During the build I was updated several times on how everything was going along with progress pictures, communication was great. They absolutely went above and beyond. I banged my rear passenger door on the drivers side pretty good and brought my car in to Collision Specialist. They quoted me around $400 - $500 for the damage that was done, which by the way was a free estimate. I was seriously expecting more, so I was very happy with the price. There was a bit of a wait to get my car in, I believe it took about 2 and a half weeks before they were actually able to work on it? But I had my car in on Monday, and had it back by Friday. Cody and his team were AMAZING! I was so distraught after I backed my brand new 2016 Ford Focus into a pole. I dented the bumper, cracked the fender and needed to replace the taillight. I was so anxious about getting my car back to looking brand new and Cody made sure to calm all my fears. This is a few months late, but I wanted to make sure I got a review in. I had an unfortunate "bump and run" in a parking lot that left the tailgate of my Frontier dinged up. It wasn't big, but it was deep and spread out enough for paintless dent repair to not be an option. Collision Specialists was actually the first shop I contacted. I met with Cody, and he gave me his quote. One thing that really stuck out to me was when he told me that they have a lifetime warranty on their work. Just to make sure I did my due diligence, I shopped around for quotes from about 6 other shops in the area. Cody's quote was the most reasonable, and due to the lifetime warranty included, it made my decision to go with Collision Specialists a no brainier. I was able to drop off my tailgate at their shop , and within a week or so, it was ready to go. They did great work, Cody kept in touch throughout the process, and my tailgate looks just like new. I had them do previous work (4/2014) on my Tahoe and decided to give them repeat business. Big mistake. Upon trying to get an appointment as a repeat customer I had to call several times to get any response. The first call I made was in May. After no response I finally stopped in on a weekend when they weren't open and left my contact info with two techs outside. The first call I made after I got my estimate through the insurance company was 6-12-15. I dropped an estimate off just over two weeks ago from the insurance company as they said they needed it to make an estimate of their own. I called back last week and was told parts were being ordered (still no calls back-I am still having to hound these people at this point). I called TODAY 7-13-15 and was told someone was STILL in the process of ordering parts (after receiving no call for over a week). Rodell finally offered to get me scheduled over a week from now. Why couldn't this have happened when I PHYSICALLY brought my estimate in or one of the other numerous times I called? Why did I have to play phone tag just to get scheduled?! I realize its just a bumper and probably not high on their priority list. The least they could have done was returned my calls. SO SO SOOOO disappointing. They totally dropped the ball which is such a shame because I see they have received many positive reviews. I will need full body paint on two cars by November, business I hope someone else will take seriously :( read more

Outstanding repair shop. Excellent customer service! I have an incredibly hectic schedule and work primarily nights, and share a car with one of my sons. I needed a shop willing to work with that and also do an excellent job quickly and on a timeline. Cody Huggins and his team far exceeded all of my expectations. My car was done on time and the work was excellent. I was incredibly surprised to see a car that has almost 100K miles on it and is used to transport teenage messy boys to sports so incredibly clean and detailed.
