Communication and estimated repair time could have been better. When picking up our car we had a question about the paint. The super tall, derpy guy "helped" us. Then proceeded to tell us what "trash" and "garbage" the paint on our 2025 Lexus is. So unprofessional and rude. I hate to do this, leaving bad service reviews. especially when you provide opportunities for the situation to be corrected. But when people don't want to be accountable, you must make them accountable. I have had two vehicles that have been serviced through this collision center. PCC was referred & as they are on auto row in Fife & where some of the dealership, specifically Audi, send vehicles for work. My first encounter with PCC pre-Covid went without a hitch. Great service. However, my most recent interaction in the last two months has not been nothing but an absolute nightmare and this review must be submitted. I unfortunately was in a hit-and-run over the summer. Impact was to the passenger door and front panel. Two weeks into the repair I returned to the shop for updates only to appreciate and have to inform the shop manager that the front windshield had been shattered. Paramount took ZERO accountability despite they're being intake photos that showed no damage. They then turned it over to the insurance company, which then only disappointed me even further blaming it on a rock chip. Again, the intake photos show no damage to my windshield. Refusing to take accountability of this new damage, at least Paramount then gave me a $200 discount, essentially the cost of my windshield deductible as i had to open a 2nd vehicle claim for that repair. Subsequently, weeks later when I took my vehicle to my import shop for standard maintenance and oil change... Their technicians appreciated that undercarriage parts along the passenger side front axle were just sitting atop axle, broken and clearly not in place (Rolf's Import Auto btw & highly recommended). When I presented this information to PCC, immediately their response was well we weren't in that area of the car and that we won't take care of restoration unless we reopen another claim through your insurance company. This was rather astonishing for them to claim as they had removed the passenger door, front passenger panel, and front bumper for my repair (correction...not the front passenger side panel as you can see in the image I've provided). My experience with Paramount Centre has been nothing less than exceptional. My first encounter with Paramount was to address a minor issue with my wife's car. The Customer coordinator was BJ. Instead of moving forward with what I thought would be the fix he offered a more cost effective approach which save me a lot of money. I was so impressed with BJ"s sincere concern for his customers I directed my son to BJ to repair damage to his beautiful Ford F 350. The work was completed flawlessly with no indication that there was ever any previous damage. Recently I once again sought out BJ to address an issue on my Toyota Sequoia. The work was completed flawlessly on time and on budget. Bj's integrity and customer service was a breath of fresh air, something that is rare today. Took my Infinity Q50 (bought used) in due to the trunk lid not closing flush. One side was lifted while the other side was sunk. BJ and Kenny were amazing. It was fixed on the spot. They've repaired rear end damage on our 2006 Murano, our 1997 Savana Van (damaged rear doors) and recently repaired a paint blemish on the hood of our 2019 BMW 430i. In each case the work was done timely but most of all, better than the original condition of the vehicles. The facility is emaculate and professional. Their staff is friendly, incredibly talented and they treat every customer like they are family. They've coordinated with our insurance company each time and dealt with those hassles we'd normally have to handle. Avoid this shop. An uninsured driver ran into my Audi in August. I went here for repair, telling them at the outset that the tie rods were bent and had to be replaced. They did an estimate through my insurance and I gave them the car in October when they told me that the parts were in. So far so good. Car ended up being with them for two months with the excuses coming nonstop. Super poor communication. I have constantly had to prod them for status of the work. Customer service is terrible - so many unreturned phone calls and e-mail. They seemed to be playing my insurance for additional costs with me in the middle. Should have been a one week repair. In late December, they tell me they have not ordered the tie rods and that will take a while longer. Insult to injury, when I finally came to pick it up, the new wheel was not on my car, but in a box in my trunk. I wait another 90 minutes for that. Sheer incompetence. Take your business elsewhere if you can. And you can. The Men in charge are condescending to "the girls" in reception, like it's the 1950s. This company needs a hostile takeover and clean out. read more

