DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! GET A SECOND OPINION!! What a disappointment!! Derek and the team did a horrible job. Took my vehicle in since I got hit from behind. They stated that I had a kink in the left side of my frame behind the tire and mg bumper was bent. When progressive insurance adjuster (Jess) which if your dealing with progressive I recommend you ask for someone else, came to adjust my vehicle, and she totaled it due to the frame bent based on Derk and the teams opinion. When I went to pick up my vehicle, something didn't feel right. It worked perfectly!! I even took it to Oregon that weekend and drove perfectly fine, even in the mud and terrain. Got a second opinion at a different shop, and the first thing they said was "that's no kink in the frame!" Did they measure the frame? This vehicle is not totaled!! I called Titus- Willis collision spoke with Derek!! And asked him if they measured my frame before they totaled my vehicle they said no!!!!!!!!!! So I had the shop measure my vehicle, and the shop owner called me and stated that my frame was straight as arrow!! Called the insurance back before they totaled my vehicle and made them come back out with a different adjuster and he even stated that he didn't know why they wanted to totaled my vehicle. So... way to go Titus will's collision, you should've measured my frame before suggesting it be totaled, or have told the insurance company this needed to be done before you totaled someone's vehicle!!' Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. And always go for a second opinion. Below is picture of my frame from a different shop stating that its not Bent. Titus Willis collision just marking things that they assume is a kink in the frame. Even my friends who are mechanics were like, "that's not a Knick!! So Derk and the team you suck! And I hope people get seconds opinion before doing business with them.

They repaired this dent in the passenger rear quarter panel and scuffed/scratched bumper so well that it looks brand new! Very pleased.

Went to them with a loose spoiler on my Ford Fusion. They repaired it while I waited and did not charge me. Great customer service.

For a dealer job with OEM parts, this costs around $4500 for the front pair. After doing tons of research, I decided to utilize a quality aftermarket kit. However, when I talked to the dealer, they tried to steer me away from this, and while they said they could do it with aftermarket parts, they seemed very unsure and cited issues with prior customers going this route. Another local shop told me they wouldn't be comfortable replacing just the rotors (they wanted me to bring a factory rotor/hat assembly which is honestly unnecessary if old hats are in good shape). I did not feel very confident with both shops. I reached out to Matsenko on yelp by chance and their tech, William, responded within a couple of hours and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I was honestly surprised at how knowledgeable he was with my specific brake job and decided to give them a shot. They got me in quick, and everything was done by end of next day. The brake job is excellent, there is no noise or judder, and braking action is very smooth. In addition, they did an hvac cleaning for me (i had some contamination in my evaporator core) which another shop tried, and failed, and charged me $500 for the whole ordeal. All of this was done well at a fraction of the cost at Matsenko, and I saved thousands. I am very pleased with everything, and the amount of attention to communication I received is something I rarely see these days. Everyone was also very nice and personable, from the shop owner, to the tech and to reception which is also less common these days. I drove all the way from Olympia to have this done, and when my rear brakes need a swap, I know who I'll be calling Thank you for the wonderful service everyone!

They were quick and responsive throughout. When they spotted some debris in the cooling system mid-job, they paused, investigated it properly with a thermal camera, and kept me in the loop the whole way instead of just tacking on extra work or rushing things. That kind of honesty is exactly what you want from a shop. William, who helped me out, was straightforward and easy to deal with. Overall I felt genuinely taken care of and will be coming back. Highly recommend.
