEM AND after market/used. She photographed, weighed, and measured every single part and sent the findings to the insurance company(and me) to prove OEM was the only choice in quality and safety and got them TO APPROVE all of the OEM parts. 10 out of 10. FIVE STARS FOR PRECISION AUTO BODY. We have a 2024 Subaru Crosstec Premium needing repair to rear passenger quarter panel. Just bought vehicle new March 2025 and i backed into our garage door entry column. Went to recommended body shop dealer uses for an estimate to repair. Repair was estimated for $5,100,00. We were given a lengthy wild explanation for the high price, so we decided to start looking elsewhere. Next day and three stops later, we went into Precision Auto Body. WOW! We got an estimate for approx. half the cost of all others. There reviews were very good to start. The shop was very orderly and personal were excellent. We are extremely happy with their work well done. Don't be fooled by elaborate detailed explanations for the high price of repair work. Precision Auro Body gave a very reasonable price for repairs and finished in a very reasonable time with quality workmanship at surprisingly half the price of all other body shops. read more

My 1993 Acura Integra was hit in a parking lot -- passenger side door dented and damaged. I fortunately chose Precision for the repair. Cristina and Phil worked with the insurer and myself to reach an agreement re: repair and cost. I'm not about to "junk" this sweet red car. Decided to have the oxidized hood repainted while it was in for body work. They did a spectacular job of blending the paint, putting on new detail stripe and repairing the door guard. Cristina kept me updated on progress as getting the right paint and doing the work required a full week. They communicated on my behalf with the insurer so that my rental costs were covered for the full period. Had my back the whole time. I have had people stop me to compliment my shiny, almost vintage car. So fun to drive my new Acura! Highly recommend Precision -- competent, assured quality work and truly honest people. read more

I recently had work done here on my Subaru BRZ. Some drunk guy wrecked my front bumper, driver side tire, and fender. I searched online for a collision center online, and I came across PAB. I was skeptical at first because the last body shop I been to were horrible. After less than a week I had my car back and the paint was spot on ( being a blue pearl). I was very happy. Phil and Christina were awesome. Phil dealt with the insurance for me and made it easy. Later several days later my front splitter came and I ran over it on the highway. It was due to faulty adhesive. I took it back to Phil and he was nice enough to call up my insurance again and get them to pay half. He also reinstalled it correctly almost for no cost. It is rock solid now, and I know where I'll be coming for future work if I need it. Definitely recommend Precision Auto Body! read more

Paul R. I fortunately was driving by the PAB Shop and turned in for an estimate to fix my 1995 Nissan Maxima. I am fully insured by one of the largest insurance companies. I have been steered to one of their recommended insurance repair shops before, and have been sorely disappointed in the past. PAB is independently owned and operated, and they work for the customer and not the insurance companies. My insurance company wanted to total my car out for a dented rear fender. Brent and Phil worked in my behalf, and convinced my insurance company that my car was worth fixing, that I wanted to keep my car, and that it could not be replaced for the value that they gave my car. These guys are the best. Lowest quote for a driver side mirror replacement and when I showed up with a broken key fob they saved me $ 360 plus (cost to replace by dealership) and the hassle of taking down to get fixed, by fixing it themselves at my mirror appointment and did it all for free. No additional charge and they were happy to help me out. I cannot recommend them enough. Had me in and out in around a half an hour and the lounge area had the sweetest receptionist with water coffee and candy as well as a tv with music going. 4/30/2014 My car was parked and hit by a U-Haul truck. RepWest was the insurance company. I had to go through many hurdles with RepWest but thanks to Phil and Christina holding my hand every step of the way I was able to get my car repaired. They were patient with me and even the insurance company who was not very cooperative and honest at times. They put a lot of time and care into every repair, even things as small as plastic trim pieces are treated with incredible importance and attention detail. After getting a ticket for a blown brake light. I discovered that my rear door was busted and I needed to get it fixed fast. I took my Land Rover to this body shop. I had a complicated issue that 3 other body shops previously told me they were not able to fix and another quoted me over $1000. At Precision I spoke with owner Phil who after taking a look told me to bring the car in the morning and he would be able to fix it. True to his word it was fixed the next day and for hundreds of dollars less then anyone else had quoted me Highly recommend, I will be a loyal customer going forward. read more

My Insurance handled everything with them but they were very animate at keeping me informed. I picked up my car today and it was like new. For a dealer job with OEM parts, this costs around $4500 for the front pair. After doing tons of research, I decided to utilize a quality aftermarket kit. However, when I talked to the dealer, they tried to steer me away from this, and while they said they could do it with aftermarket parts, they seemed very unsure and cited issues with prior customers going this route. Another local shop told me they wouldn't be comfortable replacing just the rotors (they wanted me to bring a factory rotor/hat assembly which is honestly unnecessary if old hats are in good shape). I did not feel very confident with both shops. I reached out to Matsenko on yelp by chance and their tech, William, responded within a couple of hours and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I was honestly surprised at how knowledgeable he was with my specific brake job and decided to give them a shot. They got me in quick, and everything was done by end of next day. The brake job is excellent, there is no noise or judder, and braking action is very smooth. In addition, they did an hvac cleaning for me (i had some contamination in my evaporator core) which another shop tried, and failed, and charged me $500 for the whole ordeal. All of this was done well at a fraction of the cost at Matsenko, and I saved thousands. I am very pleased with everything, and the amount of attention to communication I received is something I rarely see these days. Everyone was also very nice and personable, from the shop owner, to the tech and to reception which is also less common these days. I drove all the way from Olympia to have this done, and when my rear brakes need a swap, I know who I'll be calling Thank you for the wonderful service everyone!

Caliber Collision deemed it a total loss and refused to work on it. I called around to several auto body shops in the Tacoma area, but all of them were either unwilling to take on that level of damage or also classified it as a total loss. My insurance wouldn't cover the repairs, so I was stuck paying out of pocket. I was nearly ready to scrap the car and buy a used one, until I found Matsenko Auto. I spoke with Mike, who was very friendly and provided updates throughout the entire process. After explaining the situation, they took my car in without hesitation. They assessed the damage quickly and assured me it was no problem for them to fix, which gave me the confidence I needed that the car was in good hands. To top it off, they quoted me a price significantly lower than the other shops I contacted. The repairs took about a month due to backordered parts, but now my car looks good as new. They even repainted the scratched areas in-house. This is a very professional shop that gave me a chance when no one else did. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

It was definitely a very difficult repair, due to the make and age of my truck a 2000 F 250, diesel. Truck was stolen and recovered, with major electrical damage and moderate body damage, along with stolen stereo. Unbelievable customer service, for any business, I would say he was the best I have ever encountered. Cesar kept me informed every step of the way, managed any issues that arose (due to difficulty ordering parts for a 26 year old truck) and despite me being 800 miles away during the repair, I was never uneasy about what the timeline was, or about the safety or storage of my truck. I had to fly up from California to retrieve my truck this week. Truck was immaculate, ran perfect (better than before), every detail was taken care of and on time. Truck was detailed and ready to go. Drove it home and as I look at in my driveway (drove it 800 miles home), I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Cesar and your incredible crew.

I returned to Cooper's Collision because they have an outstanding work ethic and are very detail oriented. On a close examination you can not see any evidence of the repairs they made. I also found their rates to be about three times higher than the other estimates I received. Additionally, I felt that important costs and policies were not clearly disclosed upfront. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. I encourage anyone considering their services to request all fees and payment terms in writing and to compare estimates from multiple repair shops before making a decision.