This is my second experience with Paramount Center Collision. The first time was related to my passenger door; they got me in right after receiving all the replacement parts. My car was repaired within two days. My next experience was for a new front bumper which was also completed in two days with a perfect color match. In December I went here for an estimate for repairs, I was told "mid March" to be able to have repairs done. Fine, I can deal with that. THE CHECK FOR REPAIRS WAS SENT TO THEM FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY IN JANUARY. Nobody contacted me to let me know they had payment and could do the work, could schedule, NOTHING. Thought it was weird hadn't been contacted yet, called today "oh the check is expired." So because of their crap business practices and lack of communication skills I am out repairs on my vehicle and the check to be able to take somewhere that won't screw me. And to top it off all of it was blamed on a guy who did the estimate "well he doesn't work here anymore" ok, that's not my problem. I took my BMW in to have a rear spoiler put on in March of 2022. Two months later, I noticed it was coming up and not sealing to the trunk. I also noticed that whoever did the measurements for aligning the spoiler actually drew lines in my paint to mark the spots, and there were little white specks of something all over my trunk. I called them, had them seal it again, buff out the scratches, and white spots. Two months later, it was coming up again, so I called them, and they sealed it again. At this point, you'd think I'd go somewhere else to have it done correctly, but I paid $500 to them. A month later, it was coming up again! At this point, they had another service advisor work with me and assured me that he knew how to get it done right. Well, that only lasted a few months, and I brought it back, and they tried something else to seal it. And that didn't work either! Now, keeping in mind that my BMW is garbage parked 90% and is not my daily driver. If they can't seal a spoiler on a trunk, I'm wondering how their repairs are!! 100% do not recommend! My car has been in their shop for over 50 days for a simple bumper replacement. Each time I call they tell me a different story. I took that fake story they told me to the insurance company and was made to look like a complete fool because of it. They never call back as they promise. They tried to blame the appraisal company but when I got the whole story it was their own fault for not filing the supplemental correctly. They lied and said it was because the person they were working with got fired and it was lost. No.... They didn't finish it and file it correctly. 14 days gone and a Whopper of a lie to go with it. Let me be clear. The body work was fine. The communication is horrible and the owner himself is super abrasive. I was told my car would take 1 week, after waiting 3 months to get in. Never heard anything for a month. Then when i went in and had questions they guy behind the counter, was rude & condescending. When he stepped outside, I asked the other employees who that was (hoping that maybe I could talk to his manager,) Turns out, it was the OWNER. First off the staff here are very nice people. They will bend over backwards to do the job right. In my case there was some quality issues and it took them three tries to do so. So a two to three day job took eight days. A major inconvenience if you are paying for a rental car or live a good distance away. Fortunately I have another vehicle and lived close by. Secondly there was a small scratch in the driver's seat which was not there when I gave them the car. I always take photos of my cars interior and exterior before leaving it with shops. Luckily I was able to smooth it out with leather conditioner. I believe it happened when I refused the car twice and they pulled it back into the garage without protecting the seat. My review is not meant to damage their reputation and in the end I was happy. Although their shop is recommended by Lexus and I was expecting more from them. Perhaps they needed a reminder to up their attention to detail and quality to the level that it should be. read more

Dropped my vehicle off on May 8th. Today is May 22nd and they still do not have my Jeep finished; they haven't even started working on it. This is my only vehicle. They sat on it for a week supposedly waiting on insurance company. They lied to me and told me they received approval from insurance company on the 16th when in reality it was the 15th. They held off from ordering parts this entire time. Still no parts and they will not give an ETA. Oh, and they have already received payment from my insurance company. I feel like I'm held hostage. I needed both front bumper repair and minor rear bumper repair/paint on my custom BMW that I ordered new while I lived in Germany. My car is a completely customized low rider with full body kit ans accents. Another company that I have done auto body business with on my BMW in the past told me the rear bumper repair was impossible. Paramount said not so. They not only did the impossible but they have integrity. Upon completion of the rear bumper they noticed a minor split in the seam/edge of the bumper and informed me of it so that they could fix it. This is a quality shop And the professionalism is unmatched. My car has been under many wrenches at various garages all around Puyallup as well as overseas in Germany. It's rare to find people who dont just clock into work. Certain craftsmen have an eye and flare for excellence. When the front bumper was repaired it was an insurance Job. There was a corner that had been chipped off unrelated to the I strange claim. Approximately an inch missing. Paramount (Mike the bearded GQ suave) decided to fix and replace it with his mastery skills pro Bono. It's so hard to find people who have this much pride in their work. My car looks show room ready. Co-owner Mike spent a LONG time analyzing my situation - that made me feel really confident - I knew my particular issue looked minor but in fact was quite delicate and ultimately rather major. Let me first say that I work in Auto Claims for a major insurer. I'm very familiar with the claims and repair process. When my one year old Lexus was hit while parked, my first thought was about where to