    Damage - Before
    Julie B.

So grateful for this body shop! My dog knocked a ladder off the wall in the garage, causing it to fall into my car. When it did it left a nice puncture wound in the back side panel. The damage was small, less than the size of a quarter, but it still needed to be fixed. I went to a collision center in Bonney Lake for an estimate, and it was almost $2000. Because my daughter had a car accident the previous year I didn't want to put this on my insurance, so this was going to be out of pocket. I'm so glad I found ACC Collision and got a second quote. Their price was half of what the Bonney Lake collision Center wanted to charge me. Sometimes you sacrifice quality for a better price, but that is absolutely not the case here. My car is perfect! You never would've known that anything happened at all. Aside from the great quality of work, this is a family owned business, and the owners are awesome! If you need bodywork done on your car I absolutely recommend you drop in to ACC Collision!

I had previously had some work done through insurance at another shop and wanted to add fixing the rust spot, but that shop refused the work and said they didn't want to deal with rust. When I first contacted Raley's, they said that they were booked six months out. But then he asked a few more questions and determined that the work I needed done would be a quick job for him to complete. We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. I will definitely use this shop in the future if I need auto body work done.

While I was there, the staff actually stopped what they were doing to argue with a group of kids protesting on the sidewalk outside. Instead of focusing on customers and the work they're supposed to be doing, they were engaging in a public argument. It made the whole place feel extremely unprofessional. On top of that, my car was left in bad condition after their work. When I brought up the issues, they told me they could fix it but only if I paid for the damages and told me they could schedule me in a week. That's completely unacceptable when the problem was caused by their own work in the first place. The owner now claims they had their doors closed when this took place and didn't engage with the children, the photos i listed says otherwise. Lying was apart of the multiple reasons i chose to leave and will not be returning to this junkyard full of junkies. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and poorly handled. I'll be taking my money and my business somewhere else.

I would NOT recommend 4 S Collision to anyone…read more I trusted them with my car and the work they did was honestly disappointing. What was supposed to be a repair ended up creating more problems, and the quality just wasn't there. Things were either rushed, poorly done, or not properly fixed at all. When you take your car to a collision shop, you expect it to come back safe and properly repaired -- not worse than before. This experience felt careless and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and think twice before bringing your vehicle here.

This was my second experience purchasing with from a dealership. I discovered Art Gamblin Motors…read morethrough Autotrader.com where I found some trucks that were very reasonably priced and competitive with cars from craigslist and other dealerships. I reached out regarding a few trucks as I was out of state and moving to the area and was contacted by Gary Van Auken. Gary was so communicative and professional as we went back and forth looking to find a truck and deal that made sense for my wife and I. He actually found a truck that had come in that I had not seen which was fortunately still available when I finished my move. Everyone was extremely friendly to work with and quick to the point. Once I had my truck selected I came in to pick it up and spent about an hour and a half finishing paperwork and finance details. I look forward to servicing my truck with Art Gamblin and hopefully will be able to catch Gary in the office some as well. Great work to the Art Gamblin team and if you are looking for someone to work with and help make a price work for you, I would search out Mr. Gary Van Auken. Keep it up!

I will never buy another vehicle from Gamblin Chevrolet. I purchased a 2024 Chevy 3500 that was…read morelisted as "certified repaired" after GM had previously acquired it for a faulty transmission valve. After having the vehicle less than 2 months and only 1,800 miles, the exact same valve failed under warranty. I was told the repair part was on national backorder with no ETA, some vehicles already waiting over 3 months. They also said they wouldn't have a loaner for me for at least 10 days, and any loaner was not allowed to be used for towing (this would severely impact my job). Gamblin refused to unwind the deal or do a straight swap, only treating it as a standard trade-in. They took over $3,400 in immediate depreciation off my original purchase price after just 51 days of ownership, then upsold me a smaller 2500 2025 model that was $5,500 more expensive with less features (lost my center console, tailgate step, running boards, roof lights). To add insult to injury, I tried to negotiate removal of the $200 doc. fee on the 2nd truck (considering I had just paid that weeks prior), but was told that the fee was mandatory and non-negotiable, which is actually misrepresentation by law. They also locked me out of retrieving my belongings from my trade-in vehicle (for reasons their own service desk contradicted the next day) and I had to make a completely separate trip back to the dealership. Overall it was a terrible experience. This dealership took full advantage of a defective vehicle to maximize their profit at my expense. I could not recommend them less.
