Brought my Toyota Tacoma in to repair the door frame on the passenger side and while it did take longer than I would've liked, I was both able to get my truck in sooner and get it back faster than any dealership and a lot of repair shops. They had done a good job on it, but after the repair, my passenger door was clunking when I opened and closed it, so I brought it back 2 months later and Smitty was able to help get it fixed for no charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! GET A SECOND OPINION!! What a disappointment!! Derek and the team did a horrible job. Took my vehicle in since I got hit from behind. They stated that I had a kink in the left side of my frame behind the tire and mg bumper was bent. When progressive insurance adjuster (Jess) which if your dealing with progressive I recommend you ask for someone else, came to adjust my vehicle, and she totaled it due to the frame bent based on Derk and the teams opinion. When I went to pick up my vehicle, something didn't feel right. It worked perfectly!! I even took it to Oregon that weekend and drove perfectly fine, even in the mud and terrain. Got a second opinion at a different shop, and the first thing they said was "that's no kink in the frame!" Did they measure the frame? This vehicle is not totaled!! I called Titus- Willis collision spoke with Derek!! And asked him if they measured my frame before they totaled my vehicle they said no!!!!!!!!!! So I had the shop measure my vehicle, and the shop owner called me and stated that my frame was straight as arrow!! Called the insurance back before they totaled my vehicle and made them come back out with a different adjuster and he even stated that he didn't know why they wanted to totaled my vehicle. So... way to go Titus will's collision, you should've measured my frame before suggesting it be totaled, or have told the insurance company this needed to be done before you totaled someone's vehicle!!' Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. And always go for a second opinion. Below is picture of my frame from a different shop stating that its not Bent. I caused an accident. It was entirely my fault. Afterward, I drove my car to Titus-Will because they were associated with a Toyota dealer. From the moment I arrived I was treated respectfully and honestly. It was during the time that cars and car parts were difficult to find. Needless to say, it took awhile. I was called on at least a weekly basis with a progress report...even when there was no progress ("Still waiting on that..."). When the car was returned it had obviously been done right. The cost was $10,000. The car still looks great...and, as a matter of fact, I was hit (and run) in a parking lot and took my Subaru to them and experienced the exact same type of treatment. I'm giving them 2 stars, for the their friendly staff, 1 for their ability to answer the phones quickly. I left the other 3 stars off for unwillingness to release my car another company, unfair storage fees $( 175) a day. Most places charge around $60 a day. As it turned out they did nothing to my car taking 3 days to look at it and say it was a total loss and 6 more days to release the car to my insurance company. So $2000 to do nothing but delay looking at my car and delay giving my car back. They could be a good shop but with these outrageous prices charged to do nothing illegal never give them a try in the future. read more