repair it. Lexus recommended Paramount but they were not a part of my insurance company's direct repair program. I conferred with a friend who works directly with repairers and he also recommended Paramount over direct repair facilities. I have no regrets. The process was seamless. They were able to start my repairs the very next week and they finished the repair sooner than I expected. I was able to drop my rental in their lot adding to the ease of the process. Russ is a perfectionist, he will teach you all about how the paint works, what it will look like, and knows exactly what to replace versus repair for the most genuine and perfect fix (also that his entire lot of luxury cars being fixed is under constant camera surveillance, he is exacting). Grant worked with me from the very beginning. Not at fault damage to my vehicle brought me to Paramount. They gave an accurate - not bloated - estimate for repairing my car. I submitted to the at fault insurance company & booked an appointment. No complaints from the at fault insurance company, so that says Paramount is not padding the bill. The work my car received is top notch. BMW Certified, because they do impeccable repairs. I paid extra to have additional work done, and am so very pleased, I told Grant, "I love you guys, but no offense, I hope I won't see you unless something bad happens." Grants response: You can come by ANY TIME just to have coffee. If you value your vehicle, THIS is the place to be used. Great folks, attention to customer service, and amazing results! I brought my car here originally to have repairs done and it came back with a number of issues around fitment of parts, missing installation of parts, and overall poor work quality. I had to bring it back to have these issues corrected. This experience was worse than the first. There was no communication on progress. When I was told the car was finished it was not as when I arrived at the shop there were still runs in the paint, misaligned seams, and some problems were not even addressed. When I asked about the paint run they quickly and hastily brought the car in and attempted to fix the run in a few minutes only to leave light scratch marks on the finish. They told me they could not fix underbody splash guard without zipties. Since then I went and bought some heavy gauge plastic and fasteners and fixed myself, hmm, seems a body shop should be able to do this. They washed the car and it came back with chemical stains, smudges, and all kinds of marks on the paint which I then had to clay bar, paint correct with griots paint correcting cream, wax and polish. In short they did a worse job the second time around. I would not take my kids power wheels to these crooks. Stay away they may have been a superior shop at one time, but my experience was really dissatisfying and I am now left to repair what was neglected, done half-ass, and in some cases simply ignored. I am angry as hell as I feel taken advantage of, ripped off, and have a sub-par repair job with a lot of flaws in a car that has previously won awards at car shows. Just stay away and find a place that actually cares about what they do. read more

I recently brought my car in from a minor collision with a light pole to have Paramount work on. It was a simple and easy process from the beginning until the end. I felt that the work was very detailed, throughout and the vehicle was restored to its pristine shape. I was able to get my car back within a week because we didn't have to deal with the hassle of insurance. My car was washed, detailed and cleaned upon picked up. Body work was good, took a really long time though. The people I had talked to were great and nice, however when I got my car back there was something wrong with my leather seat in a Newer Audi S4 that's an expensive thing to replace. I asked about it and IMMEDIATELY got a no, couldn't be us we shouldn't have been in there... however there is a big hard spot on my seat that was not there before I left it in their care. They didn't suggest any treatment, or offer help. Instead they said to go ask Audi down the road. I went to Audi and they said that's very unlikely and they haven't seen it. My insurance couldn't do anything because the shop wasn't recommended. I would've had a good experience besides that. At first it seemed like a burn, but as I've been trying to treat the leather it seems like a glue of some sort dried up and hardened the leather. read more

Bought a brand new 2016 Lexus IS 300 AWD in the beginning of June. On the 15th with only 336 Miles on it, some knucklehead backs into my Passenger Blind-spot crushing both Passenger Doors, damaging the Rear Quarter Panel, broke the Passenger Side-view Mirror and some minor damage to the Rear Bumper. It took a little while longer than expected because the Doors had to be ordered as complete Assemblies from the Factory. When I got my little Car Back I was completely Satisfied with the work done, the way I was treated by the Staff at Paramount Centre Collision Services and the Attention to Detail provided by their Technician. My Lexus is as Good As New (including New Car Smell!) which makes me Very Happy! I Highly Recommend these Guys (and Gals) for Spectacular Results in the Event of a Collision. Staff was very nice and prompt, and Russ gave an estimate within 30 minutes. Since I was about to travel and wouldn't be back until next year, they prioritized this job and began working on the car the following morning. I was able to get the car back the next day. The service came with exterior hand wash service and interior detailing, and the car was looking fresh as if it just rolled off the delivery center.
