He let me know he was licensed, certified and insured. Once he mentioned this, I did ask a few of the others that sent me a quote if they were and suddenly, they became unresponsive. Spencer took the time to explain what my car needed, the time, and the cost. He updated me every step of the way. I asked him for quotes on a few other things my car will need in the future and again, he provided quotes for each and detailed the process and what his work included. Spencer has my business for life. I have already recommended him to several family members and they are eager to work with him.

Heard about this garage from both word of mouth and online reviews. Absolutely top notch! From…read morethe front desk to quality of repairs, this is now my "go to" garage. I brought in my all numbers matching 67 RS/SS Camaro to replace the flywheel ring gear. They were easy to book for appointment, were easy to adjust my appointment due to unforeseen conflict, and then got my classic repaired in no time. The work itself was great quality, but the mechanic even went a step further and insulated a couple of exposed wires without even mentioning it or any additional charge. That little gesture on top of the quality for the main work demonstrates the level of quality and care you seek in services. I met the owner who showed me around the shop, he was very personable and knowledgeable. They can work on everything from custom rods, to classic cars, to modern cars. Absolutely beyond pleased with this shop.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE with Plateau Diesel Performance, Inc. in Enumclaw, WA…read more I dropped my truck off on May 5, 2026, for transmission shifting issues with a new transmission they installed -- which they've now had to replace a second time. They also had to redo the labor under warranty due to a severely leaking rear main seal, even after supposedly completing the job the second time. This was also my second attempt to get this shop to stand behind its work. My first attempt dates back to March 28, 2026, when I was told I had to pay a $279 diagnostic fee for the same issue related to their original work -- which I refused to pay and instead sought a second opinion. After finally getting them to honor their warranty on May 5, my truck is still in their shop due to ongoing shifting issues. I've been given every excuse: "I'm sick," "we're short staffed," "other vehicles do this too," and the worst -- "try not to drive in a way that makes the issue happen" -- straight from someone who indicated, he's part owner. Seriously? That's not a fix -- that's avoiding the problem. The work has been sloppy, the communication terrible, and the problem still isn't fixed. I don't know if there's been new ownership, high staff turnover, or just poor management, but this shop seriously needs to get its act together. I have very little faith this shop will fully correct the issues with my vehicle related to the transmission they've installed. I will never return and strongly recommend others avoid this place!

They are hot interested in following up with long term customers that want to sell their Jeep back…read morewith only, 39457 miles on it and taken very good care of. Since they didn't want to talk to me and make a reasonable effort to work together, I donated my Jeep to charity. I guess ECJD will get nothing now, and I will never visit the dealership again due to their lack of customer service. I purchased the vehicle there new in 2011 and only drove it during sunny, warm days in the summer. The rest of the year it was parked in my garage. Anyhow, ECJD made their decision not to work with me, although I reached out to them multiple times, and they all knew me for many years. So selling my Jeep for 10K is not going to cut it. Since I'm sure once I would have sold it to them, they would have slapped a 20K resale sticker on it because summer is just starting and all the many extras I installed on it. This Jeep was in immaculate condition and there was nothing wrong with it in any way. I will not be out to ECJD again anytime soon because of their lack of working with long term customers, and they don't care about their clientele. I would probably just avoid this place once you purchase anything from them, because they will offer you nothing in return, it at all. Sorry dudes, but your customer service really lacks everything.