Took my car there on the chance they would give me a good estimate on repair of the lining of my front fender which I had secured with duct tape after it was damaged when I drove over an unseen landscape boulder. Smitty kindly resecured it right then and there, lying on the cold pavement in the parking lot and eventually juggling it in place. He also found the correct bolts to hold it there. I waited a good 3 months before writing this review. As a Yelper, I take pride in doing a proper review, even if I am angry. This one took time to recover from. Pros: They took my insurance Great communication Seth, you get a shout out all to yourself! Cons: It's obviously $$$ It took 2 months for my vehicle to return for the insurance job While I was away in Moses Lake on a business trip, someone hit my parked car. This began a tedious claims process with my insurance agent. I'll deal with THAT review elsewhere. I'm going to talk about Titus Will here. First off, they were very receptive. I couldn't be there in person but they received my vehicle and worked with my insurance. They had to run some tests to check some things. I got a weekly update. I hate to say it that way, but my car wasn't at home for 9 weeks. It was only a door. As they took the door apart, they found more damage underneath and the seat didn't work right. Some of the door frame moved and popped up my windshield without cracking it. All this work took 2 months. I was mad. I was highly upset. I came to see the work but was pleased with what they had done. I literally had to wait because I wanted to blast them for how long it took. However, the quality of work they did was good. There was a few small things but nothing major. It was a crash, over a $3,000 job, and my car is now home and runs fine. I can't be mad at that. I did still deduct a start for taking 2 months to get Phillipe home to us. I would still, now, recommend them, and especially Seth. Let him fill you in and tell him your concerns. I had a collision that also, inexplicably, locked up my transmission shifter, and I picked these guys because I assumed (incorrectly) that because they also owned a new-car dealership that they must be competent. The body work done was adequate, except for a fender well strip molding that came loose while I was there to pick up the car, so, fortunately, they were able to repair that on the spot. My problem is, a few months later, I noticed that the transmission shifter lever has a cover that is cracked, but it is not noticeable unless you move the shift lever all the way back. The sneaky, incompetent mechanic had somehow tightened the two screws to the point that it cracked the cover. Looking back at the invoice, it shows that a new shifter assembly was ordered and charged to my insurance company, but I have no idea if it is my original one or replacement. The repair shop got paid for a new one regardless if they actually replaced it. It also worries me now that maybe the sneaky, incompetent mechanic took other cheap measures to repair the transmission linkage, maybe using springs etc., that weren't OEM. In any event, this is the first and absolutely last time I that use Titus-Will Collision Center for anything. I will also tell friends and family not to use these clowns. read more

It's actually been a few years now but every time I look at my car I honestly get just as pissed off as the day I left this place. I specifically asked and called to remind them to NOT screw on my front license plate, meaning do not drill holes in my bumper. They did it anyway and all I got was a dumbfounded look from the young guy handling my paperwork, after he went to the notes to see, I did in fact call in to remind them not to do this. No offer to replace my bumper or any compensation whatsoever. To this day I'm upset that I just left. I was so angry and they had taken MONTHS with my car, I just wanted out, that's another reason for the lack of stars. The place is expensive, they should really do better. read more

Brought my 2016 Ford Explorer in for body work after a minor collision in a parking lot. The staff was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment for appraisal and repair in just three days! When I arrived, I was in and out within 10 minutes and that includes the time it took staff to get me a ride to the car rental place (I didn't set up prior). Within two hours Jose and his staff had the estimate to insurance and was able to provide me with a timeline and explanation of work. Then to my surprise, Jose called me and told me that my car would be ready a week early!! Jose not only did great work, and was pleasant to work with he also found a problem with my taillights that I've been trying to get fixed for months. He and his staff went the extra mile to trouble shoot the problem and fix it for me!! Wish I could got to Titus Will Collision for all our car needs. Great work, courtesy staff! I took my car to Titus-Will a couple of months ago after my daughter was in a minor fender bender. They were recommended by my insurance company and are considered a premier company. I spoke to the person who provides the quote on a Thursday and he told me they were really busy during the upcoming week. I told him not a problem, I would bring my car in the following Monday. He said perfect, that would give him time to order the parts. I brought my car in that following Monday as agreed and discovered I was not on their schedule. He made me wait 20 minutes before coming out to talk with me and tried to tell me that I never returned his call. I don't know if he was making it up because his manager was standing there or confusing me with another customer. While I wasn't pleased, I let it go. The work was completed and I had no issues. A couple of months go by and we discover a new unrelated issue with the car. I return to Titus Will and I am told by the same person that the cost to repair is going to be a minimum of $6500, but could be upwards of 11,000. My mechanic referred me to a different auto body shop in Tacoma. The new shop pulled apart everything and showed us where the damage was and what exactly needed to be fixed - the cost was $650. read more

