My Tesla has minor front end damage, my vehicle is drivable, but due to a flap hanging over the passenger tire, I wanted to tow it in rather than drive it. I was told they don't accept tow-ins due to the assumed extensive damage that would come with a vehicle that can't be driven in. So I asked if I were to zip-tie the flap and drive it in, if they would then take the vehicle. I was still told no, with some annoyance that I would dare try and find a work around to their rule. I tried to show pictures of the minor damage so they could see it wasn't extensive at all but they weren't interested, they just don't want vehicles towed in. I have to assume based on the reviews, it's because they just aren't competent at fixing anything much more than minor scratches. After the interaction with the front desk lady, I have never been happier to take my business elsewhere. According to the other reviews, they do poor work anyway so maybe she saved me a headache in the long run. If you read reviews like I do, trust your gut and go elsewhere. Initially, it was understood that we had to wait a few months to have our vehicle (2017 Tesla Model X) in the shop for service to start. That was acceptable since they are one of the few facilities to repair Tesla vehicles in the area, with accreditation. After the 4 month wait to have the vehicle enter the shop, we finally received it "fixed" in August. In the interim, they ordered wrong parts, which took the process longer to complete. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we discovered that a dent was in the door, which was not part of the accident area, and several sensors were not properly installed. When we pointed this out, they begrudgingly admitted to this happening in their "care" and would fix the issues. When it was "ready" the second time, the battery was almost drained to "0" miles, so it had to be charged. (Remember, this is a Tesla) So, they offered to tow it to our house after it charged, versus us coming back yet again to get it. Fast forward a week later, the vehicle is dropped off. We noticed a scratch in the floorboard area of the rear passenger side that was not there previously. CCN was informed, and after avoiding us for a few weeks, they stated that they couldn't possibly have caused that, it wasn't their fault as "they have a top-notch team that inspects all the vehicles to make sure there are no issues before they leave their facility". Again, why didn't this "top-notch" team: 1) Insure they the sensors were installed correctly. 2) Verify that not damage was done to the vehicle while in their care. 3) Make sure an EV was charged so the owner could drive it away when it was "completed" Lengthy, yes. Sad that it has to be so. I could have added more, but the gist is, DO NOT GO THERE! I can understand the issues at hand, we all make mistakes and things are a little disorganized these days. I can't understand not providing customer service to the point of refusing to accept responsibility for something that happened in their care, and then coming up with a poor and dishonest excuse as well. read more

The service and communication is absolutely horrible. BMW referred me to them and I wish I would have just taken it to any of the other repair shops around town. This was very minor repairs on a driver side corner of bumper. That's it. First, I had to wait MONTHS to even be scheduled to have them look at it. Then it took another 4 months to even get scheduled to bring it in. Once I dropped it off, it sat for 2 weeks. No communication, nothing. I called after 1 week to see status and they said it's still sitting and waiting to be started. I called again after 2 weeks and they again, said it's still sitting and waiting to be started. Why have me drop it off, if you are just going to store it and do nothing for 2 weeks? I could have saved money and the inconvenience on Rental car and been driving my car the last 2 weeks. How about call me when you are actually ready to work on it and then I will drop it off. Really frustrating. Now I'm going on 4 weeks. And still, not finished. 1-1/2 weeks ago, they said they needed 2 bolts and sent request to insurance. 2 days later, I got the email they approved it. I, of course, as always, never heard from this place, so I called to make sure they got approval. They replied and said my vehicle was in paint and should be good news next week. And I still never heard a word since. So I reached out again today, 8/3 to find out what is going on. Now they say that never heard from the insurance to get approval for the 2 bolts, so it's been sitting and waiting this whole time again. When I already told them I got the approval a week ago. And it's literally 2 bolts. Now I'm out from having a car 4 weeks, because they never communicate or follow up on anything. I run a Sales and Service department for almost 20 years. I wouldn't have a job if this is how I ran things. read more

After waiting three plus months, I found out that this business had lost the original estimate, didn't have a file for my vehicle and hadn't cashed the insurance company's check for repair parts which hadn't been ordered despite what we were told they would be. I was without my vehicle for four months. I only found out because the insurance company paying for my repairs told me that my rental vehicle was no longer being paid for because this business indicated that my vehicle had been repaired when it hadn't. There was absolutely no value at all and this business caused me loss of my vehicle and hours spent on the phone trying to straighten out the mess that they had made. I highly recommend NOT USING this business. read more

I recently had my BMW keyed (less than a year old); I was instructed that it would be best to use Collision Center NW as they partner with BMW. My insurance (Farmer's) refused to pay the full price, indicating that CCNW "over-charges for labor for this area. They charge about $90 and the going rate is $60." I would urge anyone to obtain a second estimate before using CCNW. read more

Update 2: We are now into March, and I *still* don't have my car back. They received the last part they needed over a week ago, but they continue to not have my vehicle ready. I requested that the detail (which is valued at 500$ according to them) be skipped and deducted from my final bill. This was refused by their company. read more

My wife and I bought a used car from a well-known online dealership. We thought the car was in good condition, then after a few drives, the vehicle shook, had noise from the sunroof, and the trunk did not operate correctly. We took the car to a Lexus dealership and discovered that it had been in an accident and not documented on the Carfax report. This is one of the few collision repair shops supported by Tesla. I took my car here after a collision. They are in Fife. I live in Bremerton. It was SO worth the effort.
