They repaired both within a matter of two hours. You couldn't tell there had been any damage. They do exceptional work and our vendor very friendly. Extremely disappointing experience…read more We were referred to ACC Collision in Buckley for our 2007 Mini after it was damaged by a company vehicle. When we dropped the car off, we clearly explained that my husband's employer would be paying for the repairs. We provided all necessary information and never signed anything agreeing to storage fees. After weeks of back-and-forth regarding the repair estimate, we were suddenly presented with approximately $4,700 in storage charges that had never been disclosed to us. At no point did anyone from ACC Collision contact us to tell us that storage fees were accumulating. The employer disputed the storage charges because they were willing to move forward with paying for the repairs, but adding nearly $4,700 in storage on top of an approximately $8,000 repair would put the total well beyond the vehicle's value. ACC Collision initially agreed not to charge the storage fees, then reversed that decision and said they wanted the $4,700 in storage fees on top of the repair bill. Had we been told from the beginning that storage fees were accumulating, we would have simply picked up the car and brought it home. The vehicle was drivable, and we could have brought it back once the estimate was agreed upon and payment arrangements had been made with the employer. Instead, we were ultimately told we could not get our own vehicle back unless we paid the $4,700. We paid it because we had no other practical option. The biggest issue here is the complete lack of transparency and communication. A simple phone call informing us that storage fees were being charged could have prevented this entire situation. Get every fee and policy in writing before leaving your vehicle here. We certainly wish we had.

I discovered Art Gamblin Motors…read morethrough Autotrader.com where I found some trucks that were very reasonably priced and competitive with cars from craigslist and other dealerships. I reached out regarding a few trucks as I was out of state and moving to the area and was contacted by Gary Van Auken. Gary was so communicative and professional as we went back and forth looking to find a truck and deal that made sense for my wife and I. He actually found a truck that had come in that I had not seen which was fortunately still available when I finished my move. Everyone was extremely friendly to work with and quick to the point. Once I had my truck selected I came in to pick it up and spent about an hour and a half finishing paperwork and finance details. I look forward to servicing my truck with Art Gamblin and hopefully will be able to catch Gary in the office some as well. Great work to the Art Gamblin team and if you are looking for someone to work with and help make a price work for you, I would search out Mr. Gary Van Auken. Keep it up!

I will never buy another vehicle from Gamblin Chevrolet. I purchased a 2024 Chevy 3500 that was…read morelisted as "certified repaired" after GM had previously acquired it for a faulty transmission valve. After having the vehicle less than 2 months and only 1,800 miles, the exact same valve failed under warranty. I was told the repair part was on national backorder with no ETA, some vehicles already waiting over 3 months. They also said they wouldn't have a loaner for me for at least 10 days, and any loaner was not allowed to be used for towing (this would severely impact my job). Gamblin refused to unwind the deal or do a straight swap, only treating it as a standard trade-in. They took over $3,400 in immediate depreciation off my original purchase price after just 51 days of ownership, then upsold me a smaller 2500 2025 model that was $5,500 more expensive with less features (lost my center console, tailgate step, running boards, roof lights). To add insult to injury, I tried to negotiate removal of the $200 doc. fee on the 2nd truck (considering I had just paid that weeks prior), but was told that the fee was mandatory and non-negotiable, which is actually misrepresentation by law. They also locked me out of retrieving my belongings from my trade-in vehicle (for reasons their own service desk contradicted the next day) and I had to make a completely separate trip back to the dealership. Overall it was a terrible experience. This dealership took full advantage of a defective vehicle to maximize their profit at my expense. I could not recommend them less.

I had previously had some work done through insurance at another shop and wanted to add fixing the rust spot, but that shop refused the work and said they didn't want to deal with rust. When I first contacted Raley's, they said that they were booked six months out. But then he asked a few more questions and determined that the work I needed done would be a quick job for him to complete. We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. I will definitely use this shop in the future if I need auto body work done.