I can't say enough good things about this Collision Center. It took us 3 months, but we finally obtained a check from the insurance company (the company who represents the guy who hit our car, TWICE!). Titus Will did their own estimate and told us to come back in a week, I dropped the car off, signed the insurance check over, and left with my fun rental (see my review of Hertz). They called me the next day when it was done and it was waiting for me, good as new. And although the repairs cost more than the insurance check (surprise, surprise), Titus Will is contacting the insurance company for me. Their process is pretty flawless. It didn't cost me a dime to get my car repaired, get a rental, and get home safely. I won't have to spend another minute on the phone with the insurance company, either. And although these sound like obvious things, would you really expect it to be so easy? read more

SHORT VERSION: The customer service was excellent but the actual job done by the technician was disappointing and far below average, but the did fix the mistake they made on my car the same day. FULL VERSION: I originally was going to give this a 1 star rating because of the original quality of work my car received but due to the amazing customer service and quick fix I'm raising it to a 2, maybe a 2.5. Service-wise it was great, Bill was friendly and made everything as easy and stress-free (prior to me getting my car back) as possible on my end. The work on my car was not done properly and caused me extreme frustration and almost more stress than the car accident I was in did. When I first got my car back Bill pointed out my front, driver side tire had a few nasty holes, which were very noticeable, in it and said it was unsafe to drive. At the time, I was about 80% positive that when I brought in my car, the tires were all fine (esp. the drivers side tires, since I see them multiple times a day). Also a week prior to me dropping off my car, it was inspected on all sides by Bill and the tires were all fine, I didn't push the issue as much as I should have because, again, I wasn't 100% positive and I'm also very timid. Anyways, I got my tire changed (paid for it myself) and the technician changing it said it definitely looked like someone tried to slash my tires and failed and, after I told him I just picked it up from a shop, he said it could be from some kind of machine. Next issue, my front passenger door wasn't sealed properly when it was put on. The top of the door/window is out and you can easily push the window into the door frame. So this caused rain and an amazingly annoying amount of wind to enter my car when I drive 30 min to-and-from work. This careless issue with the door solidified, to me, the fact that my tire most likely got damaged at the shop by the technician and is pretty upsetting over anything else. When I brought my car back to the shop they immediately checked it out and offered to work on it right away. They even offered to shuttle me somewhere (I went to the mall) and pick me up when the work was finished. My car is finally (hopefully) all fixed but it should have been done correctly the first time and my car should have been treated with more respect and more carefully. Again, amazing customer service but I wouldn't go back if I had the choice. read more

When we first moved back to the northwest, my RAV4 died in a pediatrician's parking lot. Our second son was with me and only weeks old at the time. I was an overtired postpartum mom who had just moved cross-country and was about to lose my mind in the parking lot; I choked back tears as I called my husband to come help. While I waited for my husband, a wonderful man in the parking lot offered to jump my truck. He talked me off the ledge and hooked up the cables while his girlfriend patiently waited in their car. After getting my vehicle running, he recommended I take it to where he worked at the Titus-Will service center. He was so kind, I promised him that I would and took it in later that week. It was such an impressive experience that I became a walking advertisement for the place! So it isn't surprising that I called on Titus-Will again after a recent parking lot accident. I hoped and prayed to receive a similar level of service from their collision center and they don't disappoint! I dropped my vehicle off on Monday with their friendly office staff and received a call the following day from Seth, who gave me a run down of what they'd found so far and the estimated repair and return time. He called again today (not even 48 hours later!) with another update, a question, and a promise to reach out to me with any new developments. I'll likely get my truck back on Monday and update my review with info on the quality of the repairs. So far, though, I am wholly impressed with the superb communication and stellar customer service. The assistant manager Levent Guckiran assured me not to worry that everything would be as good as new. He said it would take about a week, it took only six days. I was rear ended in Tacoma. By the time I was towed it was nearly closing time for Titus-Will Collision center. They not only stayed open for me, but they transported me in their courtesy van and all my stuff--which was considerable as I was going on vacation--to Enterprise so I could rent a car. All this and they knew I might end up having my car towed to another garage that had a relationship with my insurance company, which I did.
